Excellent service by the staff. They cleaned our room twice a day. The spa was awesome.

4 power outages, room got very hot during the 4 hour power outage on day 3. 3 more 35min- 1hour long power outages. This is a full 45 mins to hour from airport especially if landing around rush hour. Butler service is phenomenal. They go above and beyond. Spa is a must add on. Very good facilities. Mud baths, cold plunge, suana and steam room. I've room closed right now. Resort food is hit or miss some very good restaurants and some very mediocre. Most importantly not all restaurants will be open everyday we found. Helios, Kusco, and sumptouri are all must tries. Avoid the steak house was below average, I'd rate it close to an Applebees steak. Their Italian restaurant also very good. Like all inclusives everywhere they try to pedal their version of a club, our presentation took 3 hours although we were told 90mins. Upgraded when there to a swim out room. It is worth it if you enjoy a less busy room and depending on east or west facing if you like to lounge by room, also our swim out pool had a bar and a food truck which was very convenient for grabbing a burger, literally a 3 minute swim. Last thing I'd suggest is look up seaweed season. It's incredibly bad this time of year (early August) and the beech was less than appealing. I purchased a private taxi ride from airport with me and the Mrs and I'd warn people against it. It's a 3rd party that is somewhat sketchy. Didn't come on time and mostly wasn't private on both legs we brought a random hitchhiker

Overall pretty good. One of the adult only pools was closed for renovations. The other pool was only open until 7 so no late night swimming. That was kind of a bummer. There are umbrellas by many of the poolside loungers, but not all. There was lots of space that was shaded by the beach. Room was nice. Food was fine. The hibachi a la cart was the best restaurant. Some of the activities were randomly cancelled, like the cooking class. Bartenders were knowledgeable about a lot of different drinks. The bingo is a must! The palladium rewards guy was pushy. He presented it as a welcome breakfast and property tour. We overslept and missed it. That evening another couple told us that it’s a timeshare presentation, so we were glad we missed it. The next day he saw us in the lobby and complained that we never followed up with him and said we were rude. It was a weird interaction.

The Cabaret show and spa were excellent! Highly recommend both! Hotel and staff were both great!

Our stay at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana was excellent from start to finish. The service stood out immediately, especially our butler Edward who was truly exceptional. He was warm, thoughtful, and always attentive. He made every part of our stay easier and more enjoyable. The dining options were outstanding. We ate at Helios, Kusko, La Boheme, Capricho, and El Dorado Steak House. Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. There was plenty of variety and we never had a bad dish. The pools were beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. The drinks were fantastic and consistently well made. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and welcoming. The massages at the spa were one of the highlights of the trip and the prices were very reasonable. TRS Turquesa is a beautiful resort with excellent food, amazing service, and a peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to the staff, and especially Edward, our vacation was truly memorable. I would absolutely return and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

The staff is wonderful always accessibly. The room was very comfortable we enjoyed the swim up suite very relaxing. We enjoyed all the options for dining and pools. We were not so lucky with the beach due to storms and sea weed pods.

The mini bar was supposed to come with a choice bottle of alcohol. It took three days to receive it. One of the toilet buttons didn't work. The shower line was leaking. The refrigerator didn't work and was never replaced or fixed even after mentioning it to the staff. Many of the restaurants were closed. One of the pool areas was under construction. Overall the resort was nice and the butlers were amazing.

This property has gorgeous grounds and food options were good. The only negatives I have are: a lot of seaweed on the beach making it undesirable to get into the ocean or even get your feet wet. The beach is not closed off to locals so people are allowed to try and sell you services. Lastly, there should be more pool loungers as people wake up early to reserve chairs and are all taken by 10am. Overall it was a nice stay and the spa was worth it!

The resort was beautiful. Our room had a jet tub inside the room! The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The butler at each building was a nice touch. Entertainment was available each night. You just have to know which lobby it is at since this is a multiple adjoining resorts. Foodies will love it here. Try the T-bone at Helios or the Chateaubriand at the french restaurant! Plenty of options. Just make sure to work with your butler to set up the reservations. Especially if you want to try the teppanyaki at the Japanese restaurant.

