I stay here quite a bit and every single time I do, the Peloton bike never is working. That is one of the reasons I stay at the property and if I have stayed there 8 to 10 times over the years, maybe the bike has worked a couple of times. Otherwise, a great stay as always but this is getting pretty annoying.

Really inconvenient to not have ice machine and bucket like every other hotel.

The Graduate hasn’t changed much over the years and the location makes it a prime property for experiencing Oxford. Room rates have been traditionally very high ($500-$700 per night for event weekends). The place prints money. Recently Hilton purchased the property - still seems the same. Except last weekend was the first for paid parking. Parking has always been tight there and sometimes non-guests take spots. The solution is to charge Hôtel guest $15 per day (2 night stay = 3 day parking fee). And you don’t have to be a guest to pay and park. Double whammy for guests (I had to circle the lot for 15 minutes waiting for someone to leave). Can’t charge to the room and have to pay an independent company. Should offer a discount for hotel guests. Other than that it was pretty much the same Hotel $$$$.

I have been staying here pretty much every summer for a weekend in July since 2014. I keep coming back because it is in a great location and decently priced. It's taken a bit of a hit since Covid. The service is still good but the food is mediocre and the draft beer selection is now inspired. They have also taken away the free lobby coffee for guests and now have terrible instant coffee in the rooms after a corporate takeover by Hilton. In short, good value for money but lost the amenities and the quality that made it great when it first opened.

The room was very nice and the bed was especially lovely. However there was only one person working which led to a substantial line forming for check in. I had also asked about the Coop bar and was told the hours on google where correct. Later though, I was told by a different employee that the hours were in fact not correct and my husband and I had only missed the last call by 5 min. The coop closed at 10.30 instead of the reported 12am which is a very large difference.

Perfect for a college visit to Ole Miss. great location just off of the square in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of students study in the lobby which was cool to experience. Restaurant food was really good and easy for a late arrival. Coffee shop had great food & coffee but closes at 11:30. It would get so much more business if it stayed open later.

The property needs some maintenance and updates. The lobby area is very nice, but the air freshener is overly strong. Our stay was over the holidays and the on site coffee shop and restaurant were open limited hours. There is no vending onsite. These are not things that are dealbreakers and we would stay again for the right price. The location is amazing.

We were very disappointed in how dirty the hotel was throughout. The elevators had dirt and trash on the floor. The carpet in the hallway and room was sticky and smelly. We stayed here a few years ago and it was beautiful but now it appears run down and dirty! The coop still had great drinks and service.

There was a clicking noise in our room all night and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. Hair was left in the shower. Disappointing experience.

All of the staff that we interacted with were nice. However, our room was dirty and I felt gross after sleeping there for 1 night. Immediately upon checking in, my mom found a dirty tissue/paper towel with something brown in it in her bed. So, I went down to the front desk about 5 minutes after checking in to report this issue. The front desk worker was very apologetic but explained that there are no rooms that he could move us to so we had to stay in the dirty room. He then sent the shuttle driver up to our room with fresh sheets. The shuttle driver, a young man, was very kind and helpful. He explained that no housekeeping staff were present so he was the only person who could change our sheets and that he had no idea how to make a bed the way that housekeeping does . . . but he tried and did a good job. Upon inspecting the room further, I found no bar soap in the bathroom to wash my hands with, I saw trash under both beds, and found musty-smelling towels in the bathroom. I immediately threw the musty-smelling towels on the bathroom floor so that my mother and my husband would not accidentally use them. I also found lipstick smears/stains in the bathroom which I ended up cleaning up myself with the Lysol wipes that I keep in my purse.

Terrible smell and room was dirty

As someone who has stayed at the Graduate Oxford several times, and other Graduate properties across the country I was not impressed by the cleanliness of the room. Upon arrival there was a lingering dog urine odor (I am aware the facility is pet friendly, but the rooms have always been thoroughly cleaned in the past). This persisted throughout the stay. Additionally our room was not serviced the second day we were there, which we were counting on to improve the smell. On our third day housekeeping did come by and the smell seemed a bit better (or maybe by this point we had gotten used to it). I usually love these properties but I don't think I can recommend the Oxford location again unless there is more care taken in room turnover.

Great location. I have stayed at this property numerous times. They are not keeping it up at they should. Unfortunately, there was mold in the shower. The room had an overwhelming musty and moldy smell. So much so that I considered leaving the hotel all together. The soap dispensers were not filled. The bathroom floor had dark hair in the corners. The cushions in the cafe were ripped up and dirty. I have witnessed the decline in cleanliness and run down appearance through the years. The prices don’t match for what you are getting.

I like it but the shower had some mildew and there were stains all over a lamp. It seemed a little run down but the decor is cute. Good location.

Our room was extremely humid with a terrible smell and there was no way to call down to the front desk. There was a number provided for texting the front desk but we got no reply. The next day we went in person and asked to switch rooms because of the bad smell and we were told there were no reports of the room smelling bad. We told them we were reporting the smell now and had done so the previous night to no reply—apparently “the texting system was down” and no manager was present so there was absolutely nothing that could be done. The manager was supposed to call me when he got to work but I never received a call. After we asked about 3 more times at the front desk, we were moved to a better smelling room for the second night of our stay. My girlfriend developed a cough from what we believe may have been mold or just the damp conditions the first night — even my clothes felt damp when I put them on the next day. We were never offered any apology, refund, or discount. I would not stay at the Graduate again.

