Great in-house restaurant. Nearby restaurants also an option. Very close to Charleston airport with a wonderful shuttle service. In addition, for $10 a day, you can leave your car there. Most of all, the staff is very helpful and extremely nice. For shoppers, the Tangiers outlet is just two blocks away.

This property was great. We attended a show at the coliseum and there is a walkway from the hotel to the coliseum! They also offer free shuttle service. There is shopping close by and options for food. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great and at a good price. Parking is not so great. The indoor pool was under construction which took up a lot of space in the lobby/ breakfast area. There was a bad smell coming from the construction around the pool

Chose this hotel as it was closest to convention center for Bridge run expo and bus connection to race start. Great location for this! Unfortunately, our room fridge did not cool properly, AC was off and on cooling, and the pool was closed for repairs. Kitchen did a great job with food considering they are undergoing renovations. Will recommend in the future.

This is an excellent airport hotel. Efficient, clean, shuttle to airport included. Restaurant in hotel does not serve lunch but pre-wrapped sandwiches and salads are available.

I pool was very warm, but small. The spa was nice. Appreciated the cleanliness, esp the floors. Service was immediate and friendly. The shuttle bus will take you anywhere within 4 miles, and it is exclusive to this hotel only. It’s always at your disposal! The location is walkable to the Arena. All that said….The beds were not comfortable and offered little back support. Sheets could be updated as they were rough,

Housekeeping was subpar. Our room had an almost empty roll of toilet paper with no others around, no Kleenex. Had to go get both from front desk. Floor was dirty, 6” floor base was removed and replaced with 4” base so it looks like hell. Pool suppose to close at 10:00pm but when we checked in at 11:00pm kids were running all over in the pool area? Wish I was a kid again, so they had fun and good for them. Breakfast people were nice and the food was good. Asked for a 12:00pm checkout but when we left house keeping just stood and stared at us, like they’re going to clean anyway, yeah right. Front desk people were nice and the shuttle guy was great. Overall it’s a place to stay by the airport.

My entire floor was literally a construction site. The walls were being resurfaced and they were sanding the walls my entire stay. Plastic on the floor, dust floating, tracked it into my room. It was tragic and there was ZERO accountability by the hotel. Why not just put me in a floor that didn’t have construction?

My first room (Rm 300) had a roach crawling and got in my bed. I'm thankful that i saw it BEFORE I turned the lights out for the evening. I called downstairs and maintenance came and sprayed. I was too paranoid that the roach would crawl on me or get in my suitcase, so i asked to be moved to another property or room. No properties in the area had availability according to the front desk....and i checked around myself because I didn't believe them. After being moved to Room 501, I got settled in picked up the remote to watch TV.....and nothing! I called downstairs to have maintenance look at it. The TV was just sitting there.....no cord, nothing!!! Maintenance said that someone would be there to connect it @ 0700am. No one came. I then went to the front desk around 900am to inform them that no one had shown up and that i was leaving for the day for a tour that i am expecting the TV to be operable on my return or else a full refund and to find me availability in the area because i had had enough of this unacceptable service. Hilton properties need to get it together.

Our hotel stay was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, though there was some mold around some part of the bath tub. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We look forward to staying there again. Just hope the mold around tub has been taken care of.

Upon check in I saw a ton of kids in the lobby, so when she asked what floor I preferred to be on, I politely said "a quiet one please"... Hinting I didn't want to be near all these children. Do you think I got that? Nope! SAME floor as all the kids, and the room right underneath more kids! Slamming doors, running thru halls, dropping/jumping off beds, etc. Our evening was horrible. To make it even better? There was no hot water in the morning for our showers. VERY disappointed and not AT ALL what I'd expect from a Hilton. I will not be staying here again.

The overall condition seems run-down. Especially carpeting in my room, floorboards too. My bed was wonderful however. The front desk clerk, Jennifer, was one of the best I’ve ever encountered. A true pleasure.

Poor attitudes from some of the staff. Was told when booking we could get a rollawaycot if needed, then upon arrival they said they couldn’t so we ended up have to go buy an air mattress. Food was great. Morning front desk staff was great…. Night staff not so much

The staff here was incredible. Our flight was delayed over 3 hours. When we arrived at 2 am, the car rental place was closed, even though they said they would be open. I called the hotel and asked if the shuttle was still available? They immediately sent it to the airport to pick up 9 of us and all of our luggage. Then they offered late check out the next day. Superior service!!!

The shuttle left me at the tangler out let mall . I had to walk in the dark to another hotel to get a shuttle to go back from my shuttle. The shuttle runs only on the hour so you will be late getting to the airport .my room was never cleaned i arrived on Wednesday left on a monday .i could not get towels i had to get the off the cart .i was promise a free breakfast it was 22.00 I would like my money back . I was doing my laundry i asked rhe front desk for quarters the front desk told me to walkto walmart which i would jave to wait an hour for the free shuttle insane

This hotel is located near a venue. So close to see the comedy show that we walked there and back, and had no issue with parking or navigating traffic at the coliseum. Perfect location.
