There were several things I found wrong with this hotel. * No daily room tidy. I shouldn't have to request this. * Shower head was so loose that I had to hold it with one hand in order to take a shower. This shows that they don't inspect the rooms for such problems. * Furnace wasn't turned on?! They told me that this is a State rule. Well then the Hotel leadership should shout at the State legislature and tell them their policy is ludicrous instead of not allowing guests to control the room temperature. * Toilet leaked so that each 5 minutes or so, it would refill and make noise. Again, no inspections of rooms to proactively prevent this. * The Staff while very nice and friendly, didn't tell me where everything was at check in. Better would be to go over the amenities, locations of things I would be interested in using etc.. * Hot tub was broken. I picked this place just so I could use it. I wouldn't be able to recommend this hotel nor stay there myself again unless All of those are rectified.

Beautiful hotel, good proximity to all the Minneapolis things we wanted to see! We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool after long days of sight seeing, and the bar staff was particularly wonderful.

The parking is terrible and no valley offered so by the time you walk through the distant parking lot then through the hotel plan on walking a couple blocks. Make sure you leave your luggage at the door

A bit out of town, but next to easy places to grab amenities. The gym and pool were very nice additions to be able to use, though they are quite a distance due to the size of the hotel. The pool was a nice temperature. The decor was a little outdated, but clean. The room had enough space and an extra area for the fridge and shelf which was nice. The elevators were not working correctly and getting help from staff was very dicey. The parking is also a bit of a walk, so having someone pull to the front is needed for luggage.

Pool area is in need of repair and updating. Other than the wear and tear of an older building our stay was very nice. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

There were very few amenities open during our visit, but it was a great place to stay for the night particularly if you have a dog and kiddos who like to swim. The pool was huge and lots of beautiful opportunities for walking. However, the bar was closed, which made our two free drink coupons useless and parking was not at all convenient.

Front desk staff were friendly and attempted to be helpful but morning staff was clearly new to his job and it would have been helpful if he had backup. Hot tub was turned off by a kid and couldn’t be restarted for a long time. Sauna didn’t get very hot.

Only one of three elevators worked. Button to activate calling the elevator to go down from the 4th floor did not work. Actually talked to the maintenance man in front of another employee and told him about it. His response was you have to hit it hard and on the bottom right of the button. (It’s not a button but much larger) Ceiling of room was leaking water near the window. Puddle of water on interior sill which spilled onto the floor. Entrance from the parking lot on side door ( clearly marked entrance) is not secure. A room key card is not necessary to open the door and it was never even locked.

The only thing I liked was that the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The 2 people I dealt with at check-in/out were not friendly at all. The parking is nowhere near convenient. Quite a walk from there to the rooms having to drag luggage up and down stairs, through what felt like a maze with poor directional signage. The rooms (with a king bed) are very small, and are falling apart. Paint was peeling off of the ceiling in the shower. The shower was clogged, so you were standing in ankle deep water almost immediately with someone else\'s soap scum - gross! Our bath mat that was on the side of the tub in our "clean" room was somehow soaking wet. The floor carpet on one side of the bed was wet - not damp - WET! All in all, this place is falling apart. It\'s a big place, and evidently they don\'t do enough business to put money back into upkeep. I will definately not stay here again.

Our room was dirty. Dead and live bugs on bed. Blood stains on sheets. We were on 1st floor and window would not lock. (Homeless people outside). Door to room was horrible to get inside. You needed to throw your entire body weight into door to get it to open. It was a ghetto hotel.

Beds where very comfortable pillows are nice. They cleaned our room up. I thank your maid Service for that ,everyone at your front is very friendly. That’s why we love staying at this hotel every time we come to to see Twins or a concert just easy to get to the venues plus the shopping

The room was almost perfect. The toilet would leak down and refill constantly. We were so exhausted that we never reported it, just kept the bathroom door closed all night. Staff was amazing, especially Rafeal. He.d deserves a raise!

Firstly, the front desk lost a very special gift bag that was left for us for 92-year-old uncle celebration of life. Very little apologizing going on at the front desk not helpful at all. Also bundles of laundry were left out in our hallway on the third floor for over a day. I am visually challenged and could've easily tripped over these left out in the hallway.

Staff at front desk gives no info of where things are when you check in such as ice machine, breakfast and parking entrance to hotel. I walked up to the desk and they sat in the office looking at me instead of coming to the desk to help me like they hoped I would just go away not friendly or helpful at all

We had booked 2 queen beds per room and 2 rooms. They had only one available and were asked to adjust. Next day we requested additional towels and coffee pods for coffee maker and the front desk guy snickers and says ‘a form has to be filled with the front desk to get those’ and we were like woah! First time we had ever heard that for a simple request like that. The beds were lumpy and carpet had stains. But the worst part was that their front desk customer service stank!!! One of the worst! Wouldn’t recommend anyone going with them…

Staying here for 4 nights with other family. We needed accessibility accommodations with rooms adjacent. Rafael at front desk was able to accommodate us. Property is located in quiet neighborhood adjacent to walking trails. Well maintained grounds n rooms are spacious. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent service by all staff.

Overall the room seemed rather in need of a good update. The shower was impossible to regulate the temperature and was a slippery tub/shower, but there was a good grab bar. The bed was well cushioned, but slept hot for us. The restaurant was closed, we ate at the bar. The beet salad was an item on the menu, but wasn’t available.

Check in took more time than it should have. Our shower/tub faucet could not be completely shut off so there was water dripping during our entire stay. On both mornings, there was no hot water at 8:15 in the morning. The staff in the dining areas and bar were fantastic and the food was pretty good for a hotel.
