We stayed here because it was a bit cheaper than other hotels closer to Destiny USA, that also have a pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. We were very pleased! The pool was nice and a comfortable temperature, the hot tub was large and warm, and they also had a very up to date gym although not the largest, still it had everything one would need to get a good workout in. Dumbells, bench, medicine balls, elliptical, treadmil, and a peliton bike. Also, this hotel is right near a Wegmans, and aldis, a Red Lobster and many other stores and restaurants. I definitely recomend staying here and i will likely enjoy more stays as well.

Nice property and beautiful, clean rooms! Reception was very pleasant and welcoming. We were traveling and have kids, so the pool was exciting for them and a hot tub for our tired traveling bodies. Unfortunately the pool was cool and the hot tub was even colder. We were very disappointed in that, having booked it just for those two things too!

Pool n hot tub were great touch for us family of 4. Only 1 elevator working was a bit of a pain as it was long waits to get up n down. Fridge kinnda worked but not fully keeping drinks cold.

Clean and well maintained pool and gym. Coffee,tea, fresh water 24/7. Plenty to choose from for breakfast.Friendly and helpful staff. Located in an area where shopping, restaurants, and anything you might need are plentiful.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Only one elevator working out of 2. Room temperature was not consistent. It was either too warm or too cool. This was in January and it was a very cold day/night.

Everyone was very nice and the property looked well kept. It's very convient for shopping and getting around. Honestly the only issue i had was in our room. It was not cleaned well. Our floor was dirty and there was a stain on our sheets on one of the beds. The rest of the property looked clean so i know it was a slip up with house keeping. I will say they need to keep up better at breakfast. We were there a couple days and stuff would be empty and no one to ask to refill, same with cofffee, during prime breakfast hours.

Stay Away! I’m an avid traveler and needed a last minute hotel due to death in family. This hotel deserves to be shut down. I reserved room day before and manager called asking for payment, that has never happened at any hotel. I arrived and the lobby was fine but the room was eww. The furniture was old and damaged. Rug looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed nor cleaned in years. Mold in bathroom, bed was ok at best. Pay a little more and go to another hotel!!!

The room was spacious, super clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast has lots of choices, and the attendant was on duty cleaning and refilling all the time. Nice perks like coffee/tea available 24/7 and cookies at night. Very nice stay

There was no bath mat for the bathroom floor. We used a towel. The bathroom itself appeared clean but the sink at the rim had several hairs all around the rim. Nasty. I used your makeup remover wipes to reclean the sink. I wanted to gag. I found myself checking to see if the sheets were clean.

Astounding size of room! We felt like we have so much room to move around. We just missed that body wash cause now the hotel still provides bar soap. Helpful and kind staff. They welcomed us so nicely and pleasantly. Pool was kept clean and jet tub. If we might suggest to change some of your pillows, some are too flat.

The property was fine. Basic Hampton Inn quality. We got a jet tub room and the first one smelled weird. Smelled like smoke maybe? Call down they give me the last room with a jet tub. Again, weird smell. We stayed, but idk it was stinky.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it was convenient for shopping. The hotel is extremely outdated, the mattresses were horribly uncomfortable, every door on our floor would slam shut all through the night rather than gently close and there was a very large dog in the room next to us that barked all morning.

Didn’t appreciate the added grounds fee - not the money so much as an added charge after - what I agreed to pay through third party as all inclusive fees. In my opinion it’s dishonest and manifests greed. This doesn’t speak well of Hampton Inn which had been my hotel of choice when I travel.

Ian at the front desk was very relatable and friendly. One of the best front desk we have had in our travels. And also Suzanne at the breakfast area was always going above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned and stocked. Awesome staff=an awesome stay!

Got 2 calls at 8:30am about a pet fee that i already paid (57.50) the night before. I was charged 32.50 at check in for some reason instead of the 57.50, hence the 8:30 am call. The guy making the call was a tad bit rude about it. For a 310 dollars stay for one night was disappointing.

Very nice stay. I had one problem, that was extremely minor, and the person at the front desk (Ian) could not have been more helpful. He personally went to the room to address it. I actually just went down and had intended to take a spray bottle back and address it myself, it was very minor. Very impressed with the service and care. No other blips or issues. It was a nice, clean and quiet hotel even though it appeared to be nearly full (based on the cars).

This property was very nice, but we arrived at 11:15pm after an exhausting trip only to find the reservation desk empty. We searched the first floor looking for an employee to no avail. After 30 minutes, the front desk person entered from the outside and had apparently been walking around the building. Not happy about the 30 minute wait to check in!

The front desk personnel and breakfast staff were helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to be friendly. Our double-queen bedroom had one (desk) chair and we needed a 2nd chair to sit in. (Old people some want to sit on the bed to talk / watch TV.) The man at the front desk brought a 2nd chair up to us immediately. The breakfast was ample and hot. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was quiet. The bathroom in the room was dated and the tile could have used updating. But it was clean.

Staff was accommodating, respectful & friendly. Eating area was clean and spacious with great seating options. I didn't like the pool time frame monitoring at first but I appreciate it now considering a bunch of factors. Property had many visitors so surprisingly quiet. The only complaint I have is the quality of the breakfast. Specifically the eggs and juice. Eggs were disgusting, I know all of not most eggs anywhere are processed but these eggs .. was something more then that and just terrible. The juice was either .. concentrated or .. idk low calorie. The apple juice was .. just about tasteless and water downed , the or any juice was sour and Strong, left a bad taste on my tongue. They had many different options for food though so that was a huge plus ! Quite a few different cereals, bagels , fruit, waffles , sausage, home fries (absolutely delicious) & More.

I had a very nice double bedroom with two beds. The breakfast was very nice and had a different variety of eggs and meat every morning. I loved the two different choices of waffle batters. I had a great experience!