The property might be old but it’s definitely dirty. I had higher expectations for a 5 star adult only high end resort. We found a live cockroach in the sofa. They left us welcome chocolates which had 100s of ants crawling all over it. I leave my toiletries at the basin and there are small bugs all over it. Some changed sheets has dark dirt marks on it. On the third day, there were no hot water for an entire afternoon. Staff was friendly but response is slow. They have this personal butler service which you can directly WhatsApp for request which I appreciate. However, the response is sparse. We’ve asked for a blanket because the housekeeper took it away during cleaning and didn’t give us one. It took over 2 hours and 5 text to get it and we were waiting for it to go to sleep. You can’t talk to housekeeping directly, it has to go through the butler and when they are not responsive, you don’t get anything. An entire part of the hotel was just closed for renovations. 5 restaurants are not available including a sports bar and the children’s activity room. The food seems great with awesome variety. But I got food poisoning the 6th day so I can’t even give a positive comment for that. And I have been careful with what I eat. I avoided eating anything raw or even have salad because I was worried about the water used to wash the vegetables. I drank only bottled water. But I still got sick. I’ve been to many Mexican resorts and not have an issue with food.

Eury the concierge was amazing! He went out of his way to help every time we needed anything. All employees were wonderful and housekeeping did an amazing job as well; they always left the room spotless. Had Marlene in the spa and she was perfect.

I loved the pool and dining options of this place. Besides one restaurant everything was good!! The staff is so friendly!! However the room smelled so bad and humid, I felt like I was in a basement. Despite asking for them to do something about it was not fixed.

Most of the staff was AMAZING. There were a few little things that make it a 4 vs 5. I would give it a 4.5 if that were an option. The grounds were very well kept and it was beautiful. We had a swim up pool and it could have been more clean which was a negative but it didn’t stop us from using it. Just looked like it needed a deeper clean more frequently. The room was very clean and well kept. Everyone has a butler. I was not impressed with ours. The only thing he did for us was make the chic cabaret dinner reservations for us. We would 100% go back and are planning on it next year. Food was amazing as well!

We first had issues with the housekeeping. Used wash clots were taken from the floor, folded and placed on the counter as if they are clean. The second day, they took the 3 used wash clots, but did not leave replacement. The day after, they took the fourth one, again no replacement. But that did not ruin our stay, our butler made sure after I complained that the room gets cleaned properly and that we have everything we need. What really ruined our stay was the food poisoning. The 5th day into our stay both,my husband and I got food poisoning. I was affected more than he did, vomited, had severe pain, diarrhea, was violently ill.I had to see the doctor at the resort, received a couple injections for pain and nausea, and was placed on antibiotics that is used to treat amebiasis (parasitic intestinal infection).The rest of our stay was ruined, we spent the entire day in the room, both sick. Someone needs to take a serious look at the food prep. One morning we noticed the lettuce to be full of degrees. We showed it to the server, she called the cook from the kitchen, he just took our plates into the kitchen without taking the bowl with the rest of the lettuce came from. We ordered a cold cuts plate from our room just to receive cheese covered in mold and peace of foil still on the cheese, ordered pizza and received a completely burned, inedible pizza. The next day again after trying to get lettuce, we noticed same issue, dark spots, probably soil, not being washed properly.

Clean room- bar stocked every day- turn back evening service- butler service. Excellent place!

