AC not working, 90° day, had to open windows over night. Filters on AC were plugged, no grab bars or non skid safety in tub. Staff was helpful .

Rooms need remodeling. Very grungy. TVs do not work and outlets are all loose. They are remodeling the eating area now. Our suite was not available because it was not clean when we arrived... at 10:30 at night. They did offer us a second room, so that was good.
