The cleaning staff was friendly & efficient. The front staff do not answer the phone consistently. I tried to call to verify Expedia modification, but no one answered. They answered Expedia customer service after 3rd separate call. The “pet are” is unsafe, dark & very little green area.

The first morning we went to breakfast and there wasn’t any. They said they didn’t have enough departures to do it. We were able to make a waffle but really wanted eggs. Other than a broken ice maker and terrible pillows the place was fine.

Went for the Ole Miss vs. Citidel "Game". and a concert by the "Pride of the South" marching band. We had an accessible room with comfy beds & refrigerator. The microwave was terrible. Indoor pool was cold, no hot tub (filled in). Breakfast was good, lots of options. Shuttle service to The Grove was great. We ate at Huddle House next to the hotel & Casa Aguave, which was really good, great raspberry margaritas! Staff at the hotel was great, we will be back.

I'm in a wheelchair this Hampton Inn Oxford-West I give it 3 stars overall for area around the property b/c they didn't have enough handicap parking. Imand their ice machine's were all broke all 5 floors so had to get 2 water's for myself and 2 other drink's for my child at vending machine which was on the ground floor had drinks and snacks in it.

Everything was great, except the elevator. Once you hit the 5th floor, it made a grinding noise that sounded like it was going to stop or fall. Kind of crazy. However, everything else was absolutely amazing. The room was clean and spacious, the continental breakfast was decent and staff was friendly. Would definitely come back to stay!

We took the family for a weekend getaway only about an hour from home. Staff was great! Breakfast was awesome! But we were disappointed by the indoor pool. We took the kids for them to get to swim during January and the indoor pool was not heated. I'm really not sure of the purpose of keeping up an indoor pool if you can't swim in it year round. It was ice cold and chilly in the indoor pool facility. Other than that the location and other amenities were great. We love Oxford and Ole Miss!!

When we arrived at our room the floor outside our room was dirty. Crumbs/paper. Inside our room both bedside tables had crumbs as well as bathroom floor. Everything else was clean. Will not stay there again!

I stayed for 5 nights. I saw roaches every night! They were supposed to clean the room every other day, but didn't until I requested clean towels and trash emptied on 4th day. The roaches were the worst part. I had no food in my room to attract them. I killed several. That was disgusting and ruined my stay in the hotel. They gave me a 10% discount because of the roaches which amounted to $87. The roach infestation is a shame because it has potential to be a nice hotel.

Room was clean which is very important to me. Staff was super friendly and sent texts to make sure all was well. Only negative was the in room A/C unit would get loud when the air kicked on. There also was a light bulb out in the lamp beaide the bed.

The room has so many things wrong with it and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff they were super kind but they were college students so obviously nothing got fixed. 1-TV wouldn’t work ,they brought us another remote still wouldn’t work . 2-there were exposed nails in the top drawer of the dresser. When I went to take my sweater out of it snagged and ripped a very expensive sweater on top of that it cut my knuckles, I showed that to the front desk guy and he was clueless. The poor guy didn’t know what to say but of course no one came to fix it. 3-someone had ripped off the holder for the blow dryer and left exposed metal brackets which was right at the area you needed to look into the mirror very unsafe. I covered it with a towel , but that is not acceptable. 4-Wallpaper peeling off the wall. 5-No one has bothered to move any furniture to vacuum behind it. It is absolutely gross. 6- mold in the shower. I stayed at this hotel in Georgia, and it was the same disarray. I would expect more from the Hilton.

Roomy but simple set up cost basically $300/night needing significant updates. Dirty floors in elevator. Pets allowed is a great advantage, but should have common floor areas cleaned on a regular basis. Room carpet stained. Air conditioner is still a single window unit. Stale air with no circulation, just old recirculating air blowing in your face all night. Room had only 1 set of towels per 2 people.. leaving no towels for mornings… expecting guests to use 1 towel for entire visit. Simple coffee layout, paper cups, etc. One (1) bar of soap per room. Bath gel but no lotions, nothing extra. Hampton Inn will not print a room receipt if you went through 3rd party. Aloof front desk staff never informed of the Hilton app for receipt. Overall, disappointing hotel experience.

Everything at this hotel is clean and breakfast is great. However, need to replace the lumpy mattresses and pillows. These beds make your back hurt! Please change because otherwise this is a great value/hotel option in otherwise expensive Oxford.

I had some trouble with my room booking and Aspen was very helpful in getting it squared away, the communication overall was excellent. I would have preferred to go direct to the hotel for reservations rather than a 3rd party. Thank you for great customer service!

When we arrived at the hotel we we told that the hotel was overbooked and they did not have a room for us. We were moved to a neighboring hotel but they did not have the king suite with a pullout that we had booked. They put us in a room with 2 queen beds and charged us the same rate. They said it was because we booked with a third party. Completely unacceptable. I guess we will book directly with the hotel in the future.
