The rooms appeared clean but it was dated and the location it was stuck by some random businesses and a defunct hotel. The pool area was not told we needed wristbands. The hot tob was notnhot and there was so much clorine it ruined mine and my daughter's swimsuits. Staff was friend and accommodating.

Property is a bit run down with patch jobs being done. The hotel lobby smelled like cigarette smoke during checkin, the spa was closed, the water toys didn't work or couldn't figure out how to turn on, several holes in walls that where quickly patched up but very noticeable. Breakfast was well stocked and bed was comfortable, good for a one night stay but pool issues should be addressed to improve rating.

the elevator was down the spa was closed the ice maker was out by us then the other one barely had any coming out the laundry supposedly was working when i arrived he sold me laundry soap but said it was too late to do laundry so i got up at 7:00am to do laundry for my daughters softball uniform she needed then they said it was down

The pool was sooooo loud and therefore our pool view room was almost unbearable until the pool closed at 10pm. The pool also then doesn't open until 10am so you can't get in a morning swim either.

We did have a clean room. went down to the pool and the only way in was through the gate that led to the hot tub. We had to crawl through the safety bars to get to the pool. The breakfast that showed on the front page looked wonderful. Went down to eat, barely anything.

The hotel is need of an update and not just paint. The rooms are a little dingy, discolored tiles on most of the ceiling. The hot tub was drained and the little kids water features wouldn’t turn on. Breakfast was simple and I think they only serve warm breakfast on weekends. The staff was kind enough to let us check out an hour later. We stayed there so the kids would have water slides to play on. It’s perfect for kids 10 and under.

Do not let the pictures fool you. This hotel is disgusting. Carpet in the halls are so bad. Pool is filthy, you get what you pay for. But jesus did not expect it to be this filthy. Had to go to front desk who is almost never there to activate my card 4 times because it wouldnt work. Do you know how annoying it is to do that? That has never happened to me at any hotel.

This hotel is in need of a lot of work! We were told the pools were heated when I called the day before, only to find out both were freezing. The hottub was all cloudy, filled with confetti and a slimy feeling. Our room was dirty, with stains on the walls and curtains hanging off the hooks. Our 5 year old wanted to take a bath instead of a shower, but we refused to let that happen, as the tub was disgusting. Our shower curtain was also falling apart and wouldn't stay shut. Hallways smelled liked weed and cigarettes. The pool area was filthy, with garbage everywhere. We will not be back.

I stayed at this property several times over the years and it is not how it used to be. It is pretty run down, it looked & felt dirty, needs tons of maintenance & updating or tear it down. I would not stay there again & recommend other people do not!

Always read the reviews before booking (we did not). We had a long day in the car, we were tired and hungry. We checked on Expedia and this hotel popped up. There was no one at the desk when we checked in. A sign said they would be back at 7:00. It was approx 6:50 so we had to wait 10 mins. The clerk did his job. That’s about it. The hallways are filthy, the carpeting needs a good cleaning. There is peeling paint on things, holes in areas of the walls. The whole place should be dunked in bleach. This is not the cheapest hotel around either. Don’t wait until you are so tired you tolerate this kind of appalling hotel.

The photos of the hotel and room are very deceiving. If you take more than 5 seconds to look at anything in person, it becomes clear that everything is dirty and all the work done on the hotel is shoddy at best. There were food wrappers and other trash stuffed between the cushions of the chair and couch in our room. The armchair itself basically collapsed in on itself when you sat in it. There were holes in the walls. Door security devices were barely attached to the wall. Exit signs in hallways were hanging from electrical wires from the ceilings. The water jets in the in-room whirlpool shot out some weird gross residue that lined the tub. There were what looked to be smoke stains on the curtains even though the hotel is supposedly non smoking. The whole property reeked of weed at all times. The pools were not clean.

Bugs on the mattress and the room was very muggy and smelled horrible. Went to the front desk and asked for a new room (which was better) but still had a questionable mattress. Both my son and I left with new bug bites that we didn’t have going in.

Well....for the price, not bad. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was good. On the bad side, very run down. The furniture was all beat up, the walls dirty and holes in them where stuff was hung up. A communication barrier with the people working, broken english. It looked like back in the day, this was a nice place.

The place was clean; they had plenty of staff cleaning regularly. But there was a flood in the hallway near the ice machine. Wifi was sporadic. TV service went out, which they blamed on Direct TV. I was offered a discount for the inconvenience, but the next morning, that became a discount "for a future stay." I also didn't like having to pay a $100 deposit "in case of damage" on top of room charges and for which I did not receive a receipt!

Floor had some kind of leak from air conditioner. Bed were noisey and uncomfortable. Slider door to pool area didn’t lock but had a make shift safety bar.. bathroom ceiling was cracking and stained and air conditioner was very very noisey all night. Service was good. Very friendly.

