The stay was good , staff, good, room good. Hidden ammenity charge of 7.95 a night to have access to amenities. Not the use of them, thats extra. Just the availability of the ammenity. Its not the amount. Its adding it on at the end. Im tired of hidden fees and BS charges. If you want more for the room tell me up front. I will not stay here again out of principle.

The property was impeccably clean and lovely. Easy and free to park in a deck immediately adjacent. Room was beautiful, clean, and quiet. I enjoyed the coffee shop, restaurant, lounge, as well as room service - all food and beverages were tasty and service provided went above and beyond. Kudos to Jeff at the bar/lounge for great drinks and exceptional service!

I stayed here with 2 college friends for a girl's weekend. The room was beautiful and inviting, and the beds were very comfortable. We all commented that the oversized bath towels were great! Our only complaint is related to the courtesy car- Hotel Arista offers a free car service within 5 miles of the hotel. We had the car take us to Centennial Beach. However, when we called for a pickup, we were told that the evening driver didn't show up for work, so they didn't have anyone to come get us. We got an Uber back, but it was definitely a frustrating experience.

Parking was located in the parking garage in the back. When you check in they handed you a parking pass that you had to walk out and place in your car. They could simplify this process.

This was definitely a first class hotel. Very modern, several dining options, easy parking, as well as a shuttle service and a Lexus SUV to anywhere you need to go. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.

During check out we were given an invoice for amenity fees we were not told about, when asked we were told it was for wifi services, the gym services. We did not use the gym while we visited the Arista.

We have been staying there for the last 14 years, to include hosting our wedding there. We have watched it go down hill. We always stay in a corner suite. There were dirty children's handprints all over the windows, wrappers on the floor from someone who was in the room before us, but the WORST part was when I took a bath and was covered in bugs and hair spraying out the tub faucet; it clearly had not been cleaned in months. We've reached out in person, via email AND via phone. The ONLY response we've received is them trying to sell us event booking. We will no longer be hosting events there. Pictures below of the bugs and handprints.

Pillows were awful. Like hard, lumpy towels stuffed into pillow cases. Expedia advertises free parking for silver status, but the hotel charges "amenity fees" that includes internet, gym access, and... parking. So, not really free parking, is it? I find that type of advertising duplicitous, and it\'s something as "little" as that which will keep me from staying here again. Unfortunate, since it\'s a five minute walk to my company office. Also, bathroom had prior guest\'s hair still around the bathtub, so, gross.

Our room was immaculate, bad and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy with both a nice soaker tub and comfortable shower. All staff were super friendly. Great value for the price. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is amazing. The rooms are so nice bedding and bathroom excellent. Parking convenient. Felt very safe. Staff very attentive. We only had one issue, first rooms temp was very warm almost hot, the staff came in and switched our room, when we got to the other room it was so much better, but as the night went on the room warmed up enough to wake us up, despite the thermostat at 69. I still give them a 95/100% satisfied

The property and staff were amazing. What I didn’t not like my husband and I the bed.. the bed is very very uncomfortable to the point we got sick. I had a migraine back and neck aches my husband lower back was hurting. If they change the mattress this will be one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. People go to the hotel for the sleep experience and this was a 1 out of 10

A/C did not work well. Room was warm and humid despite the A/C unit being on for 10 hours. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we weren't going to be able to sleep at all.

Good hotel. The room and bathroom were spacious with high quality bed and coverings and abundant bath/shower products of the best kind. I wished the AC had worked better. Perhaps the calibration was off but it seemed the coldest temperature it could muster was 70 degrees F. I would have preferred it colder during sleep hours.

The decor of the hotel was modern and contemporary. Beyond that, I don’t believe it has the qualities of a 4 star hotel it claims to be. Upon arrival there was no one to greet us to help unload our luggage. Had to walk into the hotel and ask for a bellman. No attendants on duty ready to assist you. Elevator doors are quick to close causing doors to close on you before you have a chance to enter. Handicap sidewalk curbing blocked by hotel vehicles causing wheelchair access and access for mobility challenged customers difficult. There was no valet parking service available. These are traits I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Anticipating the needs of you customers should be a priority concern. I do not feel this hotel lives up to those expectations. There’s nothing offered here to distinguish this hotel beyond any chain hotels such as a Marriott or Hyatt Regency. It’s not worth the extra cost for the same basic amenities.

The hotel staff and restaurant staff were amazing! I set up this stay to propose to my Girlfriend (SHE SAID YES!) The restaurant staff set it up perfectly. Filmed it for us. Center booth. Special desert. Even gave us a card singed by the entire staff. Got back to the room and a heart of rose petals on the bed and a second desert on the table. The property is amazing and modern. Comfortable bed and amazing room! Very clean and well kept property. If I could give it 6 stars I would! The staff truly makes a great place even better!

Used the iron in the hotel room to iron a brand new shirt for our daughter's commencement ceremony the next day. We didn't realize the iron was broken until the malfunctioning iron completely ruined the shirt. Although the front desk sent a new iron and board set, we could not wear the new shirt to the ceremony. On my day leaving the hotel I stopped by the front desk and tried again to ask for their policy about the issue. But my request was dismissed. He was neither honest nor professional. To this day, no one from that hotel management called or contacted me as they promised. The hotel looks nice and the beds were comfortable. But that's about it and nothing else makes me feel like staying there again.

The room was great but checkout was frustrating. We prepaid but something was happening on the backend and we had to stand there and wait. The poor girl at the desk was overwhelmed and Oscar the manager was not answering his walkie and never showed up.

I called the front desk early Saturday the 14th and got a hold of someone that was extremely rude and did not want to answer any of the questions that were very simple like what time does the bar close when is check out very unprofessional and not answer anything about my room I asked if it had a microwave no answer I asked what side of the building I would be on I wanted to Be on the odd side of the building instead no answer should not be working front desk if he is going to have an attitude.

Ask for a higher floor or a suite that doesn’t face the interstate - it gets very noisy starting at 3 AM. Their in-house shuttle only drives 5 miles which isn’t far considering the hotel is quite removed from major shopping, etc. Bed linens were ripping/wearing out and stained. My first suite had missing artwork above the bed with screws coming out of the wall. Don’t let them arrange airport travel because the American Taxi service they farm you out to is embarrassingly low end. The carpeting in the elevator was filthy and needed a good cleaning - remained dirty the 4 days I was there. This property used to have a very different feeling and appearance. One out of four treadmills broken and in need of repair. Lounge, coffee bar and Front Desk staff/service were good.

An independent hotel that I would choose over any typical chains in this area. Location is easily accessible from highway yet in a quiet complex with a nice area to walk around (lake behind buildings with walking trail). Rooms/bedding are very comfortable and well-designed and the hotel staff were great. Room service was quick and easy and the food was delicious! Can't wait to come back and enjoy some of the other amenities such as the spa.

I arrived on a Sunday afternoon. I was very disappointed that there were no restaurants open or even a place to get a coffee or snack. I had taken an Uber from the airport and had to order delivery for dinner. For a nice boutique hotel there were no services.

Went to take a bath in the soak tub and when I looked in the tub after it had been filling up for a few mins there was dirt, hair and other stuff floating in the water. The hotel was nice and the area was quiet. We ordered food service and when the food arrived out pancakes were cold and they forgot the syrup which is part of the description of the meal. When we called to get the syrup it arrived good as well.