The pool was great. Drinks flowing. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. My butler, Randy was great. Responsive, helpful, and let us know via whatsapp all that is going on thru hotels. The room was cleaned daily The only con is the rooms are dated. They need to be updated. The room could of used drawers and more light. The shower was large and water flow excellent. I would recommend. Also night life could be better. More shows available. Wandy was wonderful. My boyfriends mobility isnt great and he made sure to always be around with golf cart for us. He made trip much easier. Also a shout out to Elvis, who found us in dark while we were looking for a golf cart back to our resort after dinner. Aris from transfer company met us to make sure we were good to get back to airport. Overall. Staff is really amazing. Friendly, responsive and extremely helpful and I look forward to returning.

enjoyed my stay here. Stayed July 3-6 and booked a swim up romance room. The swim up was so worth it. Very quiet and very few people around us. It was in the corner and had a little patio area to hang out on. The bar was right around the corner and it made our stay so perfect. The food was alright, there was lots of variety but book reservations in advance. The popular restaurants were booked so I wish I would have known to try to secure a spot before the trip. Our butler was very nice, communicated through what’s app and accommodated all our needs. We did only physically see him day one and right before we were getting in the car for the airport, but otherwise he did his best to answer questions, call for rides, or bring extra snacks and drinks. We were there on my birthday and also celebrated a week engaged. We ended up with 3 bottles of champagne and a complimentary bottle of rum. They even decorated the door and brought me a small cake. This was my first all inclusive and trip out of the country but over all I had a great time. The resort is huge but easy to navigate once you find your way around. Didn’t take advantage of the night life but they send you a daily itinerary of what will be available. Casino was small but fun. Overall loved my experience, I think the swim up room made the biggest difference. Having that privacy and access to the pool and a bar (also a food truck by the bar) really contributed to relaxing and enjoying my partner.

What would i like to say about our week in TRS The hotel, or actually the resort area including 5 hotels is really huge. We haven’t previously stayed in this kind of concept. As an experience it was nice, would we do it again? Maybe not. Our hotel was adults-only. However, the entire resort area was also open to us. The area itself was absolutely beautiful and easy to get around. If the distance was longer, or even during a rain showers, golf carts would take you where you needed to go. All services are available. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Housekeeping and everything related to that was in good. But for the love of God, please do something about the beds! It is absolutely impossible to sleep as a couple, when one person turns over, the other wakes up to some serious creaking! 😅 Your guests are on vacation, so good sleep is very important. The hotel’s beach area in Bávaro was absolutely stunning. The pool area as well, but we are more beach people. Service at the hotel was most of the time first-class and fast. The bars and drinks were also good. Beach bar @Helios and Stephanie, thank you for your help and service. Food-wise, we found things a bit strange and not at all consistent. Since this was an adults-only hotel, there were a few restaurant options for breakfast and lunch, and dinners were practically entirely dependent on so-called specialty restaurants. Reservations for the restaurants are made by the butlers. The idea is surely good, probably mea

The place was great, very clean and staff was great. I was just a little frustrated with the lack of food options during the day, and having to book restaurants but also them being so busy because there aren’t as many as you think because it’s split between 3 hotels in this property. That being said the food was absolutely amazing. They have golf carts to take you around but getting one can be difficult at times. Lastly unfortunately our room ended up having the roof leaking but they fixed that prettt fast, but there were parts to the room that looked just very shabby. Also the power kept going out. Some proper updates would be great but overall not a bad experience and I would recommend the place again.

Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond. The food was great and everything was clean and well taken care of. We loved our swim up room! When our pickup to the airport never showed up, they called for me and when they couldn’t get an answer they called us a cab. I will definitely be going back and o TRS Turquesa in the future!

Upon arrival to the TRS resort, there was NO power! It was super hot, & no explanation was even given. The representative just checked me in as if it was routine to do in the dark. I mentioned how hot I was, I was sweating profusely, she never mentioned there was NO POWER! I found out from the person who took me to my room! There’s no power. I couldn’t even take a shower right away, bc there was NO WATER during the outage which lasted approx. 2hrs. Then there was NO hot water on the 1st & 3rd day. The room size was pretty nice, my view was pretty nice. I had a nice balcony. However the rooms are dated in that there is not enough outlets, I had to unplug the bedside lamps in order to charge my phone & my watch. I had to slam my door closed . I thought the resort definitely should have nightly entertainment & more than one thing at a time going on. I understand that it’s an adult’s only resort which is great however, adult does not mean senior citizen. Don’t want to be active just sitting by the pool. We need music we need activities. We need things going on to keep us busy at the resort like a lot of resorts that I have been to this resort I thought was a bit slow or four the elderly. All the staff that I interacted with was really kind, helpful, friendly so that was something that was really great there at the resort I think they should keep the bar better stocked. I wanted a mini beer. I couldn’t even get a mini beer because they did not have the liquor for it.

