It met our needs for moderate price and room arrangement. Our room was adequately clean Staff was friendly and attentive to our need for extra towels. But the pool area was messy. And unbelievably hot I thought I was in a steam room my glasses instantly fogged up! There was breakfast but it was very basic. The coffee wasn’t hot.

Outdated facility which is not really a big deal but there was mold in the shower. The pool area isn’t very big.

This hotel is very tired and is in need of a renovation. Surfaces like walls, doors, carpets all need cleaned, painted, replaced etc. The staff that was working was very nice and professional.

It was great having 2 bedrooms. Unfortunately the beds are not very big (I think they were really doubles not queens). The fireplace was a great touch and the full sized refrigerator was very handy. We had an evening at the indoor pool. It was good but for an indoor pool it was pretty cold. Enjoyed the breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the stay over Christmas enjoyable.

The property looked WELL WORN. It's due for an update. Carpet in our room was stained; the woodwork was scarred, the bathroom needed repainting. Even the inside shower curtain was too long for the tub and made it unsafe. There should be another grab bar at the other end of the tub. The lady serving breakfast was clearly unhappy and not quite up to the job.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff and good public areas. Plenty of free parking and is kept clean.

The place was a little run-down. One of the two elevators wasn't working, there was a piece of paper stuck on the wall in the hallway saying a painting was being fixed. In the room, the paint was peeling on the bathroom door. But overall, the room was pretty good. Shower had good pressure and hot water wasn't a problem, but I had to pull very hard on the mechanism to get the water to go from the tub to the shower. The bed was comfortable and there was a good variety of pillows. Even though I didn't use it, having a kitchen area was nice. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff was friendly.

Fix the refrigerator that runs loud and freezes everything , put window treatments up at pool window that faces parking lot ,dressers old and stained in drawers , detail clean each room , fix far left door handle is installed upside down do when you swipe card you have to move handle up not down , keycards on doors need to be replaced , had to get 4 different key cards and realized cards work on exterior doors just not my room .

This was a very convenient stay for a baseball tournament one day and the Colts game the next. It's close to US 31/Meridian and there are many restaurant options nearby. It's off the path just enough that it was quiet and safe. And the kids loved the pool.

I usually love Residence Inn. This property is not up to those standards. The rooms are outdated. We had toe nail clippings on the couch when we first entered.

The room I was assigned had yellow liquid spilled on the bathroom floor and smelled like urine when I checked in. Additionally, the HVAC unit was quite slow at adjusting the room temperature. Thankfully the staff were nice and the breakfast was small but servicable. Could have been a better experience if the rooms were kept and cleaned.

I am very displeased with housekeeping and property management. Housekeeping only come in every other day which is fine if they actually cleaned or refilled supplies. We ran out of toilet paper! We had a kitchenette area which i can ensure you was never swept and neither was our bathroom. I found ants all over our room a couple night into our stay which you would think would be an issue.....nope just for me apparently. I was given ant spray to spray in our room at 12:30 in the morning and a garbage bag to empty oir garbage cans. I asked several times for a new room since we dealt with the ants the rest of the trip and was declined each time! Ants were in our beds! Not ok!! I have pics and videos. I tried to be the bigger person and give them the benefit of the doubt but when no one at the hotel cares thats a problem!!

This Residence Inn is in very good shape, quiet, and well run. The room has a very comfortable feel, and would be most convenient for a longer stay. Very clean, everything works well.

Myself and family stayed one night while visiting family in a two bedroom suite. Space was great. With twins still in pack n plays bedrooms were little tight space but we all slept great. Of course will always have things can change and fix up. Hotel is little dated but overall good place and close to 31. Breakfast was great some hot and cold foods to choose from. The lady in charge kept things full. Reason why I don’t rank it as 5 was because around the pool had some hard white stuff probably from siding or ceiling where little kids could get hurt. Other than that overall was good place and I would stay again. Did feel safe here. People in lobby were very nice and they had compliment cookies. They do allow dogs here. Remember this is probably an older hotel but overall nice place.

