Both Pools were shut down

Safe area and has a restaurant next door. Plenty of parking around the hotel and felt secure to walk around the hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. During our stay the pool was not open due to renovations.

The place was a great price for a suite , unfortunately the pool was closed for the weekend . This was one of the reason we choose this place so would have liked some notice before we checked in .

Fridge didn't work and we weren't notified (staff knew and when we mentioned it AFTER we were told we could move rooms) until we discovered it for our daughter's food. Cable TV was NOT user friendly. Also, had to adjust the cable box because the cable didn't have a solid connection. Staff was unsure of where crib sheets were and we had to wait for one to be washed/dried. Fitness Center was an absolute joke. Treadmill was old and very worn. Cable machine was unusable with no pin and a cable on the ground. Hot and not ventilation. Staff seemed friendly enough but just working with what they had.

The pool area was closed. I specifically picked this place because it had a pool and hot tub.

property was alright for the price. liked that there were 2 pools and hot tubs as one was out of order.

While this property shows some wear and tear, it was a decent value. The restaurant/bar onsite was great. Early morning coffee (4am) availability was a positive.

Neither of the Hot Tubs were in working order. Lights needed bulb replacements in the hallways.

Though generally it was nice, the two sets of pools were both “closed for renovation.” NOWHERE on the website was this indicated so we were looking forward to using the pools. If renovation was truly being done, could they do one at a time? Or this should be stated on websites so guests can plan accordingly. It wasn't even mentioned at check-in. We found out because of signs on the pool doors.

Unfortunately my review is not all positive - upon check in we read a sign on the counter that the pool was closed for 9 days for ‘maintenance’ 5 of which we were staying at this hotel, our entire stay! Very disappointing, and we would NEVER had booked it with no pool, other patrons also expressed the same disappointment. Additionally the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken and there seemed to be no AC in the lobby or breakfast area…very humid & hot; generally this hotel needs some updates and a little TLC. Main stairs in poor condition & hallways/elevator could use regular cleaning. It was not a cheap hotel to book and the price should be reduced to reflect its offerings. The area is pretty & the outside of hotel & parking is good, breakfast was ok.

Dirty beds!!! Blood, hair and boogers found in both rooms, both beds.

Upon check in on 12/25/23, with few people staying based on cars in the lot, the cookie tray was empty except for a few crumbs. The carpet in the hallway, elevator, and our room was awful. Bunched up and needing to be stretched or replaced. And, not vacuumed. We went to our room and noticed the toilet looked like someone had seriously used it, but not flushed, just not clean. Yuck! There was also a dark ring around the inside of the toilet bowl. How long could that have been there?? We moved to a different room. Several of the room #s were laying on the ground. Our's just didn't have one, so we guessed as to which room was our. Inside room 2, the toilet was clean, but the shower had soap scum stripes down the walls. The bed was poorly made with lumps in the quilt. Inadequate number of towels, so another trip to the desk. Day 2, since no towel bars, we let our only towels on the floor. Upon returning around 10:30 pm we found security doors unlocked & taped for painting. We returned to an uncleaned room, with the towels still on the floor. Another trip to the desk. It was then we learned that a clean room was an option requiring our request. Are you kidding me? The TV remote did not control ON/OFF, so if watching in bed, you needed to get up and search for a manual button on the tv. The desk chair's upholstery was decaying and looked grungy. Upon check out, there were two cookies. BUT, the desk clerk leaving his shift took both cookies. WOW!

Very dirty. Smelled musty. Chairs and mirror visibly dirty. Chunks were missing from the tub, rust everywhere. Stain on mattress and sheets. Went to call room service and there was no phone. Receptionist said he would try to get us a discount due to awful room but we never got one.

Property could be nice. I like the "lodgy' vibe that they are going for, but parts are very run down. The outside area landscaping has weeds all over the place. Cigarette butts and smell all over the outside. My room had stains on the ceiling, floor... there was a constant leak in the bathroom which I assume was from the toilet, so there was standing water. The shower head was corroded and rusty, the pipes around toilet fixture were super rusty, inside corners of shower were black with mildew, sink didn't drain well. I know it's not a super expensive hotel, but it wasn't budget either. You'd think that things would be at least kept up a little bit.

