Female staff has poor customer etiquette,unhelpful and seemed to be bother to help. I reserved my stay with hotels com for two adults. Requesting AC,frug,micro,and coffee pot. Needless to say I got a poor working AC,a '1'/ 0.5oz.pkg of shampoo for 2 women with very long/thick hair and no other annemities. Not even a box of tissue. The screen was even coming off the window. To top it all off i got charged an extra $10.00 for my disabled sister+$10.00 to park on the property or advised to park on the street for free. The icing was she refused to let me use the credit card i reserved the room with (my mothers) thats I've been a authorized user over 30yrs,whom I'm named after and NEVER had a problem. I've been staying at Motel 6's in MANY "USA"states and NEVER experienced this.
