Front desk took a while to check in. There were two people there but it lookied like one was brand new and getting trained in. The pool was ok- we have littles and its not designed for the littles. Plus the water was fridged. There were conflicting/ hodge podge blankets on the beds- and the back up blanket set for the pull out couch never has the same bedding as the actual beds. One bed had a long comforter- the other bed had what looked like a pillow top cover sheet as a blanket. Reallythe room was super narrow. Setting up pack and plays for the ba ies was a challenge to find room. Breakfast was really good- i liked the menu suggestion cards- but there was zero nutrition info available- and the staff had no clue on allergin information.

This is our third visit to this property. Over the past few years we have seen some changes that are not so good. The breakfast was so amazing before. Now it’s all pre made tasteless, and room temp. Out of regular coffee every morning. One of the elevators was down, and overhead a couple who said it’s been that way for over a week. This place was like a shiny penny when we found it. Each time we come back it seems to tarnish a bit. It is on the cusp of falling into just another hotel. I hope management really will not let that happen. We want to always use this location, but we hope they don’t let it fall into disrepair.

Housekeeping is only done every 3 days we stayed 6 so Housekeeping only came once even though we had requested Housekeeping every other day. Like what was stated in the room signs. One of the elevators were inoperable. And knone of the luggage carts were available. Also there was always a cad parked at the main entrance so loading, unloading was done after finding a parking place.Also we were staying there for a family wedding and my wife had the walk out the car in the parking her formal gown because the was car parked at the main entrance blocking me from picking her up. Im sure to most this sounds petty but I do try to be a gentleman and pick my wife up at the front door.

The heater in my room wouldn’t stop running. Staff couldn’t help me. Breakfast was very limited. Hotel wasn’t very clean. Pool was out of service.

Expedia screwed up our FULLY paid booking and had to call them and take up my time after driving for 8 hours!! Not impressed. As for the hotel itself, breakfast was horrible! Nothing on shelf’s, had to ask several times just for bread. Not a thing for kids unless your child’s into buckwheat waffles. Carpets in halls and rooms are filthy. Beds are springy. Pool is tiny. Elevators and halls were about 90 degrees. Front desk staff were friendly. Only positive. Not a fuss bug, but dirt is not cool. Not sure how it got the Expedia rating it did. Avoid this place. Part of Hilton chain.

Was guaranteed a connecting room when we rang up 3 days before to confirm that everything was okay with the booking. Then we arrived we were told that we don’t have the connecting room and that they never guarantee rooms. They said that they had a stay over and that was why even though a connecting room was booked they couldn’t give us the room we booked. I find this highly unprofessional. Not only the issue with the room but also the elevator smelt TERRIBLE and only one was working.

I really like the fact that it felt very Homie. I was only staying for one night, but wished I could’ve stayed longer. The only thing I didn’t really like is the pool was very cold.

The king suite was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel breakfast. The gym is small, but it has a little bit of everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was one of the dirtiest pools I have ever swum in!! Overall property felt cheap and 2nd class.

A little disappointed with the pool - not very toddler friendly

There was no ironing board. Also, there was someone's used wash cloth hanging on the shower head all dried out and crusty. I guess I expected a little more from a Hilton.

Desk person was friendly when I checked in. Place was very clean. Our room was nice. Really like the black out curtains. Noticed missing dishes in the kitchen so checked the dishwasher for clean dishes and was shocked at the mold growing on all the dishes in the dishwasher!!! Apparently, someone used the dishes a long time ago and never started the dishwasher when they left! Housekeeping never checked and I can tell those dishes have been in there for a long time! Yikes!

Bathroom had some mold. Sink should have been sprayed down with bleach.

Beds were awful, carpet stained. We typically enjoy Home2Suites but were disappointed in this particular one. The front desk staff was so nice!!

Liked the location and proximity to mall and restaurants but didn’t like the smell of sour feet in the room and old cigarettes on the sheets (room was nonsmoking) and the constant barking of dogs in next room all morning nonstop even after calling front desk three times to inform them of the disturbance.overall 5/10, I would go back only if nothing else was an option.

Room and hotel were clean. Location was good for our visit. Staff was friendly and helpful with checking in. I will recommend and stay again.

Amazing! I was a little skeptical because reviews varied on different platforms and the price was much lower than other suites. My room was very clean and the staff were super nice.

Looked like a newer hotel. Had unfortunately lots of pet hair on the carpet due to it being pet friendly. But service was good and friendly. Also lots of breakfast options. I liked the fact that it had a full kitchen und plenty of shelves and storage. Loved the bigger fridge and walk in shower. It took a bit to get used to the saline pool but was not itchy after like I usually would be with heavy chlorinated water. next time I would probably chose again home2 suites just a little closer to the MOA. Was easy to reach and get to but the 25min drive was a little long with the kids.

This was one of the largest one-room hotel rooms we have stayed at. It would be great for an extended stay or a business trip with a well-equipped kitchen and office area. The only negatives were that the bathroom light kept flickering, and the bed was stiff. However, this hotel appears very new and very accommodating.

Walls/Doors between lockout Suites are super thin. Heard the neighbors in Suite 419 all night long. Complained to the front desk 4 or 5 times via phone calls. Finally at 3:45 A.M. went down to front desk to complain. Front desk person went to room and asked them to quiet down. It was the Saturday/Sunday night from hell. Never again will we stay at at a Home2 Suites.

