The property wasn’t as nice as other Fairfield Inns that I have stayed in. I thought I’d get to use the hot tub and gym but the hot tub was broken and the gym was in terrible shape.

The night clerk was helpful and timely. He kindly booked us into a river view room. There was an outdoor fireplace and indoor pool (possibly salt water) available until 10:00 pm. The hotel is in the shadow of a freeway, area photo taken from the direction of the freeway. But the rooms were fairly well sound proof. Breakfast was ok. Hotel scrambled eggs, bagels, cold cereal, hotel sausages, etc. They should pay closer attention to the morning hot water thermos. It was used and emptied at least twice during breakfast. It would be nice to have tea available upon check-in in addition to coffee. All in all, stopping in or passing through, this location is worth the stop.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast had several options. Room appeared clean. Bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress must be old. Woke up with a backache. Walls were very thin... Pool was DISGUSTING. Hot tub was bolted close.

Our room was clean and comfortable and we had a nice view of the Ohio River. Breakfast was good, with a really good selection. I’d say the only thing that needs attention is the pool area. It’s showing its age and the hot tub is out of service. But other than that we had zero issues.

The carpet had multiple stains and the bathroom was not clean. It did not smell good at all. The elevator was broken and I was not informed when booking that the pool was out of service.Worst Marriot experience I have ever had

Don't be fooled by the picture as I was. The fire pit was broken, and you could not see the river due to the growth of weeds. The only complaint that I had beyond the picture is that the mattress was like sleeping in a bowl, everyting sloped to the inside. The staff was very helpful, the hotel appeared to be clean and the breakfast was ok.

Great price with expedia booking.Convenient location to I79. Staff were helpful. Spacious handicap room. Noisy a/c unit. Bathroom floor needs to be cloroxed, smells of urine. Rest of unit clean & tidy.

Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful, made check in a breeze. Our room on the 200 floor is in need of some updating and maintenance. Wallpaper coming off the wall, stains on curtains, and bathtub liner was chipped and peeling. Quiet rooms and good location.

An older hotel currently undergoing renovation, but clean and comfortable. There were only 3 minor drawbacks: the mattress was soft and saggy, but still comfortable, the shhets were pilled and rough, and the fridge didn't keep things very cold. But I'm sure this will all be addressed with the renovations. We would stay there again.

Had to unplug the refrigerator as it was making noise and couldn’t sleep. Drain plug in tub broke while trying to pull it of closed position. Room was next to exit door and doors make loud noise when closing and would wake me up.

Stayed with family, for a wedding downtown. Picked this hotel because of it being conveniently located within 25 to downtown. Free parking and free breakfast was a perk. Also, a Sheetz being located directly in front of the hotel is convenient as well. Property was clean, well manicured, even though it was in an industrial area. We had a river front room…traffic can be heard from the highway and bridge next to the hotel…but a dull noise. Room could use a little refresher…a coat of paint, etc, but definitely clean. My only complaint was the sound of our heat/AC system…sounded like something was vibrating inside of it…sometimes it was loud…made it really hard to sleep. Beds were on the soft side, but still comfy…if you like a firm mattress, you’re out of luck. Overall, a safe, clean place to stay with family. We would stay again.

The person at the desk was brand new and had to wait for his co-worker to return from being elsewhere. It took at least 5 minutes for her to arrive. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so the pool and gym were unavailable during my visit. The room appeared to be clean, but was a little dated. Everything functioned as needed, but I did not use the television. It was by far the smallest TV that I have seen in a modern hotel. Breakfast was available, and for the most part was sufficient. The turkey sausage was not warm, and was not a good option.

The staff was hands down the most friendly hotel staff I have ever experienced. The management was great and made it a point to greet guests and check on everything. Anytime I’m in the Pittsburgh area I will be staying here.

The front desk staff who checked us in at 8pm after driving from a lacrosse tournament Olin Maryland that was hot and humid, was very friendly and helpful. We were exhausted and didn’t want to go out to eat but had leftovers to heat up - but no plates. We asked the front desk and he got plates, utensils and napkins for us. Above and beyond!

The best was Marion she has a wonderful personality willingness to help and made my morning start with a smile. We booked a 2 night stay at this hotel due to our kids attending a very important camp close by. Our first night we were shocked to hear loud banding on walls, tv blasted and both adults and kids screaming next door. I went downstairs to speak to the front desk attendant and were dismissed and told there is nothing they can do. Not even move our room so we could sleep. This noise and screaming lasted until 3am. We spoke to another attendant in the morning and got the same sentiment- nothing can be done the second/upcoming night. She said all they could possibly do is offer Marriott points (we are not members and we told her this). I understand that noise happens and disruption but the lack of customer service /compassion and response was extremely disappointing. I will never return to this hotel and am extremely disappointed with the compassion that was given when all we wanted was a good nights sleep.

Very few rooms have a river view and those views aren't so pretty. Neville Island is an old but still active industrial area. You can't escape that ambience or odor.

Stayed here to attend a Steelers game. 20 minutes from stadium and easily accessed. Not much by the hotel except a Sheetz but thats basically a gas station and fast food place in one. It served it's purpose it was clean, nice staff. Would stay there again without any hesitance

Nice and quiet for being right off the interstate and near a railroad track. Clean, comfortable, super friendly staff. Extremely convenient location for getting to downtown Pittsburgh - 20-30 minutes to PNC Park and PPG Paints Arena - and to shopping/eating in Cranberry.

We were in town to see a Pirates game. The hotel is kind of a haul from the game, which is fine. But it's also sort of a long distance to anything else (other than a convenient gas station right across the street). No dining or shopping or anything. Our game had a rain delay, so we didn't get back to the room until after midnight. The area has a real "industrial park" feel to it, so it kind of felt like the zombie apocalypse or something--very creepy with absolutely no one around as we drove. Hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The breakfast has the standards (waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal) but also scrambled eggs and bacon. The pool was the only major drawback. It was this gross color (although I couldn't decide if maybe it was the color of the paint? It's like a weird green) but the temperature was ridiculously hot. Like bath water. I didn't let my son swim in it. The whole thing screamed "nope!" but the hotel is otherwise bright and cheery and comfortable. Nice safety feature that when we got back after midnight from the game, we had to swipe in with our cards because the door was locked. Check out the pretty view from our room in the picture.

The staff were happy & smiling. The room was clean & quiet. The breakfast was very good providing a number of options. Driving to and from the hotel was easy. I had quick access to most of Pittsburgh. I would definitely stay there again.

There were no tissues in many of the rooms. Ran out of toilet paper. They only service the rooms once every three days. Breakfast got sadder each day. It is very convenient to Sewickley.

The room was okay. The hotel is not close to everything. It’s near the freeway, but there is a big gas station nearby you can get food such as pizza, subs, wraps etc. But that’s about it. I was disappointed by the breakfast. When we went there, some stuff was empty and it wasn’t filled. Disappointing. The hotel needs to train their employees not to start putting food away before the closing time. The ham was dry and egg tastes terrible.
