Room was excellent. Staff at reception was helpful. Location is convenient. Breakfast was a bit basic in comparison, same as in budget ibis I stayed just days before. Expected more variety and better quality.

Clean and comfortable room , would have been nice to have had complimentary water in room and option of decaf coffee and tea though . Lovely selection of breakfast food , and very friendly staff there . The only let down was one young lady on reception on our first night that didn’t seem aware of us waiting to be seen / check in for approx 5 mins , as she was on her phone sending personal msgs on WhatsApp as noticed by my Daughter . Overall though a lovely stay , and hotel in a fab position for shopping/ sightseeing.
