Expensive sodas at desk,no vending machine. Ice machine on 2nd floor. Our room was on 1st. My travel companion went to desk to ask about ice, she cannot walk good or far. He said well if you get from the kitchen, it would be melted by the time you get to your room.(?) The kitchen dining area was right across from check in and across the hall from our room. Very little choices in the grocery area. We couldn't get key card to read at side door and clerk just said well that happens sometimes. He offered no alternative. Bed was comfortable. Shower was nice. Front desk staff was not friendly at all on our check out day. I was very disappointed. I travel to Abilene often but will not choose the hotel again.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good parking when towing a trailer. Several RV spots taken up by cars parked in them. Signage may help that issue. Very comfortable and good service.

This place was horrible. The toilet handle fell off in our hand no toilet paper, move us in middle of night to another room the tv didn’t work…then could not walk thru hallway because of furniture and beds being swapped out because of renovation. Management was not helpful because we did reservation with Expedia.

The staff here is wonderful. Always friendly and helpful with excellent customer service. Breakfast was hot and fresh, and the serving area was clean and well maintained. A coffee station is available throughout the day in the lobby. The room was clean and spacious, and I LOVE the room option with the Peloton bike. This will always be my first choice of stays when in Abilene.

Room dirty, bath tub with rust and ring, dim lights in room, breakfast was gone by 7AM, didn’t sleep at all because you could hear the next room snoring through the walls, stayed 1 night, booked 4 and they refused to refund. It was so bad, I just left after 1 night!

Here’s the deal…people say you pay for what you get but we didn’t want to go broke for just a night stay. Our check-in staff Alyssa was soooo sweet and made check-in easy. The price ended up being very reasonable. My only complaint and this is a matter of preference and that is our bad was a little too hard for our taste. Everything else was great! Shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast, DELICIOUS! They had flavored waters besides juice and it was refreshing! Thank you for a great stay!

New hotel - everything worked brilliantly - good WiFi and tv and v helpful friendly staff. Only issues are huge reliance on single use plastics and they ran out of plastic knives…. overall superb.

This location was very well kept. The problem we had was the beds are very uncomfortable and pillows are horrible. Upon checkout the lady at the front desk didn’t even ask how our stay was. More than likely will not return..

The bed was the onlly issue I had. It was absolutely to firm for me, and the feather downs for pillows were amazing however, the lack of other options was disappointing.

Nice place to stay. Staff- excellent. Only negative was the TV-with 2 remotes, tv was impossible to use. One remote did not work at all. Perhaps it just needed batteries, but I didn’t have anymore time to mess with it.

This reservation for two rooms was paid for at booking. I stayed at the hospital with my very ill brother and my husband and son went to check in. They were both charged for a room. I have a feeling this was not the first Expedia booking they had ever faced, so I completely don't understand why we now must wait to be reimbursed. What a mess!

Very nice hotel. Close to the interstate. Very clean and the staff are nice They don’t offer Splenda. So bring your own Don’t walk the neighborhood behind the hotel. Trailer park with lots of dogs

Door into room would barely open and bathroom door inside room would barely open and close due to the store getting stuck and dragging on floor. Breakfast was alright nothing fancy. Hotel needs some updating.

We really appreciated all of the extra special efforts to make the guests stay above and beyond standard care! The breakfast was excellent, with different options each day. Something for everyone, not just the standard pastries. They even had an iced coffee and flavored water station for throughout the day with all of the yummy flavorings! They had stapled bags on the counter. I asked the staff what these were and they said that it was snacks and drinks for those that were on the go and didn't have time to visit the breakfast station. I couldn't believe it! I had never heard of a hotel offering this type of amenity! The rooms were also very clean with plenty of towels already in the room (without having to ask). I will definately plan on staying here again when I am in town!!!!
