The hotel and rooms were nothing like advertised. There was no hot water, no wifi , no bedframe, just a mattress on the floor. This place was a total scam!!

It was a really bad experience. The room where we stayed was dirty and with roaches. One of the night stand hanging on the wall just felt hitting my daughter’s feet. One of the chair was practically unscrewed. The curtains were dirty. In general, it was a really bad experience.

Simple budget stay there is no ice machine, nothing on the lobby area like tables and chairs that can be used to sit and eat while looking at the beach, one of the elevators wasn't working so we had to wait a bit daily to get to our room, the shower head needs to be replaced as there is no water pressure at all, This place is ok of you are traveling on a budget

I paid for two nights here and was unable to check in because no one works there apparently. I ended up booking another hotel after this one was a failure.

Location is great, didn’t have a problem with communication staff answering the phone when I was lost trying to find the building. I think the only thing that was bothering was the name of this condo/motel. Nothing on the buildings or side of the street that had a name, I had to call a couple of times just trying to find the name. Rooms reasonable for the amount and location good for grabbing something quick to eat or buy. Staff answered every time I called. AC worked, had a small fridge that worked and beds were a little more noisy than what I had planned but I fixed it myself. Overall I give for the price 4/5.