I took pictures of the major cleanliness failings of this dump. Disgusting worn out chair. Dirty bath room needs to be completely painted and the shower re-calked. Carpet needs more than vacuming. TV service was not available in the entire place. Complained and was told adjustments would be made. NO ADJUSTMENT WAS MADE UPON CHECKING OUT. LEFT ONE DAY EARLY BECAUSE THE ENTIRE S1TAY THERE WAS TERRIBLE. WILL SEND A LETTER TO YOUR PRESIDENT FOR A REFUND. THIS HOTEL SHOULD.BE CLOSED UNTIL IT IS FIXED!!

The hotel was overall dirty and smelly, inside and out. The tv didn’t work, no holder for the toilet paper. Bandaides were used to cover something on the wall.

Lightbulbs burnt out. No soap. Dirty. Unsafe individuals loitering in lobby.

We rented for two nights but only stayed for 1 night. I rented a room and so did my two other sisters. My room had no toilet paper and the floor was filthy. My sisters room bath tub still had hair in the drain so the tub did not drain. My other sisters room was not cleaned. The floor was filthy, there was food left in the room, and they found small hairs in the beds. This was not a 3 star hotel like it was referred to.

Front desk staff was unfriendly and unengaged. Hotel and room was dirty and disrepair. While near Wayzata, it is not convenient or close. 3.5 stars is overly generous and a 2 star at max.

I know that every hotel will have its positives and negatives but this one was awful. The room was very dirty with crumps and food left in the fridge. Worst off there was a big blood stain on the mattress by the pillow that the cleaning staff clearly avoided as they covered it with a clean sheet. It was disgusting and ruined the trip. Keep in mind I was traveling with you her kids. Worst part was after complaining to hotel staff they seemed they could care less and offered a 10 percent discount (with all the trouble that wasn’t enough) They were able to accommodate a new room which was okay. At the end, I never received any discount and was extremely frustrated with the service. I asked the staff when checking out about a discount or refund but said I have to go through Expedia. I have been emailing them and said it should be resolved in 72 hours, that was a week and a half ago and still haven’t heard anything. Seeing a disgusting blood stain (literally a biohazard) and knowing they tried to cover up really creates concerns on how well they actually clean the houses. I am Very disappointing with the hotel staff and Expedia.

Website looks good, BUT property it self shows ages, poor repair-window wouldn’t close (open air) Desk chair totally worn out, peeling paint from ceiling patch in bath, plus old TV’s

No tv toilet keeps running sheets didn’t fit

Hotel TV service was out of service our entire 3 day stay. No compensation offered. No hotel control of guess noise levels after 10:00 PM. Rates were cheap and you get what you pay for!

Tv's were out of service the whole time i was there. Internet connection was down on one morning. Food in the "breakfast" area was frozen and tasteless. Hotel is extremely run down. I come here every year, and thought i would save money. You get what you pay for.

Hallway smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Floors and elevator with garbage. Bed was hard and uncomfortable

The room 'felt' clean but the sheets were stained (looked like blueberry stains) and the entire hotel needs an update. Very tired looking hallways, furniture, etc. The king mattress we had was very firm and not at all comfortable for my preference. Not my worst hotel stay, definitely not my best. Would not stay here again. Front desk staff did their job but were not friendly nor helpful. Had to navigate our own way to our room, which felt really odd.

The TV service for the whole building was out/not working. The good thing we were refunded some money for this amenity not being available. The room did not seem like it had been cleaned recently because there was some paper trash on the floor, little dead gnats all over the window sill, the coffee maker had a used coffee pod in it, the mini fridge was unplugged (which we thought initially was broken) and the bathroom had peeling paint right above the shower in several places. This is a poor representation of a Radisson based hotel and I would not recommend staying here based off my experience.

Close to freeway, so some noise from that, but convenient location.

