Elevator was broken the pool was not in operation. Overall is was a good stay. Breakfast was good variety of choices we were able to move from the fourth floor to the second floor. Which helped me a lot since I have a weak left side and is very hard on me going up stairs.

It wasn’t too bad. The hotel needs some updates. Also the pool was out of service which seems to be a common theme among the reviews. It did not feel like the lobby or the dining room had any ac on. We were sweating while eating breakfast. The staff was friendly. It was an ok stay for two days.

Pool was closed for maintenance so that was disappointing. The temperature of the room was hard to regulate. The freezer needed defrosting. Other than these minor things, the stay was enjoyable.

This could be a very nice property they have a lot of amenities but most were broken. The pool was out of service but it doesn't look like it's going to be fixed the water fountain was out of service doesn't look like they were going to fix it, the side door doesn't have a lock there's nothing there to scan to get in the building. Our first night the mattress slept terrible and we had to be moved. All of these things could be fixed if the owner would take care of it

First impression was there was trash under the overhang of the front of the hotel. Sanitation rating was 90 at the front desk. Stains on all furniture and carpet in our room and throughout the hotel. Black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, which lacked proper ventilation, tub drain kept closing causing the tub to fill up with shower water. Pool was closed and green, odd smell trying to be covered up by a bowl of potpourri in the lobby. Gross. We will not be back.

The room had stains on the walls, floors and lamp shade. It was difficult for the room to read my keycard. I went to get something in the car and enter from the side door. It was suppose to be opened by the keycard only apparently it was unlock the whole time. This did not make me feel safe. Food was basic breakfast food, nothing to rave about.

Front desk staff was not available when checking in. When we got to the room, it was dirty and smelled of chemicals. I understand older hotels have worn carpet but this was heavily stained and dirty. Bugs were present in the room, the bedside lights flickered so we could not use them and the hair dryer did not work.

The carpet throughout the hotel was dirty, and so was in my room. My room had roaches, tub was stopped up, bulbs were blown out and the room smelled like a dirty rag or wet mop. I checked in at 3 and checked out at 8pm. Couldn't stay here and would never stay here again.

This place is a literal health hazard!! Apart from the actual handprint and blood on the walls, there were stains on everything, we had dirty towels and there was carpet coming up. The manager offered to change our room, we declined and were charged 50.00 for the time we moved our stuff in and immediately back out of the room. This is unacceptable and the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen.

Though the staff was very friendly and helpful, I was very disappointed in the state of this hotel. The lobby was clean, but that is where the cleanliness ended. The carpeting in the halls and rooms was all stained and in need of either a deep cleaning or replacement. Though the room itself gave the appearance of cleanliness, there was a lot of disrepair, including small holes in the walls in the bathroom and stains around the outside and inside of our tub. The air conditioning unit in our room was so loud it woke us all night every time it turned on, leading to a very restless sleep. And though I knew going in that the pool was currently closed, the unsightly algae filled pool and associated smell when walking down the hall to the elevator was not appealing. Not only would I not recommend this locations, I would not stay here again.

The front desk staff is amazing. However, the rooms are pretty run down and it looked like the door had been kicked in at one point. I actually slept with my gun in the room with us. The room seemed clean and the beds were ok. No bugs.

The room was clean however there was a lot of wear and tear in the room. The shower curtain was torn, the coffee maker did not work, it took at least 5 minutes before the water was hot enough to take a shower. There was some kind of vent in the room and the door was barely hanging on. Our first night after we left the room for dinner and came back our key did not work. Not worth the price we paid for the room in my opinion and will likely stay somewhere else next time.

We stayed in a suite. It was a large room, which was perfect for us. There were quite a few things that needed attention. The cabinet that housed the mini fridge and microwave was in need of some repair. The door to the cabinet would not close at all. There was very obvious water damage under the fridge, like perhaps it had leaked. The cabinet was warped and missing pieces. The bathtub dripped water nonstop. Lastly, and I understand this isn’t necessarily the hotels fault, but the people above us were very loud both nights. Sounded like they were running and jumping on and off the beds.

There is a fair amount of room in the suite for a family of 5. Nice to have continental breakfast. Noticed a few things broken in the room, including the cabinet door that holds the mini fridge.

My heater in the room barely worked. It was kinda cold all night and the unit never stopped running. Bed was hard and walls are thin. Could hear the neighbors talking all night. Tv was nice sized though.

If you book at this hotel from a third party or website other than their commercial website, please be aware that they cancel your reservation as a no-show if you don't arrive by 2:30AM. This happened to me and others when we arrived on a delayed flight. I called the hotel and told them that the flight was delayed, but the claimed not to get my call (even though I showed them the call record). Once arriving they tried to charge 2.5x the cost that we paid online. It is a fraud and should be recognized as such!

Not a great stay at all! I stayed for two days and had to go to the front desk 4 times because the cards would stop working to get into the room. The rugs were nasty looking, the door to the outside was broken and they lock the doors at night 12-6am so you could only get back in if you walked all the way around to the other side. The staff was rude in person and on the phone. They sent me paperwork to fill out and email back. Had to call 3 times because the email address on the paperwork was outdated. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

There was a pubic hair on toilet seat when we got there and the floor around toilet was covered with water. Beds were made but sheets looked slept in. Air conditioner was very loud and sounded like an ambulance siren on and off, on and off. When toilet was flushed it made a very loud “laughing” sound. We videoed it and showed all our family. Then there was an altercation from the breakfast attendant who looked like he was an ex con. We got down about 9:15. Got coffee and some food (frozen chicken patties heated up). Got a bowl of cereal. And went to get milk and he started yelling at me that they were closed (it was 9:32). Yelled at me he was following the rules and that the milk was locked up “bro.” The hotel manager had to get me some milk. Needless to say when he called me “bro” I was not happy so I asked if he was following his prison rules. It was not a good start to the day.

Had a decent variety of breakfast food. Very clean area as well. All staff members were very helpful and friendly. A bit disappointed that the pool was closed but did go to the beach which wasn’t too far away. I would definitely come back again. Great location!

Check-in was a breeze! Front desk staff was very polite even though they were pretty busy. It was graduation and Mother's Day weekend so the place was booked. The only downfall was the pool being shut down for maintenance. Rooms were clean as can be. Breakfast every morning was yummy and fresh! Can't say enough about the kindness from the staff!

The hotel had roaches coming out of the tv. When we told management, they gave us the option to refund us if we wanted to check out early. All the hotels for the weekend were fully booked. They ended up giving us a smaller suite for the night, but moved us back into our original suite after the room was “treated”. The pool was closed the entire stay for maintenance, and the breakfast was mid. This experience has scarred me for life; I’ll never stay at a Country Inn ever again.
