My wife and I traveled to Oxford for a doctors appointment and honestly accidentally booked this location instead of the one we stayed at prior. I am definitely happy I did tho! Other than the lobby being smaller dimly lit and one elevator I have zero complaints about the room.

The room was not up to expectations. The vending machines would not give you anything that you pd for it would be some random drink that was "spiced" or "zero Sugar". The smell was definatley not pleasant. The towels smelled like moldy mildew. The AC did not cool the room at all. The people at the front desk where not pleasant.

Our room was extremely dirty. It may be because the cleaning staff had limited access due to the elevator not working! However, our toilet barely flushed and the tub took forever to drain! The entire hotel (aside from the breakfast area) was old, dirty, outdated, and needs MAJOR attention!! There were rocks on our bathroom counter, the entire bathroom smelled like mildew, and there was no hand soap. The AC did not keep the our room cool, which was disappointing since we were there during the hot summer. I picked this hotel due to the positive reviews. It was not at all what I was expecting. The only positives things I can say are that the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. I will not stay here again

The first room I was in the TV and the phone did not work. Transferred to a new room. All carpets and floors very worn and stained. I paid $350 per night and I understand it was a game weekend but it is nowhere near worth even half that per night. Would not recommend staying here.

The room could have been cleaner. There were toe nail clippings on the floor so you know they had not vacuumed our room. It was a smoke free building and we were on the first floor. It smelled of cigarette smoke in the hallway really bad the night we checked in. The mini fridge in our room did not work and had a funky smell as well. On a good note, the staff was friendly.

My room was on the first floor and once I left the lobby to walk to my room the carpet was horrible, filthy, very nasty appears that it has not been cleaned in over a year. My room I liked but no laundry bag and when shower floors become very wet from shower mist. I was not happy with my stay was praying no bugs were in the bed and thankful that I only had one night

We had an issue with bed bugs the first night of our stay. We missed part of the football game we were supposed to see because we had to take all of our clothing, bags, etc. to the laundromat to clean it before we movement a new room. They did make different accommodations, but it is an awful experience and the fact that we missed the first part of the game we came to see was sad.

Our room had no fan in bathroom. The wall unit AC blew fan air and all of our clothes were moist. The shower drain was clogged we had to ask for it to get repaired. The toilet kept running and the WiFi was very very poor. We paid $675 for one night there. Horrible guest room that price gouged us bc of parents weekend.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was very good with an adequate selection of breakfast items. There were some problems with my room. Half the lights in the bathroom were inoperative. The vanity counter top was coming loose from its fitting. The desk chair always sank to the lowest level when I was sitting in it and there wasn't any other chair to sit in. When the AC/heater vent was on, the curtain stood away from the window. It was very quiet in the hotel, even though it was very full each night. The hotel is conveniently located. I would stay there again if travelling in the area. The furniture is starting to show its' age from useage.

The General Manager was visible for the BIG football weekend to make sure all guests were happy and their stay was great!! Everyone was so kind and accommodating! GREAT JOB Holiday Inn Express OXFORD!

The front desk rep Joel was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and we loved the variety of pillows! Breakfast was great and the attendant was hard at work every time we had breakfast. The bathroom was not as clean as it could be that was our only "issue".

This place is so disgusting, the tile is nasty, broken stuff in the room. The orange juice was really bad. Pancake maker didn't work, all the food was cold pretty much. I would not recommend this place period

Very clean besides the pillow on our bed that had hair all over it and a stain that looked like lipstick or blood. I sent an email to the manager but never heard back and we paid 1000$ for 2 nights bc of a concert in town. Staff was nice but told me to email manager instead of handling directly with front desk. Coffee was great. Bed very comfortable once I checked everything else was clean. Breakfast was not that great. A waffle maker for a hot breakfast would be nice. Shuttle guy was very sweet. Housekeeping checked on us twice during our stay.