Pros: Beautiful resort. Good food. Not too far from the airport. Golf carts readily available to take you anywhere on property. Our butler Edward was fantastic. Cons: Restaurants and nightly activities are not adults only since the rest of the hotels on property are not adults only. Jacuzzi on balcony not big enough to be comfortable for two people. Air conditioner in room couldn't get the room below 24.5-25°C. Tip: Check the hotel app before your trip and know which restaurants you'd like to go to. On the first day they make dinner reservations for your stay.

Excellent stay. Favorite restaurant Sumptori. Our butler Randy was amazing!!!! Only downside was the noise in the rooms very loud doors slamming at all hours.

The staff at the hotel were all wonderful and hard working. Everyone went out of their way to help us. Special shoutouts go to our incredible butler, Edward who was so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating, (he always responded immediately and provided many helpful suggestions) to pool bartender, Anyelo, who made fabulous drinks, and to the pool/beach server Dolores, for her impeccable service and smile.

It was just okay. Bad experience with their staff that does the "timeshare" deal that you don't even want to go on. From feeling like I was being sexually harassed by how much they couldn't stop staring at my upper torso area to having their manager rebuke our discounts because he didn't like that we felt he was rude. Torres (entitled rude manager for sure). then the rest of the staff was fantastic but my room did have 50 dollars stolen out of it. i noticed because i wanted to tip the housekeeping for cleaning my tub , which by the way was not cleaned very well because we grabbed a tissue and showed the butler himself. I was over it after this. They tried to make a big deal out of it when I asked them to not worry about it I just wanted to continue my vacation. But, okay lets make it a big deal and in the end they did absolutely NOTHING. We left knowing we would never go back. second time there. our first everything was closed because of covid. Now we went and there were at least 4 or more restaurants closed because of construction. The ones that were open were good.

I did not personally enjoy my time. I had many issues with resort. The only good part, the best part, was Rodney (our personal butler). He did everything he could to make our stay a good one. My sister was injured and we needed a bandaid, there was no first aid kit anywhere. We had to go on a search asking around for a bandaid and needed to clean her wound with vodka. There was no evening entertainment and nobody knows where anything is. The restaurant staff is very unhelpful and not friendly. I did enjoy the gym, they had an excellent fitness center. We had a late flight and asked for a late check out from the moment we arrived. They pushed up until our last day just to tell us that we could not have one. They locked us out of rooms even before our check out scheduled time. For what is supposed to be a high-end resort, I found them to be very cheap and not accommodating.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Turquesa Resort! Our butler; Rodny was awesome! He helped to make sure each day we were able to make the most of our trip and he even helped to arrange for me to have an amazing local tattoo artist pick me up, FROM the hotel! Daihana is the BEST out at the Premium chairs at the pool and by the cabanas. She is so sweet and took such good care of us! I would come back to just to see her! Kiko, Eileen and Felix at Turquesa were all so wonderful as well! They helped to make sure everything went smoothly for us and they really cared that we were having a good experience! And Bicki, down at the Palladium Grand Hotel, she is wonderful!! House keeping did a great job of keeping the room clean and the hotel couldn't be in a better spot, right off the beach. Thanks for such a memorable vacation!

