It was an excellent stay. I was able to have my dog with me for a minimal extra cost. The beds were very soft and comfortable as was the bedding and pillows. The hotel was clean and the staff were mostly friendly. The pool was smaller than the pictures show you but it was clean and well kept. Breakfast was the usual pre-cooked fare. But you could always go to Perkins next door for a good breakfast. Overall an excellent experience. I will use them the next time I'm in town.

Room was clean, decent breakfast. Pretty noisy as doors didn’t quit slamming until 1am. Also an alarm kept going off about 7:30am which must have been the maids and they also had very loud music playing. Pool area was filthy. Lots of hair all over the pool area floor, it wasn’t cleaned at night as in the morning there was still wads of hair, same broken pony tails and even the same towel laying in the same spots as the night before. Would stay again but definitely bring sandals to walk around pool area.

Good -The bed was comfortable, nice bath products, it was quiet, good breakfast, the pool was nice, and the staff was friendly. Bad - The air temperature in the pool room was VERY cold, and the shower curtain should be a little lower to prevent the water from going onto the floor. Would stay again.

We thought the pictures looked good. Our bathroom was so old and dingy. There was a ridiculous amount of pealing paint and grout and half patched walls in the bathroom. Holiday inn should be embarrassed to own the property.

The property was very clean. The manager was very polite, respectful, and professional. The building and rooms were very fresh and clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful. The food was fresh and included a nice variety of foods. The breakfast area and dining area were clean and well kept. It was conveniently located by a highway and freeway. The price was reasonable. The only issue would be the additional $50 incidentals fee which could possibly cause an issue for someone on a tight budget since the charge is assessed right away and then refunded.

We had a great stay here. Only negative was when we checked in after 10PM, there were coffee spills or ? in the lobby area (small, but numerous floor stains) and in the beverage area. However, the next AM near the end of breakfast period, staff was mopping the entire lobby/seating area. Was just disappointing it was left that long. Would definitely stay again tho. Probably most comfortable hotel beds we have had.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Sound travels down hallway easy and not much sound barrier in the rooms when people walk by causing my kids to get woke up. Biggest complaint is room size. 2 queen bed room give you zero space for kids to move around.

The lighting in the room was poor. We moved the light from the desk to the closet area so that we could see better. The wifi for the TV's was terrible. We tried to watch a movie each night, but the TV's kept dropping the signal so we finally gave up.

This hotel is okay but the worst Holiday Inn Express we’ve stayed out and was not worth the price. The rooms are super small and the beds are right next to the door. I heard everyone’s door clicking down the whole hall. If this is the best location for you, it’s an okay hotel. But we won’t be choosing this one again.

The room was very small. About half the size of most hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed at. The walls are paper thin. Could hear everything the kids in the room next to us were chatting about. Front desk staff was very pleasant. Room was clean.

I was nervous because I had saw a couple of negative reviews. But when I finally checked in I was pleased!! It was immaculate, and smelled so good and fresh. Our room was clean, safe, and comfortable. We were in town for a funeral. Shout out to Tanisha the general manager for being so kind over the phone! Keep up the good work you and your staff!!!😘😘

Best service by Isiah we have ever received!! Took my phone call, provided options in booking a second night, then at check-in remembered me and also remembered to give us the same room for both nights. Kind, polite, respectful, and did a great job!!! Quick and efficient!

Isiah was such a friendly and kind person, whom we met when we checked in on Friday the 14th. Then the confusion with our room and the young lady working the front desk, who when we entered wasn’t seen, we had to return as we were locked out of our room and she was hiding in the office so we waited, she wasn’t as kind. It was as if we interrupted her. She abruptly returned to the office before we even left the desk. Really felt like we burdened her.

Very nice, clean property. Only complaint is the utensils for breakfast were super cheap, thin, and broke. Also, coffee lacked half and half - had to use a hazelnut, sugary creamer. Who doesn't have regular half and half?

I truly enjoyed my stay. Staff was welcoming and overall helpful. I would like to see some other options for Breakfast. It seems to always have your usually bacon and sausage thats dried out by time you go for breakfast. Parking is free that was definitely a plus. I would definitely stay and Perkins, chick fi la, burger king to name a few restaurants ate walking distance