Most comfortable beds!

Great location, but hotel needs a MAJOR renovation and upgrade. Lobby is cute but hallways, rooms are tired, beat up.paint chipping, all doors into rooms are majorly scuffed and dirty. We had to switch rooms, first one had a terrible mildew smell and torn carpet. The front desk moved us and better but at $300 a night I have stayed at cleaner hotels at less than half the cost. For the same price I would stay at the Oliver next time if looking for a central location

Room on the 4th floor was near some kind of machinery or master heat pump unit. The machinery produced a loud, annoying whistle and grinding sound all night. When it shut off every now and then it sounded like someone was choking a sea lion. It would kick back on after only a few minutes of joyful silence. Worst night of sleep (or lack of it) in that hotel ever. I stay here a few times a year. Everything else is great. Just don’t get a room anywhere on the 4th floor near the rooftop bar. Stay on the lower floors.

Hotel was nice, no place to pull up to lobby door to unload though. Restaurant was good. Room heater had an annoying rattle but lived through it.

Room upgrade to an amazing room and balcony. Super friendly staff, during the day. Lively bar; just a bit too close to the room.

The room was spacious, clean and more interesting in design than most rooms. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I would stay there again.

Not nearly as customer service related as the reviews. Short one word answers to my questions. Witnessed lack of customer service towards other people as well. Ac in the room ran all night and never turned off. Soap bottles were empty.

This visit, unfortunately, missed so many marks. We were in town for our daughter's college orientation, which I know can be a busy time for Oxford, so we tried to overlook most things. For starters, our room was not ready until 8:00pm on our check in day. After a flight and long drive, this was disappointing. We tried to pass the time at The Coop. The service was pretty non-existent and we had to continuously get up and ask the bartender for things. Only one server, who seemed new to the job, was not helpful. And accidents happen, but the server dropping ketchup on my husband while clearing plates was the last straw. We were guests for three nights and not once was our room cleaned. No less than three requests at a time had to continuously be made for additional towels, toilet paper, etc. A family staying without at least every other day of cleaning services isn't acceptable. The garbage and used towel collection overflowed for days! Given the cost of the rates at this hotel compared to the level of service, I can only assume the higher rates are based on the hotel's location. I hope this is not typical and just an unfortunate circumstance for us.

The Hotel stay was different. Have stayed there many times and learned that Hilton bought the Graduate. Check in is at 3:00 but room not ready until 5:30. Staff not as friendly as in the past. Hallways seemed unusually dirty. We paid for the stay on Hotels.com and were charged again at check out so am currently disputing the charge. I have paid for another stay end of March so we will see if it is the same. Check out person was unusually not nice and seemed very inconvenienced when she had to go track down a charge at the coffee shop. Just not great overall.

Love this hotel. The staff is always very knowledgeable and accommodating. The problem we had with this particular stay is our room was not ready at 4 (check in time), and there was an extremely long line after 4, with only one poor guy checking in- what seemed to be a line of about 10-15 guests. It went very slowly.

Our check-in time was 4 PM. Rooms were not ready until after 6:30 PM. Had to ask the front desk three separate times for an update on our rooms. Each time I was told I would be given an ETA but no one ever followed up.

Oxford is a great town to visit. Location is in the middle of it all!!!

Location is perfection. All the little details totally make this hotel!

We loved the location. It's very "walkable!" There are numerous restaurants close by. If you want to "stay in" for breakfast there is a small coffee shop in the lobby area...though you pay for the convenience.

We enjoyed our stay in Oxford. The hotel is very nice and conveniently located one block from the main square with all the shopping and restaurants.

Best location in Oxford to walk to the square and to visit the campus. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance.

Staff was FANTASTIC. Everyone was so kind and friendly. (Shout out to Jeremi Woodall and his staff.) The staff and food at The Coop was wonderful. If you go... get the pimento cheese appetizer. Its worth it. My only criticism is that they need to get sheets that fit the beds. It was like the fitted sheet was way too small and it kept coming undone.

Theming of everything is so cute. Hotel is nice and clean. There are food options, coffee, options, and drink options readily available. 2nd time to just sit and relax in the coop- highly recommend.

Wonderful! 2nd time here. Coming back in May. Perfect location to town square. The front desk staff nice. Rooms nice, clean and comfortable. Lobby Southern and whimsical. Love the pink wood floors, bicycles for decor , and all the nods to 1950s collegiate era. Love The Coop - bar and outdoor balcony overlooking the town square. The only weak link is the restaurant downstairs - Cabin 82. The food was excellent, but the service extraordinarily slow…waited for almost an hour for our meal. Need more staff in the kitchen I think.,

Good parking. Pleasant staff. Central for everything. Fourth floor bar closed due to inactivity (mid week night out of college term)
