Pool was showing signs of age. Had a little algae growing on the floor which was disappointing. Breakfast was scrambled eggs sausage. There was also toast waffles cereal and a few fruits as well as yogurt. Seemed a little sparse.

The Hotel is very nice. It is convenient to shopping and close to the interstate and major highways. The parking is not so great for larger vehicles. I drive a large truck and the parking garage could not accommodate my truck and there are very few spaces outside of the garage.

The hotel was very nice. However, the pool was definitely over chlorinated, it was so over chlorinated, we couldn’t wait to get to back our room to take a shower… The door to the lower garage kept constantly jamming, we reported the issue at the front desk. Their solution was to put in a wedge, so the door couldn’t close & get stick however people remove the wedge thinking they should lock the door. Could not reopen

The first room I was in had clearly not been cleaned. There were bugs in the room, a white stain on the couch, the direct tv didn’t even show what show was on and the directory didn’t work, there was food on the air conditioner. The second room the pillows were stained. Same issue with direct tv, the pool was so cold we couldn’t swim in it. The ice machine on my floor was broke, the paint job in the hallways were poorly done. I was highly disappointed as this hotel had great reviews. I took photos to back up my complaints.

Rodent infestation! Stay was super mediocre, check in was fine, second night there heard things in my room and turned the light on to find mice on the kitchenette. Requested a new room although I’d have preferred a different hotel and the lady at the front disputed with me. Would love to have a picture but unfortunately mice are quick and made it to a small hole in the bed before I could get a camera out. 11/10 do not recommend.

Room was clean and comfy. The only thing I could say is there was a hint of stale cigarette smoke. I’m not sure if that was from back when it was a smoking hotel or ? It was horrible but I could def smell it. Had no problem with it. Could open the window for air and the furniture didn’t smell like it. Was over very happy with my stay snd will come again! Love the view also!

My stay was for 4 nights (Tuesday - Saturday). The first day my room was not made up - no big deal, Im by myself and there are plenty of towels. Second day room not made up - I went to front desk and they said sorry all the maids are gone for the day but we will have someone make it up tomorrow. Third day on my way out of the room I saw the maid in the hallway and reminded her to please clean Room 403 today. She nodded but Im not sure she understood English. When I returned that evening the room was not made up - I had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. My trashcans are overflowing. The front desk clerk could sense my frustration and told me that the room would definitely be made up tomorrow (which was my last day). The room was finally cleaned on Friday of that week.

I have stayed at this location before. It is clean and consistent, closer to the Short Pump Mall. There is a one-way entry, so if you miss it, do the block. Checked in late evening to a full parking lot. They do have a garage, but my transportation didn't fit the low entry. This was an unexpected barrier that worked itself out. The room was comfortable. Their checkout is noon, which allows a later-than-usual ability to enjoy the room. I appreciated this.

The checkin process was not good, as we arrived from California at 12:30am, only to be told that a water line had broken and there was no water in the entire hotel!! Then we were sent to a room that had already been used by someone, so had to change rooms. Water was not repaired until 2:30 pm the next day and hot water until 7:00pm that night. No water also meant no breakfast. We were compensated for the room the first night.

I've stayed here several times. It's our hotel of choice in Richmond, both for It's location and for It's friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast buffet is nice to have too. The hotels elevator was broken, and there is no one to help carry your luggage up the stairs and I'm 69 yrs. old! There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, they need to throw away all of the carpet and get tile because the carpet is dirty, there was a hole in my ceiling so I stuffed it with paper. Breakfast is good and the front desk employees are good.

The breakfast was good, staff friendly, air-conditioning kept us cool. The biggest issue was with the elevator. It broke down on our first day. Our room was on the 5th floor. Normally I like to climb the stairs for exercises. But when I was exhausted from my tournament, climbing stairs in the heat was not fun. I didn't expect it to stay broken for so many days.