Big room with lots of features

Roomy, very clean. Shades make for great sleep- very dark.

The 2 queen suite we stayed in was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kiddos we had with us. Great size spacious living room area to watch tv and perfect lil kitchen for in room food preparing and eating. Pool coulve been little bigger and there was no hot tube even though the description says there was. Also only stand up shower wasnt as convient to bathe the lil kids but it had all the soaps and lotions and not just tiny ones .

Tv did not work! Not worth the high price I paid!

Looks so nice and the staff was amazing. Very clean. Could hear the elevator ding all night, people above us were running around (kiddos likely) from 3:30am-6am and you could hear it like you were in the room with them. Could hear people outside talking so overall they must have used subpar building materials or very little sound proofing. Made for a horrible nights sleep. Pool room is tiny but clean.

Great hotel, really nice. Only complaint, the drains were really slow.

The staff was very awesome and the room was great. But there was two bad spots which was the heater in the bedroom and the sink in the bathroom

The gentleman that checked us in had some computer issues. He was so courteous, friendly and professional. He sincerely is a rock star in customer service and deserves major accolades. We would stay again just because of him. The other ammentities and stuff was extra.

Book this hotel online and they called me that the room was no longer available because of some system error.

Jackson, the General assistant manager and the young friendly woman were the only two at the front desk who was nice during our stay at the Home2 suites. Everyone else was rude and impatient. Randy the breakfast attender was very unprofessional and rude. We won’t be returning to this hotel again. You would think that someone who has booked at this hotel, so many times and for long period of times that they would make us feel welcomed, but we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. Staff members would give us bad looks for no apparent reason whatsoever.

We booked a king, were sent to a queen. Requested and were given the keys to a king bed room. We were impressed with the room. Although the bathroom was small. We were exhaustedand were asleep by 10. At 1 we heard someone fooling around with our door. Surprisingly the door opened, slamming into the door stop. Thank goodness it was out. The person closed the door and left. I called down a bit later. The desk clerk and asked if she gave someone a key for our room. She asked who i was. I explained about the room switch. She said that room wasn't assigned to us. That it was for the other person, and they gave them a differant room. After all that i was unable to fall back asleep until about 4. That morning we ran into the maid, she said that no one was assigned to that room. We told her what happened. After breakfast upon arriving back at our room, the keys wouldn't work. The maid thought they had been deactivated. We were on the 5th floor. When getting to the elevator, the button didn't work. I had to walk down to the 4th floor to get elevator to send up to 5th. When checking out, the desk clerk had heard about what happened. She said that we were reassigned to a room floors down. Not the one we were given keys for. The clerk sid she was leaving our name and number for the manager. We never got a call.

There was a problem with our check in and our room got double booked. Turns we had someone come into our room at 4:00am! It sounded and then awoke to someone braking in our room! Try going back to sleep after that?!

Gave away our rooms so we had to go find a different hotel at 11 pm at night.Had two rooms reserved with double queen beds.

Our rooms didn't come with an ironing board, we had to ask the front desk for them. Also the tap water had a horrible taste and we could only drink bottled water that we purchased. Lastly, we had 2 rooms booked and would have appreciated the rooms being connected, and that wasn't the case. We were on the same floor, but very far from one another. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and will come back. Staff was awesome, beds were super comfy, breakfast in the lobby every morning was superb and so convenient.

the adequate version of Home2Suites, needs more updating and renovation. Had a 3-night stay booked but staff cancelled my reservation after one night and I had to re-book the very last room they had available.

Spent a long weekend here with my wife and two young adult sons, in town for a family funeral/reunion. Hotel was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to basic stores & services. Main issue was that the housekeeping "by request" never occurred, 3 days in a row. Night desk staff cheerfully took the requests each night as prescribed but housekeeping never followed up. Reminders in the morning did not seem to work any better. Given the prices that highway motels like this charge these days, it seems like the most basic services could be maintained. Air BnB looks better and better if hotels become an entirely do-it-yourself experience. Here the "option" to have room cleaned seemed to be largely a put-on. Sadly typical of modern corporations but expected better in Minnesota.

Great place to stay with a large family. It’s a bit of a drive to activities. We stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned.

Whenever I’m in the Minneapolis area this is where I stay. Nice large rooms with a friendly staff and close to freeways. Free breakfast is good and they have a nice restaurant right across the parking lot so it’s super convenient for dinner.

My wife and myself drove down from Fargo for the weekend , for a family Birthday day party . The check in person was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again the room quiet and clean.

I enjoyed the included breakfast and the quietness of my stay. The bed was also one of the most comfortable I slept in while away from home.

Nice hotel however Continental breakfast was not very good and beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Home2 Suites was a great place to stay. The rooms were large so worked well with lots of visiting between rooms. The breakfast was great with lots of delicious choices. The western omelet won rave reviews! The set-up was one of the best ever. The kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was too cool to enjoy sitting outside by the grills. My only regret is that when I booked 4 rooms, we weren't placed close together or even on the same floor. I don't know what I should have done to expediate that. Overall the hotel was easy to find, had staff eager to help and was a good experience.

Loved my stay here! The bed was comfortable, great staff, delicious and generous breakfast options, free coffee & tea, free waters for the room, really nice place!
