Very nice and helpful staff. The room was very clean and well stocked. The only thing was a concern was they are in the middle of doing renovations to the front lobby and the area for the breakfast and coffee was not available. The staff did make sure we had coffee and muffins before leaving in the morning.

Passing through on way to Destin and stopped for the night. Even though there was a little mess from remodeling, things were satisfactory with getting around the lobby, pool, and dining area. Rooms were clean and nice. Close to a Cracker Barrel too. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great for the time we were there. They were renovating inside of the hotel though. The bed was comfortable and we appreciate having Dove products there as we use those at home. We came a little early and wasn’t allowed to check in early. Didn’t like that but the desk assistant explained why

When I booked my stay at this hotel I was never informed that they were working on the entire lobby floors. The entire lobby and downstairs area flooring was all pulled up. They only had one elevator available with a note up that the floors were being worked on but not a single worker was around and the entire 5 days I was there no progress was done to the floors. The breakfast was not as described on the website and was absolutely terrible and not a full breakfast and on our floor the ceiling was leaking water from the rain. Also the cleaning staff would forget to leave towels in our room when they came in to make the bed. I will never be staying here again.

Renovations are going on but that’s a good thing! Room smelled pleasant and was updated. Breakfast options were good. Even had real half and half for coffee. Seeing less and less of that at other hotels.

There was hair all over the room. Hair under the pillows, hair on the floor, hair in the shower, hair in the blankets. Not just little fuzzy hairs but long dark hair. The tile floor left a slimy feeling on feet and showed out shoes foot prints. Whatever the cleaning solution is for the floor is not working well enough.

Upon check in Friday June 6, 2025, the front desk lady was not friendly at all. She didn’t have a name tag and she was NOT very helpful. At first glance our room was very clean, until I pulled the covers back to inspect my bed and I found bodily fluid spots on sheet, hair and the pillow case looked as if someone used it as a handkerchief. I went down to the front desk to inform her of my findings. She responded “ Housekeeping is not here and I’m by myself and the only thing that I can do is to send you up clean linen. Needless to say I found a Ross and purchased my own bed linen and towels. As of checkout on Sunday June 8, 2025 I still hadn’t received the clean linen as promised. Thank God I had decided to go get my own because she could care less. However, the Housekeeping Supv, Housekeeping Director, & Manager was very apologetic as I was checking out and I told them what had happened. I felt as though they genuinely cared unlike the lady that checked me in.

We didn't know there was construction in the lobby, and this information wasn't shared when booking the room. The room wasn't cleaned after the first night and I had to go to the lobby to get towels. The next morning at 11:01 we received a phone call asking when we are leaving the room, which was annoying since their service was not adequate during our stay.

The overall stay was good. Quiet hotel. The only complaint was that the floors could use a good carpet shampooing and the bathroom floor needed mopping with a better cleaner also, they both felt dirty to our feet. Would stay again based on the overall stay though.

When I first walked in the lobby was under renovation which kind of shocked me wasn’t ready for that. Then when I got to the room it was amazing. It was the cleanest room in a hotel I have ever seen. It was immaculate. The bathroom was spotless it looked like it was new. The chrome fixtures even shined. I was extremely impressed. The staff was very very nice.

Clean, newer property. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Well lit public areas. The room was too well lit. The light bulbs are blinding. The bed is quite high. I am 5’2”, and had difficulty getting in and out of the bed. Outer part of mattress is rock solid, making it uncomfortable to sit on the edge of the bed. TV picture was dark, and difficult to see. Was not able to figure out how to adjust the settings. Unsure if I would stay again if I was in the area.

We had to change rooms almost immediately after checking in due to the television not woeking properly, the bathroom in the new room smelled as if someone one was smoking pot and or cigarettes in it and again the television didnt work as it should have.

Bathtub dripped all night and had large chunks of caulking holding the soap trays to the wall. Bathroom sink has cracks. Air conditioner sounded like a turbine engine. There is a seam along side the AC that is open to the outside. Smell of deodorizer pumped into the room.

I was in a bedroom close to a machine, a boiler, or something else that made the room rumble every hour or two, and I could not sleep. All they did for me was say, I am sorry. Breakfast is way to be desired.

Property was perfectly located for the reason we were there. Close shopping & reasonably close restaurants. The front desk staff was not very friendly nor accomodating. We had two rooms and tried to get them at least on the same floor and wss told no, room assignments are what they are. Normally do not habe this problem at other hotels.

Price was high. Door would not unlock,being a heart patient,it was kinda scary. When you flush you had to hold handle and air conditioner and heater control was on On. The young lady on the first day at the desk unlocked and promised maintenance but they never showed up Grandbaby step in poop out on ground brand new shoes. So they need poop bags available.

The location is great. Plenty of places to eat and shop in walking distance. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Well staffed and managed. Multiple elevators to get up and down without delays. The room was clean and comfortable and the room service was polite and friendly.

I am only giving a 4 star on condition because they were under construction. However, they were still able to serve breakfast in the conference room. And still, this hotel's breakfast is one of my favorite. I usually don't get hotel eggs, but their omelets are very tasty. The rooms are very comfortable, especially the pillows. The feont desk staff was very very nice. This is our second stay, and i will continue to stay here when we are in this area (Jacksonville Equestrian Center)

They were doing renovations to the place. The room was great. The breakfast was not as expected because usually the hotel chain has wonderful assortments, this one was small (may have been due to the renovations-im not sure) I'd stay again to see after the renovations are complete.