I will start out by saying that this property is clearly outdated. I’m sure in its early years it was quite the hotel. If you can get past its outdated cabinets and furniture it’s a clean, friendly, and conveniently located hotel. We stayed 4 nights for a basketball tournament at the Pacers Athletic Center. This hotel is less than 15 minutes away and easy to get to. We loved having the full sized kitchen to prepare food so we didn’t have to go out for our meals. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. The front desk staff was always helpful and very friendly both in person and on the phone. We requested housekeeping twice for garbages and fresh towels and they came the first time but didn’t the second time which was frustrating after being gone all day and getting back at 8:30PM to a room with no towels and overflowing garbages,, but the front desk quickly remedied the situation. Will likely stay here again next year.

WiFi was very limited. Couldn’t upgrade because website was down. AC is limited and to 65 and couldn’t keep the room cold.

Jasmine at the front desk was beyond polite. She explained everything in detail and made sure I earned my loyalty points even though I used this site to book. She was so friendly that even my son mentioned it. Love it when I receive excellent customer service and Jasmine did just that.

There is absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel. To start off the stay. I called hotel to verify that I could pay cash when I check in and just use my card for incidentals. When I arrived, they would not let me use cash to pay. They made me use card. Second off, there were hundreds of ants in our room right by my daughters bed. Third off we were there in nine days. We’re supposed to have housekeeping every other day and the whole time we were there we had housekeeping once. Every other time they were supposed to do housekeeping, I verified with front desk that we would get a room service that day, and they assured me it would, and never did. Fourth my daughter went to eat her cereal pour the milk out of the container and all that came out was clumpy rotten milk. Fifth I ended up talking to the dual operations manager of this property and the one across from it. He ended up giving me 15,000 Marriott points as a remedy for everything that happened which is like a slap in the face as that is nothing compared to what I paid for the stay. The tip of the iceberg is when I returned home and noticed that they overcharged me $72.80 when I reached out they initially denied overcharging me but after sending my booking confirmation and receipts they realized I was correct and refunded the $72.80. I have stayed at 100’s of hotels and thought I had seen it all. I was wrong this by far is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and worst experience I have ever had with a hotel.

We booked a one bedroom suite, got bumped to studio. Residence Inn did this to accommodate their Bonvoy club members since we booked through 3rd party. I will never use a third party site again to book. Very disappointing.

Was very friendly and nice atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the staff, one to name for sure was Matt as he greeted me every time I came back and was very helpful and kind.

Spent two weeks there while waiting for a long-term rental to open up. Spouse, child and pets were with us. Having breakfast on site is very convenient. The kitchen in the suite is rather simple with a cooktop but no oven, so it was possible to make simple stews or pastas but not bake a casserole. The laundry was nice to have but is behind the times with quarter-activated machines instead of e.g. prox cards that would just charge the room. Rooms were clean and hallways were kept neat. Traffic from US-31 is steady until late at night but not a particular disturbance for sleeping. You are in the middle of an office park with nearest restaurants about a 10-minute walk away.

Clean, convenient to freeway. They do need a lighted sign at night though. It can be hard to find at night because Sheri gets you lost .

I loved the safety and staff. Wonderful location and will definitely be coming back for my future stays.

The only thing I didn't like about this property is that there's really no dining within walking distance.

I was not happy with the slippery bathtub floor and lack of handholds in the shower. The kitchen with fridge and icemaker and microwave was great. Place was clean. bed was comfortable. The breakfast downstairs though was great with their malted waffles.

Alex at the front desk was an amazing help! We had issues with our first room and we were quickly transferred to another. He made the trip extra special for my daughter. Everyone there went above and beyond! Room was spacious, breakfast was good, pool was the perfect temp. We will be staying again!

The staff were super friendly and the service was hospitable. Although, I should have asked for another room. The noise from people talking in the hallway, TV next door and some sound - possibly the elevator mechanics- were so loud. Definitely was not a quiet room. The bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot. I was nicely surprised that the free breakfast had rice, kim chi and nori! Overall, okay, but ask for a room at the end of the hall!
