Homewood Suites by Hilton Cleveland-Beachwood

Great place, the pool was closed when we were there but we were able to go to a nearby hotel and swim there. The room was perfect for us.

The property is very clean, rooms were a great size. Pool and hot tub very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Everything was as it was expected to be. I appreciate the staff’s hospitality! We will stay again, for sure!

The staff was very courteous and helpful, they even searched to find us a pillow that was a little more firm. They have a reception dinner on Wednesday evening that was great and it included wine and beer. It was free for guests. There is an excellent restaurant right across the street from the hotel. Their free breakfast was very good also. The room was spacious and comfortable. They clean the rooms daily. There workout facility was well equipped and larger than most. I would definitely stay there again.

From the moment I arrived to the time I left 2 days later, the staff went above and beyond. The front desk person personally showed me where to find breakfast, drinks, pool, etc. Sunshine and the rest of the breakfast staff were so kind. My waffle was made for me! The breakfast options were the most I have seen at a hotel. This hotel was very cozy with fireplace inside and firepit in back. Pool was great with perfect temperature. Thank you again! I will be back.

This was an excellent place to stay. The staff were some of best I’ve encountered at any hotel, friendly, courteous and effective. We arrived on a Wednesday when they were having a weekly “social” so we were able to enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks (cheese, crackers, meatball sliders, Great Lakes beer on tap). The breakfast was also much better than anticipated and fresh unlike many hotels in this price bracket. This property would be top of the list if we visit Cleveland again.

In general, this is a good place to stay. Room and amenities as advertised. We stayed over a weekend, and there were plenty of families staying with small children, who were largely left uncontrolled, and made the morning breakfast a miserable experience. I know that's more of a parental issue, but, it would help if the staff had more interaction and control of situation. The other issue was the main elevator was already down when we arrived on Thursday, and there seemed to be no one called to correct the issue, as it remained that way all weekend. Unfortunately, our room was as far away as piss from the secondary elevator, which meant a very long walk each time.

Mostly great except for night 2 attendants did not enforce rules about children in the jacuzzi. It was a frustrating situation but overall a good stay. Polite staff very good breakfast service attentive housekeeping staff.

Everything was great except we got stuck on elevator at check in. Then the elevator was down and everyone in the hotel was using one elevator as it was extremely slow we were in a top floor. This was disappointing

The front desk attendant was very professional. However, the first room we entered reeked of marijuana. The attendant gladly changed us to another room. The second room we checked into smelled unclean and had somebody else’s carry out food left in the fridge. The couch also has visible stains. We won’t ask to change again but we won’t sleep comfortably feeling the room has not been properly cleaned.

We stayed in a suite with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The size of the suite was great. As far as cleanliness, the room left a bit to be desired. We had a sleeper sofa which my daughter slept in, and when I removed the cushions, the undersides were absolutely covered in stains. I also noticed a few bits of trash and hair on the ground throughout the room which was a little off putting. The queen beds were comfortable. The best part about our stay was the free breakfast, and the breakfast service staff. There were so many options. Bagels, cereal, made to order waffles with all the fixins, muffins, eggs, sausage, a HUGE variety of fruit, oatmeal, they even had breakfast tacos the 2nd day. There was something for everyone, even the picky eaters! The breakfast staff was top tier. They were all so attentive and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Room wasn't very clean Bathroom particularly Beds were horrible ,, they even had a mattress topper on and they were so hard my back is in shambles today

Exceptional room, very clean. Parking was safe and convenient

I’m a little baffled most of the reviews I read before booking praised this place for cleanliness. My room had a decent base clean, but was very outdated and dirty. The edges of the flooring were disgusting. The bottom of the shower had a brown ring staining a large portion of it. The staff were very friendly, the main area was clean and well kept. I’m not sure if I just got a bad room compared to others, but I felt grossed out my entire stay. I would not recommend.

I am really surprised after staying how well this hotel is rated. We expected more. Our room did not feel clean at all. Our side chair had huge stains all over it and needs to be replaced. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. The kitchen and table surfaces were sticky in areas and did not feel clean. There was a significant amount of dust built up on the door frame between the living and sitting area. Carpet was frayed in our room and unraveling. I’m not fussy about hotels but for how much we paid we should have had a clean, well maintained room. The laundry facility was nice and I appreciated that. Overall we would not stay here again.

The people working were extremely nice and friendly. The room was clean but the curtain was hanging down and I couldn't fix it. The toilet leaked on the floor too. The power went out which was no one's fault and the workers did a good job being helpful.

Everything was great except our room had no AC and the only ceiling fan didn’t work. We paid a good amount for 2 nights and it was hotter in the room than it was outside for 1 1/2 out of our 2 days. They did bring a portable AC unit down to cool the suite, but it only helped in the living room area.

The suite was perfect for our weekend. Very spacious. Free breakfast was impressive with eggs, bacon, pulled pork for tacos, waffles bakery items. Well done. Would stay again

The bed is well worn.

A/C did not work, we complained several times and because they were fully booked we could not change room. The hottest weekend of the year and we had no a/c.

