Lovely room, very affordable but also felt high end. Really enjoyed breakfast and appreciated the free parking. Very easy to get into the centre, we walked but not ideal if limited mobility as it is hilly, but I believe there is a regular bus service. Only things to note is the walls are quite thin so pack ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, also it is not a serviced front desk, I did not receive an email for the code to the front door for some reason.

We arrived at 3.30 and found a parking space. We hadn’t been sent an email with the door code so rang the number. Really helpful staff member gave me the code. Self check in was then easy, a beautiful building, well decorated and with beautiful furniture. Breakfast was fantastic. Greeted with tea and coffee a lovely selection of fruit yogurt and pastry’s. My husband had full English and I had eggs Benedict and it was 10/10. We will book again for our next stay in Bath

Our second stay here, room was beautifully decorated, bed comfortable and plenty of plug points. Spacious bathroom. All spotlessly clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Lovely breakfast, freshly cooked and plenty of chice. Parking on site a bonus and an easy walk into town. Hope to be back next year.
