The beds and room were nice but just a couple of things. For one I read there was supposed to be a hot tub and they didn’t have it there. Secondly, the bathtub was not the cleanest, there was a huge yellow ring around it. The staff was very friendly and their breakfast was good.

The food and coffee was great! Getting a shuttle from the airport to the hotel was smooth. However, the bathroom layout was a bit tight for 3 adults. There was ants in the room. I was looking forward to the hot tub but it was closed during the early part of the afternoon after check in. Getting a shuttle from the hotel to the airport was terrible. I waited over 30 minutes and decided to get an Uber. Also, the staff really didn’t go above and beyond. I asked if I could store my luggage there since my flight was later in the evening and was told no.

Our room was I cleaned when we opened it. We were assigned another and it did not have the linen for the beds. Had to retrieve it ourselves and it wasn’t complete the first time so had to go back the room was clean though

Liked the design of the room (plenty of plugs/usb ports, long space for 2 suitcases) but the tub was dingy/dirty/damaged so it looked dirty. There was a constant gurgling sound in the room that we couldn't identify. I had to sleep with earplugs. The floors in the lobby and dining area were sticky. And the color scheme is horrible - lime green walls in the hall, brand carpet that doesn't match in the halls. The driver and front desk personnel were helpful and pleasant

A very comfortable stay. Clean room and comfortable beds. Staff was always friendly. Only two small issues where the water pressure in the shower was abysmal and our room location was within earshot of the lobby and we noticed a decent amount of noise throughout the night. These issues weren't big enough to put us off staying again but just something worth noting. The complimentary hot breakfast each morning was a very nice perk.

Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Very loud ac unit throughout night was a problem. Tv remote hard to get limited stations. Hallway on fourth floor smelled like pot for 12 hours.

Sherry, the check in attendant, was a gem! Expedia dropped the ball and my reservation never went through, even the next morning it was not in their system although I received multiple confirmation emails. She was very patient with me while I tried to figure it out. Expedia customer service was no help. She said she would keep an eye out for the Expedia reservation and cancel my payment through the hotel if it ever came through so I would not be charged twice. I would stay here again but probably won’t be using Expedia to do so.

Had my purse stolen out of my room, room was locked. Manager couldn’t be bothered (never reached out and I never even laid eyes on him/her). It was incredibly unsettling and although the night clerk was kind, the management did nothing.

Excellent service and consideration of my senior limitations both from the desk clerk and the shuttle driver. Both went beyond what was necessary. In the morning I asked for a late check out and the accommodation was made without any angst. It is so nice to have things be done easily.

The toilet in our room didn’t flush when we got there. We asked for another room but the hotel was booked. The front desk person suggested to jiggle the inside of the toilet on our own. A maintenance person was never sent.

I checked in Late at night after a very long flight and delays. Ms. Floretta made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She took such good care of me. I could have just sat up the rest of the night just talking with her. We are about the same age?? but I truly felt like she was covering me in so much love. We had never met before that night. Give her a raise. The other staff were just as good but Floretta made a bad day into a wonderful day.

The front desk staff at checkin & checkout were not really friendly, I felt like a bother to them. The room was fine, pretty standard. The breakfast buffet was the worst I have experienced in my travels. The variety, taste & temperature of the food was not appealing. While I am not a coffee drinker, other guests complained the machine did not work consistently. As a hot tea drinker, I didn’t even bother to look at my options because there were too many people trying to solve the coffee issue. The juice machine apparently stopped working, & I don’t recall anyone getting a pancake out of that machine. There was no butter available for the biscuits either. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, it was a big disappointment.

Property was close to airport and provided airport shuttle. Not all the staff seemed happy. You had one that was really friendly and then others that were just dismissive to guest. I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express on several occasions and always enjoyed good breakfast and friendly staff. The one single thing at this hotel that was really disappointing was the breakfast. Coffee was watery, choice of breads stale, cinnamon roll was not fresh. Everything was on styrofoam plates which I thought was so not eco friendly at all

Everyone of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was really excellent, fresh with a different selection of hot items each day we were there. And we really appreciated having fresh coffee available in the lobby all day. We had a wonderful stay.

My stay at the hotel was very good. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety and selection of items. The front desk personnel, the breakfast attendant and the maids were very nice and provided excellent service. The bonus is that its right near the airport. Loved it!! Thank you.