The beach is great, the secret pool with bar being open till midnight was a huge win. There wasn’t a lot of entertainment. Other places have things at the pool and shows nightly, this place did not. They did July 4th great tho! Biggest downside was them spending 2+ hours trying to sell us on the travelers club. We’ve stayed at a sister resort in the DR (TRS Cap Cana) and they did not do this. At least we got free parasailing out of it. Food was amazing! Night club was good! Wished for more entertainment but would stay again! If parasailing, a speedboat ride or a party boat is something you want to do, I would say listening to the 2 hr sales pitch is worth the free excursion. The only downside besides the lack of entertainment is that they advertise a private beach but there are sales people from outside the resort constantly bothering you to book an excursion. We finally did and they left us alone after that but for 3-4 hours before we agreed to buy one, we were hounded nonstop to buy an excursion from a company outside the resort.

Overall, we were very disappointed in all of the restaurants for the quality of food. We love to spend time on the beaches and the hotel rarely would drag the seaweed off of the beach so if you got near the water, you were walking in seaweed. Very inconvenient and that the majority of the hotels are not in the TRS Hotel and would have to go to other properties to get to the hotel.

You needed to take golf type shuttles everywhere, some places were hard to get a shuttle. The ocean beach had a bad odor which made it difficult to lay on the beach plus there was seaweed everywhere. Rooms were clean and Butler was attentive. Housekeeping was great also.

Great location. Lots of options for food as it is part of a larger complex. Amazing sports facilities and spa. Friendly staff. Local store/gift shop is very pricey on the property. We had a great time and planning to return.

“Tour” isn’t even a tour it’s a sales presentation. Food is average as well as service. Solicitors everywhere you go, bothering you as you try to relax in layout beds. Listing doesn’t say it’s a compound of resorts and restaurants, I thought everything was in one resort. No fun entertainment unless you pay for a dinner show and that’s not even worth it. Place smells from the locals shops right next door to the resort and it’s noisty. Not private and didn’t feel safe walking the shared beach at night. A guy walking around selling drugs

Overall, it was a beautiful resort. A lot of greenery, and the rooms were very descent, a little outdated but cute. We didn’t have a very good experience with food. It was ok sometimes and really bad some other times. The worse food we had was at the Steakhouse “El Dorado” and “Helios”. The buffets were ok but there were a lot of flies on the food and flying around so it was a little unpleasant to get the food to eat. The best food we had was at Kusko, a Peruvian restaurant. It was so delicious! I even called the cook to come to our table to congratulate her because the food was phenomenal. The only complaint could be the “suspiro limeño” dessert. It was too sweet and too dense. The Japanese Restaurant was good too and it was super fun! The butler Edward was amazing. He helped with all the reservations and everything we needed in general. He was very nice and spoke English! He was very nice and understanding. The beach stunk really bad due to all the seaweed. There wasn’t a lot of seaweed because they cleaned it but it was stinky. We didn’t go to in the water at the beach. We did go in the water when we when on a party boat expedition. We snorkel and it was super fun!

We stayed for 9 nights at TRS, and this is definitely a place for older individuals, so if you're looking to party, this isn't the place to pick. We had a swim up room which was a nice touch. This is the first all-inclusive resort I've stayed at that I genuinely found myself bored. No pool activities (besides once where they danced at pool side) "Scheduled" activities in the daily texts we received almost never happened. The food was mediocre at best (Room service food was awful.) Our bed sheets were never washed for the 9 days we stayed there; they only ever remade the bed for us. We spent a lot of our stay at the resort next to us, since we had access to the other resorts. Those resorts at least had music, activities, pool volleyball, etc. Things you look forward to at all-inclusive resorts. Entertainment in the lobby at TRS included a violinist and people that would sing, maybe it just wasn't our jam, but very slow paced and not the typical upbeat party environment we usually are in. Some workers were very friendly, while others, if you don't speak Spanish, they don't want much to do with you (which, maybe we should have brushed up on our Espanol, but still... I don't think you should receive the cold shoulder). All in all, I would not stay at this resort again due to the mild slow-paced environment, no activities, etc. I would have rather stayed at the resort next door even though it wasn't adults only, we at least had fun over there and there were things to do.

Rodny our butler was amazing! The pools were perfect. Lots of seaweed on the beach but it was expected! Swim up bars were all fantastic and drinks were excellent. Every restaurant was amazing!