Clean room and great staff, only issue was some wind noise

Check-in was smooth. Overall our suite room was clean and mostly well stocked. The pillows on the beds were kinda lumpy and uncomfortable. We usually bring our own pillows but we didn't have space in our packed vehicle to bring them because we have king size pillows. The pull out couch bed in the room we had could use a mattress update but luckily we brought a quilted mattress topper with us, and that helped a lot. Breakfast was great! I only wish the price of the room was a bit cheaper.

I’ve stayed in many Homewoods and this was the best of them all. We stayed in the two bedroom suite, which was really like an apartment. It had tons of room. The hotel and rooms were in great condition. Nothing was worn down or threadbare. Our bathroom had one towel rack that had a loose side, but nothing major. Wesley keeps that place looking great and deserves a raise! He is definitely overworked. There were some obnoxious screaming people in the pool one night but they eventually left. They had wine in the pool, so maybe that contributed. The hot tub was cold one night but not another. Breakfast was plentiful and restocked often. All employees very friendly and courteous! Overall would recommend.

Breakfast was very good and worth eating and plus the team there was friendly and helpful. The room was dated old carpet but they said the rooms are small apartments and people live there also.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Sunshine helped brighten our breakfasts with her cheery disposition and personalized service. Camero helped prepare waffles, cleared the tables, and promptly refilled coffee cups while brewing new pots of coffee. The air conditioner was not working in one of our rooms; the maintenance team quickly addressed the issue. When it was determined the air conditioning unit needed replaced, Tae and Jeremy made sure we were very well taken care of. We highly recommend staying here; the customer service is exceptional! This was the first time we were disappointed with Homewood Suites which is our staple for family trips. The hotel was in a poor condition: main elevator broken, bed was very low, utensils old/bad and over room condition sub-par. The pool, breakfast and room service was decent. The worst part was the front desk attendant who checked us in. She was rude and very inconsiderate. Overall, it was way below the standard set for Homewood Suites.

I had to travel unexpectedly to Cleveland for a funeral, and with the city packed due to a Morgan Wallen concert, most hotels were either fully booked or charging astronomical rates. I was beyond grateful to find a last-minute room at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Cleveland-Beachwood, which turned out to be an incredible experience during a difficult time. I literally booked from the airport around 5:30 a.m. for just one night, unsure of what to expect. I arrived at the hotel around 6:30 a.m. completely exhausted. The front desk staff was immediately kind, understanding, and reassuring. They let me know that as soon as the first room was cleaned and turned over, it would be mine—regardless of whether it was an upgrade. I was even invited to enjoy their breakfast while I waited, which was such a thoughtful gesture that meant more than they probably realized. The manager personally checked in with me shortly after I arrived and made sure I was taken care of. That level of attention and compassion was incredibly comforting. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet—everything I needed to rest and reset. I’ve stayed at Homewood Suites many times before, and this location continues to impress with consistent service and warmth. The team here went above and beyond, and I’m sincerely grateful for their professionalism and empathy during such a tough moment. Highly recommend this property—not just for the amenities, but for the genuinely good people who run it.

Awesome breakfast. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast staff were exceptional. Tables were cleaned as soon as someone left. Front desk people were also very pleasant & helpful.

On our last day, we left the room at 9 a.m., and when we came back at 9 p.m., we found our door open. We were really shocked, so we reported it to the front desk. But to our surprise, she didn’t say anything to apologize — she only asked if I needed someone from maintenance to go up and check. This incident made us feel very frightened.

I would like to commend the Hospitality staff that prepared the Breakfasts. Sunshine, the manager of that area and her staff were amazing. The food was fresh, delicious, the variety was perfect, the cleanliness was perfect. The whole staff greeted you with a smile, they were so accommodating to everyone.

Other then the Elevator being out of service I really enjoyed my stay. I became a member. My husband will need a fee more procedures at the Cleveland Clinic. and this Hotel kept me from having to go through Cleveland and all that construction. It is a simple drive to the Clinic and plenty of restaurants and shops. Plus we can park our own car and felt safe.

We stayed there for a family trip! We had a suite. It was perfect. Bed was so comfortable. it was quiet at night. The surrounding area was clean, and safe, with food options were good. Right next to the highway which makes it easy to go to tourist attractions.

I was there without a car. There’s a restaurant across the street but there isn’t much else you can walk to. Elevators are slow. The people who work there, like all of them, are fabulous and would bend over backwards to make you happy.

They were very flexible with my strange arrival being messed up via canceled flights. Place was great. Very quiet. Good pool and jacuzzi. Some nice places to eat within walking distance. Staff very friendly in my interactions. Convenient highway close by but no noise.

After a long drive, this was a very comfortable place to land. The hospitality hour and the next morning breakfast were very nice. It is located near many dining options

We had a great room, and it was close to everything we wanted to do and easy to get around. The morning breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel with a great variety of food, not just the usual everywhere else. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved it!

The location was convient with plenty of shopping and dining options..The grounds of the hotel was clean as well as the rooms.

Place is clean and room was perfect and really big. Breakfast is wonderful, a buffet with everything you need and more, from eggs and sausages to make your own waffles or egg bowls. Granola and cereals with tons of toppings. I really like it. Pretty decent coffee.

The staff was nice. The room was nice. There were 2 problems. The breakfast was empty at 9 am with no staff in sight. The pool was overrun by rowdy kids who did not have bracelets to verify they could use the pool.
