Stayed 1 night

Had a good stay until @3am woke with noisy people going up corridor to room then it slamming about 4 times with loud voices. Loud voices and doors on and off followed by people outside and car doors banging, by 4am could not sleep and got up feeling very tired and drained. Seems police were called during the night. Told receptionist had not had a good sleep due to all the commotion she said she would pass details of all those affected to the management who would be in touch. Not heard anything from them. Pretty poor no contact and a partial rebate should be offered for lack of sleep and worry what was going on in the car park etc.

Stayed 1 night

The pool is advertised as heated but it was cold. The room was very spacious but needed to be updated. Bed was comfortable and clean but the chairs were dirty. The curtains were shabby and ripped and the radiator needed replacing or painting. Inside the wardrobe shelves, were lots of scratches and the chair was too low to see in the mirror when doing my hair.

Very disappointing stay. The property was run down and did not accurately reflect the photographs or description on the website. We raised our concerns and were moved to another room, but unfortunately it was no better. The second room was also in poor condition and was not clean to an acceptable standard. Overall, the hotel felt tired and poorly maintained, and the standard of cleanliness was well below what we expected. We booked based on how the property was presented online, but the reality was very different. Sadly, we wouldn't stay here again or recommend it unless significant improvements are made.
