Pool, spa and gym were all excellent. Open 6 am to midnight, clean and nice water temperatures. Breakfast was excellent. Older hotel but worth the stay as they are great and keep it all up. Luckys connected to it was awesome. Their food and drinks were awesome with a great happpy hour. Will definately book again. Thank you to the grest staff also.

We booked this hotel fairly last minute and decided to go with it for cost purposes. This can be a good decision or not a great decision - in this case it felt like an in between. The property appears to be getting some updates, but the rooms could use some updating and/or deep cleaning. The pool was cold and the hot tub jets did not work. The first room we were given was not actually cleaned so we were moved to the first floor. The staff was nice and accommodating. The breakfast was just fine and the attached restaurant was really nice to have. If you’re on a budget, this place is fine - but I would stay the $20-$30 more per night per room and stay somewhere else.

We booked this property for a staycation so the kids could swim. The room was clean and met expectations. Beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were just what we were looking for. The hot tub was hot and the pool was nice and warm. Highly recommend!

The pool was too cold for people to use, the hot tub was dirty/slimy walls and wasn’t particularly warm. This opinion was shared by other guests in the building.The first room smelled very musty and the AC didn’t work with the wall thermostat stuck on “heat”. The bathroom had body hair on the floor and mold in the tub. The new room had a bathroom door that wouldn’t close, and a card reader that worked only half of the time. We stayed for three days and housekeeping didn’t come by once.

The reason we chose this hotel was because they have a hot tub. We got to the pool area and the hot tub was out of order. They never bothered to tell us that at check in.

A large majority of the parking lot was occupied by a company parking their large machines there overnight, pretty irritating. Saw a few earwigs in my room. Shower did not have fan or it did not work which allowed a nice mildew smell to accumulate after the first shower. Other than that bed was nice.

Probs the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. I asked for housekeeping for each day we were staying when we checked in. Had no housekeeping, had to come to the front desk for clean towels. No trash can in the main room. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The seal on the shower head was broken, water sprayed all over the bathroom. The bathroom door and the main door would not open or close unless you kicked it. Scratches all over the door from a dog(s)? Ants in our bed, carpet was sticky, air condition filter was filthy, and the patio door wouldn’t open. Room smelled weird. Breakfast was lacking. Food didn’t look or taste good.

Price was pretty good for a 2 night stay. The room had an ant problem. The sheets had someone else's hair on it and had to wait 10 minutes for front desk staff to return so I could check in. I could understand if this occurred 1x, but apparently front desk person only set up my room key for 1 night so when trying to get in the room on 2nd night I was locked out and had to wait for front desk person to return again. Next morning I wanted to return keys to front desk and talknto someone, but after waiting a few minutes without someone there, I left. Breakfast was pretty good though and staff was friendly and apologetic. Overall i give the place 2.5 out of 5 rating.

When I checked in, my room was very dirty. There was literally feces on the toilet. I called and after a bit they sent someone to clean it. Then I noticed dog hair on the beds… ish. I’ve stayed here before and it was fine. Must have had some poor cleaning people lately.

It was fine for the price. It’s connected to Lucky’s 13 pub which is a perk. It looks pretty old. The lobby was fine but dark hallways and the rooms leave a bit to be desired. We had no toilet paper or soap, furniture was beat up, bedskirt was ripped. Like I said, fine enough for the cheap price but definitely not luxury. Staff was friendly.

Room is good, clean, completely adequate except for the beds and bedding. The beds are severely dipped in the middle in the room I was staying in. Kept rolling to the middle of the bed so it was very uncomfortable for me. Restaurant attached is great!

Property was great, clean, patio area was cool and nice pool area. The front desk check in staff worker was not friendly. I arrived she walked up to the desk from being away and said “ID and credit card.” No greeting or how are you or I can help you today. Very cold and awkward.

I checked out of a nearby horrific hotel and was looking for a new hotel. Ken greeted me with a big smile and made my day turn from a bad day to a wonderful day. He helped me make a reservation and was so helpful. His friendly and helpful manner made the difference on the rest of my trip. I had a wonderful room looking out to the courtyard and the bed was so comfortable and cozy.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of awful. To start, the person who checked us in was extremely rude, displaying a condescending attitude and treating us poorly. We had booked three rooms, one of which was supposed to have two queen beds. However, they refused to honor this, claiming their system only showed one queen bed, despite us having a reservation confirmation for two. Even after showing the proof, they insisted it wasn’t true. The hotel supposedly has a policy to clean rooms every three days, but by the fourth day, no cleaning had been done. On the fifth day, we were checking out and asked for cleaning, which they were visibly annoyed by, and, of course, it was never done. Asking for clean towels was another nightmare. They were reluctant to provide any, so we ended up having to buy towels from Target just to have clean ones. The service at this hotel is terrible. The staff is unhelpful, and quite frankly, racist. The rooms were far from clean—there were even blood stains on the carpet! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

We were given the wrong keys for our room, then assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned. It is an older hotel and some things are broken or in disrepair, but some areas been updated and it has a nice pool. it is in a nice area and it is reasonably priced.

We had a great time for the first two nights. Then last night the fire alarm was malfunctioning and continued to go off from around midnight till I left at 645 am. Poor night staff was worn thin and were still very friendly. Randy and not sure of the guys name. But dean the assistant manager told me he won't apologize for his system working. Ahhhh... it was a bad sensor and needed to be replaced to not freak your entire building off. I was traveling with my 2 year old and 5 year old. They didn't sleep and were afraid. If I had extra funds to change hotel I would have. But I don't. Dean continued to be angry and dismissive telling me I wasn't being constructive and that he would end the call. I told him I was sorry and hoped he didn't have kids as scared as mine were. He got more mad. He said he would credit thirty but nothing else and take it or leave it. I called Expedia back and explained what he was saying at the hotel. And the agent called him back. He said he refused to do anything else but that he would add 50 credit to the 30 that dean would refund. But the weird thing is I checked refund status. It's half that . Something is amiss and absolutely not okay. Dean needs a new job if customer service makes him so angry.

Check-in was slow. Free breakfast was very limited so we ended up going next door to Lucky 13 instead. Rooms are in need of updates. Pictures were missing off 2 walls but the nails were still in the wall. Hot/cold was backwards on the bathroom sink. No fan in the bathroom. Looked to be some black mold or something starting on the ceiling and walls around the shower. Toilet handle was very loose. Check out was interesting. 3 people were at the desk. Not sure if they were all workers. There was a lady who seemed to be complaining about something. No one looked at me. Finally the lady complaining asked if I needed something and the main worker said she'll get to me and the other gal was also a customer. I interrupted and said all I need to do is check out and handed them the room keys. Super awkward. And the do not disturb key fell off our door so as my husband and son were in the pool and I was getting ready and someone started knocking a bunch on my door. The guy apologized and said the do not disturb thing was on the floor. I asked for the tag back and put it on the handle and then the guy apologized and handed me 3 clean towels??

Room wasn’t bad. Bathroom wasn’t totally clean. Room is in need of a facelift. Shut the door in the bathroom and see that they didn’t clean behind the door. Bed was super comfortable! Price was reasonable. Breakfast was an hour late. Got double charged for the room at check in. Bed was super comfortable- did I already say that?!?

Excellent breakfast both mornings. Clean and quiet. Elevator was out of order on morning of checkout but not enough of an issue to lower the score. We felt very comfortable at this hotel and would stay again.