The first room I was assigned, the air conditioner did not work (it was in the upper 90s that weekend), there was garbage in the garage bins and the door handle had something very sticky like caulk on it. The guy at the front desk was very nice and put me in another room which was an upgrade and much nicer and the air conditioner worked. The property is very run down. They also mow the grass and clean rooms at 8 am. There appear to be people living here and there was some domestic arguments in the hallway on one of the nights I stayed. I would definitely not recommend this place.

Both pools were shut down for maintenance that wasnt listed on the website nor notified us about when we called to confirm. First room #144 we tried to open and the door handle just fell off. The attendant at the front desk seemed like she would rather hide in the back room on her phone and could barely give us the time of day. The second room we were given was a joined room which wasnt a big deal until our second night when some noisy neighbors moved in and seemed like they were actually yelling at each other up until 2:30pm. One of my worst experiences at a hotel, will not stay again and will definitely ask specifics on the state of the pool for my future hotel stays.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Staff was unresponsive when we called at 2am to quiet young children loud in the hallways. We were on the first foor and not far from the front desk where they should’ve responded before we had to call.

The staff make this place 5 stars. Its a good place but service is stellar.

Poor staff. Seldom was the front desk maned. Waited one time 20 mins. General repairs for my room,like burnt out lights, loose toilet seat,toilet flapper worn out causing the water to run continuously, brought to the front desk were never fixed during my 6 day stay.

Awful service. Phone did not work. No shampoo no body wash. No tissues. Requested at front desk and was told we’re out of luck. Room service walked in on us naked despite not checking out and having a do not disturb sign on the handle.

Very noisy staff hardly around for checkout

This hotel was booked through the Park, Stay, Fly program. It advertised 24/7 shuttle included. When we arrived we were told we would need to Uber to airport and by the way the hotel didn't have television service either. On our return from our trip 2 weeks later, they still could not shuttle us and told us to Uber again and 'no' the television was still not in service. They did reimburse us for the Uber service. I feel they should have let us know before us arriving. I would not have stayed 20 miles from the airport had I known. I looked online when I got back and they are still advertising on the Park, Stay, Fly site that they offer 24/7 shuttle. That is not right

I worked for years in the hotel industry as a front desk supervisor, and I was not impressed with the staff at this hotel. When I arrived I was sent to an occupied room, then when I returned to the desk I was given another room. Mistakes happen, but they couldn't even be bothered to apologize, and the second room had a view of the dumpsters and a brick wall. The second night someone pulled the fire alarm around 11pm, and all the guests had to evacuate and stand in the rain for 30-45 minutes. While this was not the fault of the staff, they seemed too busy griping with the fire dept to reassure the guests. My room keys demagnetized constantly, and I kept having to get them recoded. The staff seemed annoyed by this, and one even rolled their eyes. I would expect this level of service at a hourly rate motel, not a good quality hotel. On the good side, the room was comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed. The outdoor seating and landscaping was nice. Breakfast was good, if a bit salty. If not for the staff, I would stay here again.

Great value, nice place. Next to highway. Restaurant attached to the building. Safe well lit area with free parking.

The hotel is adequate. It was very busy when checking in, but the front desk stayed polite. The place could use some updates - carpet etc. looks old and worn. But the place is clean, the breakfast was fine with plenty of options, and the it was quiet after quiet hours. All in all it was fine and I would use them again if needed.

The facility is showing wear and tear. Stained carpet, old parts in the bathroom. Upgrade the trim and faucet and light switch covers. This is supposed to be a higher end hotel. Breakfast was great!

The hotel was fine, it’s getting a little worn out. The breakfast was horrible. The cheese and hard boiled eggs were spoiled, it was dirty, the kitchen was full of bags of garbage. After we ate, what we thought was ok we had to run to use the bathroom. I’m sure that was no coincidence.

Plenty of parking, rooms clean, walls etc could use some work. 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, open til 11pm on Friday night. Continental breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, english muffins, drinks.Basic but good enough. No TV service (they said they were changing providers). Nice outdoor area with seating. Hard to enjoy due to all the people smoking but tissue not the hotel's fault. Convenient location, 25 min from MOA, 20 min from Valley fair. Not fancy by any means but I don't need fancy, just clean!
