Excellent hotel fir visiting the valley!! Staff was incredible and downtown is a few minutes walk away. And if you don’t want to walk then the hotel provides a personal shuttle for up to 6 people at a time. They drop you off then pick you up anywhere in town until 11:00 PM. I will definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic location next to Oxbow and tons of restaurants. Great service from staff during check in and check out process. Our kid loves the pool and we like the hot tub / fire side seating in the evenings. Another great stay.

Excellent location by Napa Downtown with plenty of options for food and drinks nearby. It would be great if Westin Verasa Napa bar can stay open atleast Fri-Sun until 11pm. 9pm is too early for guests who return from dinner. But proximity to Napa Downtown made this less of a hassle.

We enjoyed the heated pool and bocce court, as well as La Toque restaurant. It is a short walk to the Oxbow Market and Model Bakery, two great places to look for food.

Way overpriced, and they charged me $50 per day to use the pool and exercise room, which i didn’t use at all, and for the valet parking, which you had to wait for. It seems like a hotel for businessmen on company money.

Excellent location walking distance to downtown Napa and lots of places to eat and drink. This particular location is a bit dated, customer service is not great, breakfast took way too long, valet kept forgetting about our car and also took way too long several times. Management needs to get their act together here.

A great place to stay for an excellent location, can’t be beat when looking for a two room suite for family. Friendly staff. The required valet does mean you end up waiting to park or leave the property which can be a little inconvenient but minor. Lovely pool as well!

The hotel was really clean and quiet, which was great for getting some rest. Service was good - staff were friendly and helpful. Location's solid too, pretty much everything's within walking distance. Gym and pool were decent, and free breakfast was a nice touch. Overall, it's a solid 5 stars. Would stay again if I needed to be in the area.

The room was comfortable and there were ample amenities in terms of exercise, food and beverage. The pool area was nice and everything was clean. I was surprised however to find there was no mini fridge, shower cap or even q-tips, etc, in the room, more so as I had just stayed in two boutique hotels prior to my stay there which clearly took pains to make their guests stay as carefree and comfortable as possible. I was even more surprised to learn about the $25/day amenities fee on top of a fairly hefty nightly rate, especially given the lack of these types of details.

First morning a gas powerwasher parked in front of my room at full speed for hours. Had to change rooms. Second room smelled bad of curry. 3 room was a charm. Valet asked me to move my car instead of parking it for me.

Overall the hotel is nice and the staff are friendly. My biggest gripe is that it's NOISY. You hear every voice walking down the halls, the housekeepers talking outside the rooms and the worst of all - a staff member using a leaf blower at 8:15am, New Year's Day, right outside the guest room windows. Again, nice place, but not exactly "restful" if you like peace and quiet.

The Westin was awesome! Great to have a full kitchen in the room. Very dog friendly and plenty of places within walking distance. Pool was great although a little small for the amount of guests that wanted to be in the pool during the heat wave. Very relaxing spot, quiet and friendly. Loved the river along the side.

Considering the room price, better soundproofing would have been nice. The first night, I was awakened twice by a young child who seemed to be having a nightmare & the next by an infant across the hall who cried for 90minutes.

I am a Marriott Titanium member but actually booked and prepaid through Expedia because the rate appeared better. Upon late evening checkin the sliding door to our room did not lock, appeared to have been forced open at some point. Was repaired by hotel the next day. The sliding door to the bathroom would slide open upon use. Eeekk…had to leave room when in use by my partner. Upon checkout I was assessed a $25/day fee for use of gym, pool etc…😐. Hate to be nickeled and dimed on a $500 room. I have spent nearly two years of my life in Marriott properties and love many of them. This one failed to impress.

The parking garage door was heard going up and down constantly starting at 7 AM every day in our room. Probably nothing that can be done for this and adjacent rooms. But a discount should be offered on these rooms that is significant and the guest should be advised of this noise. If you are working person, you are up and gone by 7 or so anyway, so no big deal. But if you are casual traveler, the room is not good for those that sleep-in until 8 AM. The desk staff, concierge service, housekeeping, bartenders and the parking concierge staff were all excellent. The servers in the cafe area could have been coached on kindness and promptness a bit. They were a little bit lax on customer service.

We had a difficult experience with our room location; it was directly over the valet parking lot. From 6am on it was constantly opening and shutting! Not ideal when it's a chance to sleep in and your unable to :(

Great location and obviously an older and more traditional city centre hotel. We did not expect the room to be huge but for a US hotel found it quite small and felt it wasn’t as up to date and well appointed as we were expecting, especially due to the price we paid to stay. To be fair the service was very good and the bar and restaurant were excellent. We had breakfast every day there which was of great quality and with very attentive service.

Breakfast goodies from a nearby pastry were perfect for breakfast and appreciated the wine tastings and massages in the evening. Bed was like sleeping in a marshmallow :) Great location for the Napa Wine Train (just walk across the street) and then fabulous experience with all of the valets! Whether it was the ease of parking, the quick drives in the hotel shuttle - the valet staff were exceptional and the folks we interacted with the most. Could not tip them enough!

The property itself is nice. It could do with an update but decent condition. The service is not great though. I asked for water to be sent to the room and it never showed up. We went to get breakfast in their restaurant and after waiting for 40 minutes they took our order. About 20 mins after that our food arrived. We had a toddler with us and it was a really tough wait. They need to do better with their service.

I was turned away from the Westin and forced to stay at Napa River Terrance Inn. Hotels.com nor the Westin informed me that my room was no longer available until I attempted to check in. I was informed upon arrival about my room no longer being available, then only given the option to stay at River Terrace In . No communication with Hotels.Com or Westin about this was communicated before driving hours to this hotel. Westin offered vouchers for the bar and breakfast but both were closed when my partner and I tried to get breakfast and a drink. Overall, unprofessional and unacceptable the way this booking happened. I left with no resolution. Never got the complimentary breakfast or drinks for being denied my room I booked a well I. Advance.

Hotel’s great, steps away from the wine train. The only complaint I have is since we were on an extended trip, we requested Laundry service and two days later I had to take our laundry back dirty since no one got to it

This property is conveniently located to many dining and tasting locations. We walked to downtown crossing over part of the Napa river to the beautiful waterfront district.The Oxbow Park is adjacent to the property and on Friday nite had a special event. You could walk to the Model Bakery and get fresh coffee and danishes in am or sandwiches in the afternoon. The Bed was amazing with crisp linens and comfortable. I enjoyed going out of the room in the am and getting a cup of hot tea and sitting out on the veranda enjoying the crisp morning air and sunshine.

I would consider this a solid stay in downtown Napa. The walkability is a bit odd given you do have to cross a busy road to get to the downtown. However, the pool and hot tub was a very nice amenity and kept up to be very nice. The hotel bar was pricey for food (did not have any drinks) but the food was good. Overall, a nice place to stay in Napa and would return again. A solid “good” hotel.

very nice hotel with one exception: The bar is not up to par with the hotel. 1. no tv in bar. had to go out of hotel to watch football game. 2. service is slow and communication poor for breakfast.

Food at the little cafe was not very good. Won't dine there again. Staff was nice to take off the breakfast I wouldn't eat. Bar staff was a lot of fun and they maintain the cleanest glassware anywhere. Every glass was toweled and shined.
