Extended Stay America Suites - Cleveland - Brooklyn

Room was ok. It was not well cleaned, all of the furniture was beat up and there was tissues shoved into the smoked detector. Couldn’t leave quick enough.

This was a fantastic property. Very well kept, friendly staff, within a 30 min drive of Major attractions in town, and a pub nextdoor. Wifi and TV signal were both strong and never an issue. The bed was one of the softest I've slept on at a hotel, and I felt incredibly rested each morning. I'm a night owl so I wasn't up early enough for free breakfast, though the gentleman who checked me in was excited to tell me about it, so I'm sure it was good. Honestly a fantastic value

There was no breakfast. No coffee, no nothing. The bed was small in the room. There was no microwave. Stove didn't work

The location needs to put some money into upgrading the property. So many things from previous stays that caused damage that need to be fixed. Start with paint!

The room and hotel as a whole needs a remodel or revamp. Start with paint. So many things that need an upgrade.
