It’s weird that this is the ONLY hotel I’ve stayed in that required $100 CASH ONLY deposit. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed in will put a hold on your debit or credit card for whatever the hold amount is. What if I didn’t have cash? I couldn’t get my money back for the hotel. My hotel was paid for in advance. I won’t make this mistake again. I know now to call & ask before I book at hotels. So if they got robbed, we’re just assed out when it could have been done electronically like all other hotels. They were working on the parking lot so space was limited and most of the vehicles were large. Very inconvenient. Otherwise staff was nice, rooms were clean.

Nothing special for a truck stop hotel close to the Hwy. Lobby and hallways had an awful smell. The hot tub was drained except the rain water and decaying leaves accumulating. The AC in the room sounds like a jet taking flight but at least it can be unplugged. The good things: free parking, breakfast, clean room. Comfy bed. Cheap. For a one and done stay, it works. If I were staying any longer, I would be somewhere else.

Ice machine needs cleaning. Black flecks throughout the ice. Breakfast food would be hotter is chaffing dishes were turned on before breakfast rather than after breakfast had started and eggs/sausage/potatoes had already gone cold. Otherwise decent stay.

Everything was great! The room was large, comfortable, and clean. The only improvements would be to upgrade the dated carpet in the hall, add more meat selections for breakfast (they only had pork), and to have the hot tub working (the pool guys were there when we were leaving).

One of the main problem I had with the room is when I start seeing ants crawling on the floor, I killed like 6 or 7 of them my first night of staying there, that's is why I give them a 3 star rating.

The property is worn. Smells upon entering. Moldy panels in roof. Carpet smells. Just needs a good deep cleaning and/or remodel. The staff was super nice. But the independent owner needs to renovate. First and last time at a Radisson.

This place is disappointing and disgusting. My ceiling was peeling off and it smelled like mildew all over the hotel. Breakfast was terrible couldn’t even get fresh grits I never usually review places but I had to so I could save people from ever going to this hotel.

It was okay. We were on the 3rd floor and wallpaper in the hallway was pulling away. There were also several places where areas of the hallway had been cut out but not yet repaired. There was some damage near the bathroom baseboards which should be repaired and painted. It is located in an industrial park with many semi tractors being parked there. The view from our window was of that parking lot. It was quiet and we felt safe, the front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was plentyful, but I thought it was a little overpriced, although it is directly off of I295. We stayed there because of the proximity to an even we were attending.

Good Hotel a little older or a little rough but it seemed clean, my big upset was it was crazy noisey train blowing it's horn very 30 minutes all night long, Ptac really super noisy people constantly slamming doors, got no sleep at all

Drove over 6 hours arriving to hotel at 2:00am with the wife and 2 all kids to find the hotel gave our room away with no warning and notice. Terrible experience and very poor customer support from hotel. Would never book with them again.

The only drawback was if you live within 3 hours of the hotel, you have to put down a 100 dollar cash deposit. They don't have an ATM so you have to find one. You get it back after your stay. Other than that it was a nice hotel. The bed and pillows are super comfy. I'd stay there again.

I booked my reservation online on hotels.com. When i arrived at the hotel, i went to check in, & the 1st thing the lady said to me was "your aware of the $100 deposit for anyone who lives within a 2 hour radius right?". I said no, its not listed anywhere on the website, not even when i went to pay online, there was NOTHING about a deposit. She said anyone who lives within a 2 hour radius

Spent a week here and staff didn’t clean room when requested. No customer services. Front desk staff really need to be properly trained. I wont even come here again, nor will I recommend anyone to come to this unprofessional establishment.

This was the perfect spot for a quick overnight stop on a long road trip. Right off of 295, it was clean and comfortable. The odor of cigarette smoke just seemed to be an underlying smell, even in our room. I wish I could give it a higher score bc everything else was fine.

The lobby and hotel smelled like cigars, old stagnant air. We booked right before going in. If I didnt use hotels.com I would not have stayed. I had to use essential oils to help with the smell. The staff was nice. Toilet clogged in the am. The breakfast was ok. Not much of.a selection and the sausage was grey, like it was microwaved. On a positive note the bed was good and the sheets were comfortable.

Excellent all the way around. Everything was clean All the furniture and the bed was extremely comfortable. Only wish the pillows were bigger or that there were more. And the breakfast was OK. At least it had options. Definitely better than most in the area. Definitely recommend staying here.