The upside was that multiple reviews here mention roaches, and we didn't see any! We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel (the cupboard around the in-room refrigerator was disintegrating, the carpets felt grimy and slightly damp, there was glitter embedded in the floor and the night stands were very dusty except where there was clearly spilled liquid.) The TV didn't work until the morning we were leaving. On arrival we only had two small pillows on the bed, and when I asked at the front desk for others, they firmly said I could "only have one more" and handed me--not to be dramatic--the lumpiest un-cased pillow I've seen in a LONG time. Breakfast was fine. We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub because despite the listed in-hotel open time of 9:00 a.m., the front desk told us they didn't open until "9:30 or so." I mentioned the signs and they let us know, "A lot of things have changed. We don't know why the signs aren't right." (Other reviews mention the pool is closed until 10:00 a.m., and with checkout at 11:00, we just decided to leave.) The shower was dirty and the head was calcified, so we didn't use it. There was also a wedding with a DJ/music playing until about midnight, so sleep was rough. All in all, not a great stay, but also one of the cheapest options nearby, so.

I paid with card at the hotel desk and money was taken out of my account for room fee and incidentals 30 seconds later they said it was canceled and tried to re run but being my money was taken once already so had insufficient funds. I than had to pay cash. This was on july 29th. Still aug 8th my funds still show pending and have not recieved them. Why can't i have my money back? Why cant you find in the credit portal on your system my payment and clear it. Unacceptable.

Pros: free upgrade to poolside rooms (the only connecting rooms available when we got there). Friendly staff. Pool was warm. Decent breakfast. Rooms were clean. Cons: Pre check-in via text didn't work, so had to go through the whole process again when we got there. Hotel is very run down. TV didn't work in one room (they did fix that). Had to text, call, and then go to the desk to ask for pillows and the TV issue. Pillows are uncomfortable. Only 1 extra pillow per room allowed. Only 3 bath towels per room (but room sleeps 4).

During check in, they gave us a room that was locked from the inside. We couldn’t get into our room. They gave us a second room, it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. They lied about the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t give us a different room. The parking lot was bared when we checked in at 7pm. They deodorized our room while we were out. It was bare-able to spend the night. We left at 10am for the day. Came back at 9:30pm, the room was not cleaned or with any fresh towels. I went to the front desk, told the staff the room was not cleaned and asked for the fresh towels. She gave us 2 towels, I asked for more because we needed two more towels for the swimming pool. She lied and said there are no more clean towels available. How does a hotels don’t have extra towels? The morning when we were checking out, they send a text message at 8am, asked what time we will be leaving, I checked off for 11am. 9:30, one of their front staff opened our door and walked in without knocking. Saw that we were still in our room, he proceeded to closed the door. Once I opened the door, I asked him what he was doing opening our room door? He was checking to see if we had checked out of our room. The staff proceeded to knock on our door 2 other times to see what time we were leaving. This is the worst hotel I have stayed. I will never stay with Wyndham property again. Staff were rude and unprofessional.The continental breakfast was a joke. Dirty and run down place

Advised the hotel in advance that I was checking in just after midnight. Showed up at 12:05am after 14 hours of driving and no one was at the front desk. No one was around anywhere as a matter of fact, the door was wide open. There was a clock shaped sign at the front desk saying will be back at 12:20. Waited around until 12:25am and then tried calling the hotel. The phone just rang and rang and rang at the front desk. Again, nobody around. Went down the road and just rented a room at another hotel. Tried calling the hotel the next morning and again no answer on the telephone. It just rang and rang and rang. I also tried reaching Expedia by telephone to advise them of my experience here. No answer there either. They did charge my credit card for the room room, though. Absolutely ridiculous.

I really like the fact when we arrived that there was landscaping being done to enhance the property ... Check in was wonderful. The gal that checked us in was so friendly and informative on what we needed to know.

It wasn't busy. Clean but in tough shape. Torn carpet, patched walls, tape on ceiling, door into building propped open, very thin worn towels, people hanging around grounds. It worked for us but will probably never stay there again.

General condition was run down. Didn’t feel like a safe area. Hotel smelled terrible. Beds were rock hard. Everything was done as cheaply as possible-minimum pillows, towels, etc. Advertised as having a hot tub and hot breakfast. The hot tub was broken and obviously hasn’t been working for months with no plans to fix and the waffle makers had “no waffles today” signs on them -no other hot foods. Very disappointing. Would not stay here again.

The room was good, especially when I shopped for the cheapest price in the area. I had my dog with me, and I feel the extra $20/day was asking a lot considering the overall property and room condition. Pretty sure there were some questionable things going on in the back lot.

The suite was next to the pool, where kids where screaming until 11pm. The hottub was chipped, and 2 jets were broken out. The toilet lid was broken as well. The remote didn't work for the tv in the bedroom, so our romantic evening was spent listening to kids yelling, not relaxing in a hottub. The property advertised dining/bar on-site which was closed permanently. So disappointed.

Room smells funny, not in the greatest condition, bathroom falling apart. No dinning in hotel. Breakfast… ya if you want a bagel, stale cereal, or yogurt. No waffles sign on waffle maker, no eggs or bacon today sign out. Very dissatisfied. Will not stay here again.

Sloppy maintainance work. Sloppy paint. The front desk is trying to double charge me. They are not honoring Expedia prices. There was no breakfast provided. Just waffles and dry cereal. No milk. No fruit. No bagels. No sugar. No eggs. No sausages. No hash browns. They ran out of some juice. There was one yogurt container left. Nothing for breakfast. I advise to everyone not to stay there. They will try to flem flam you by doubling you charges. Stay away.

The beds and pillows are old and uncomfortable. The entrances to pool and hot tub are gated with gate to each area on opposite ends of area. The water wasn't working in the little kid area structures. There wasn't any coffee, not even for breakfast, which food was not appealing
