It was a good stay overall. We have stayed here before. There were a few issues but the staff worked hard & proficiently to get them resolved quickly. We were disappointed that the hot tub was down, but enjoyed other amenities. Hotel has a bar, workout room, business center and a pool; for those that need a comfort break.

The elevator got stuck on the 4th floor and we kept trying to call and no one answered !! It was ki d of embarrassing cause we had guests with us !! ( They did fix it) But it conti ued to make wierd noises so something tells me thats not the first time they've had a problem !!

When we went it was so nice. Friendly staff, clean and fresh lobby. Little cafe/restaurant right in the lobby. We had the pool to ourselves and it is amazing in there. Nice sized hot tub connected too but over looking the pool with a little waterfall coming out of the front of the hot tub into the pool. In the workout room they have dumbbells and treadmills. I’ll tell you this DO NOT skip breakfast, when we woke up we went weren’t expecting what they offered us. My daughter French toast with fresh fruit, my niece had a bagel with cream cheese I had and absolutely LOVED the avocado toast with chopped green onion, sun-dried tomatoes, sea salt and what looked like arugula (lettuce of some kind). It was amazing I want to stay there just in the hopes I get that again!! 10/10. I’m an extremely picky, high maintenance type of person and this is a clean quiet place. They could use newer tubs the one in my king room looked a bit worn down, but the one in my queen was fine. We didn’t have a microwave in either room. That’s really my only complaint and it’s not a big one.

We booked this specific property because it had a hot tub which was a treat for my wife’s birthday. We were really looking forward to it so imagine our disappointment when we arrived to find the hot tub with caution take all around it. Very sad

Put in wrong room, no linens for sofa bed, hot tub closed, pool very cold, had to ask for towels twice . I booked this specifically so the kids could swim. We quit after 30 minutes. Not our best stay.

I checked in on a Thursday didn’t sleep there until Friday, woke up feeling something crawling on me, I turned on the light and there where ants on the nightstand in the bed and on the desk. I took a video of it downstairs to the front desk and they said we are sorry we can refund you one night. I never took any food into my room not even a bottle of water. I will never stay there again. With the amount of money they charge you should not wake up being something’s dinner. Sorry I can’t up load the video this web site doesn’t allow it.

The first room we received had clearly not been cleaned. There were crumbs all over the floor, used cups on the floor, and stains on the floor and in the bathroom. We asked for a different room, hoping it would be clean however it was not. There were still crumbs all over the floor, but we stayed due to having no other options and assumed every other room would be just as dirty.

Booked our 2 queen room 5 months in advance and when we got to our room it was a king room. Went back to the front desk who said the hotel was overbooked and they could give me a king suite without the up charge. Told them we booked back in December. They said they could put us in a 2 queen room on the first floor. Our room was in need of repairs and updates. The towel rack fell off the wall and it was difficult to get extra towels. Overall it was an okay experience but would not stay again.

Nice big comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. We had a balcony view of the river and enjoyed watching the barges and speedboats pass by-wildlife too! We visited Kennywood, which was just a few miles away and enjoyed the movie theater and restaurants that were just across the street.

The property was basic. Lobby was nice with lounge. Rooms were ok but on the older side. There are NO USB outlets- how is that possible in 2025? We didn’t have a charger and had to go purchase an USB block. Location was good otherwise we would’ve stayed elsewhere.

This hotel is in bad need of renovation. It’s old and dated. Rough patched walls, our shower didn’t even work and I had to move all mine and my 6 year olds stuff to another room. I’ve stayed in beautiful, clean and well maintained hotels for the same price.

Booked a room that had a pullout couch and a king size bed and did not get the pull out couch, which is what my son was going to sleep on so he had to share the bed with us which was very inconvenient. Also, the technology in the room is very outdated and there was no microwave.

Really like this Marriott Courtyard! The location is close to everything in the Waterfront District. Tina (at the front desk) is fantastic!! I’d come back here just bcuz of her😀 The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Fled this property after 2 hours due to smoking, drug use, domestic violence and a large party happening that the front desk was unresponsive to managing. My daughter and I went to another Marriott property after the desk staff refused to call the police. After all of that, the property manager and refused to refund my stay. Never again.

First, I booked a “balcony” with river view but it wasn’t a balcony. No phone in room. Did not do a cleaning on our first day. The staff were so angry and bothered when we asked for towels and washcloths. The hotel was in terrible condition. Loud, dirty and terrible upkeep. Smelled like marijuana in elevator and halls. Will never stay here again.

Upon arrival, the girl at the front desk told us she was the only one working that night and to please hold while she finished her phone call. Which is fine. Five minutes later a second girl walked out from the back and did our check-in. She informed us we would be on the third floor, but the elevators were not working. no one offered to help with our luggage so my husband and myself had to carry three bags of luggage up three flights of stairs. We call the front desk once we got to our room because we knew we would need a few more towels, they told us to come and get them. I just think the service was extremely unaccommodating for a hotel where things are meant to be easy. I would never stay here again.

Employees that work there are miserable and complain all the time. The AC in the lobby area did not work. An employee told us they had been waiting on a part for a month and told us to complain. Sat at the bar and bar tender served us and walked away to go visit with another employee. The wine tasted like vinegar and they had 1 shot of captain Morgan. No one asked us if we wanted food or another drink, but gave us our check immediately after we ordered. The faucet in our bathroom was so wobbly we had to be careful when we used it.

Unexpected wonderful hotel. We choose it because of free safe parking. It’s on a river and our room had a balcony. Great staff, helpful and nice, and very clean. He need more morning help at the breakfast room. Breakfast is not included. It’s a counter/ pay. Which was very good. But there is only one lovley women manning the morning shift. So if you’re in a hurry go else where or pack your patience.