Service 10/10, Food 9/10, Rooms were. Dated but well-kept and very clean (and I’m a picky person). Beach Ares 10/10. Butlers 100/10 Rosmilka was phenomenal I can’t say enough about her. Restaurants Tentacione and Kusko were AMAZING Thanks to Wendy

The place was great, very clean and staff was great. I was just a little frustrated with the lack of food options during the day, and having to book restaurants but also them being so busy because there aren’t as many as you think because it’s split between 3 hotels in this property. That being said the food was absolutely amazing. They have golf carts to take you around but getting one can be difficult at times. Lastly unfortunately our room ended up having the roof leaking but they fixed that prettt fast, but there were parts to the room that looked just very shabby. Also the power kept going out. Some proper updates would be great but overall not a bad experience and I would recommend the place again.

Our stay at TRS Turquesa in Punta Cana was excellent from start to finish. The service stood out immediately, especially our butler Edward who was truly exceptional. He was warm, thoughtful, and always attentive. He made every part of our stay easier and more enjoyable. The dining options were outstanding. We ate at Helios, Kusko, La Boheme, Capricho, and El Dorado Steak House. Every meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. There was plenty of variety and we never had a bad dish. The pools were beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. The drinks were fantastic and consistently well made. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job keeping our room clean and welcoming. The massages at the spa were one of the highlights of the trip and the prices were very reasonable. TRS Turquesa is a beautiful resort with excellent food, amazing service, and a peaceful atmosphere. Thanks to the staff, and especially Edward, our vacation was truly memorable. I would absolutely return and would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.

It was just okay. Bad experience with their staff that does the "timeshare" deal that you don't even want to go on. From feeling like I was being sexually harassed by how much they couldn't stop staring at my upper torso area to having their manager rebuke our discounts because he didn't like that we felt he was rude. Torres (entitled rude manager for sure). then the rest of the staff was fantastic but my room did have 50 dollars stolen out of it. i noticed because i wanted to tip the housekeeping for cleaning my tub , which by the way was not cleaned very well because we grabbed a tissue and showed the butler himself. I was over it after this. They tried to make a big deal out of it when I asked them to not worry about it I just wanted to continue my vacation. But, okay lets make it a big deal and in the end they did absolutely NOTHING. We left knowing we would never go back. second time there. our first everything was closed because of covid. Now we went and there were at least 4 or more restaurants closed because of construction. The ones that were open were good.

We first had issues with the housekeeping. Used wash clots were taken from the floor, folded and placed on the counter as if they are clean. The second day, they took the 3 used wash clots, but did not leave replacement. The day after, they took the fourth one, again no replacement. But that did not ruin our stay, our butler made sure after I complained that the room gets cleaned properly and that we have everything we need. What really ruined our stay was the food poisoning. The 5th day into our stay both,my husband and I got food poisoning. I was affected more than he did, vomited, had severe pain, diarrhea, was violently ill.I had to see the doctor at the resort, received a couple injections for pain and nausea, and was placed on antibiotics that is used to treat amebiasis (parasitic intestinal infection).The rest of our stay was ruined, we spent the entire day in the room, both sick. Someone needs to take a serious look at the food prep. One morning we noticed the lettuce to be full of degrees. We showed it to the server, she called the cook from the kitchen, he just took our plates into the kitchen without taking the bowl with the rest of the lettuce came from. We ordered a cold cuts plate from our room just to receive cheese covered in mold and peace of foil still on the cheese, ordered pizza and received a completely burned, inedible pizza. The next day again after trying to get lettuce, we noticed same issue, dark spots, probably soil, not being washed properly.

The atmosphere was quiet and very relaxing, and the food was really good. We did upgrade to the VIP package, but in my opinion it wasn’t worth the extra cost. The highlight, however, was that the Chic Cabaret experience was included, and that made the trip truly special.

It was a nice resort. Most of the workers were workers were nice. Especially Steven and Felix! Definitely try the tepanyaki place.
