Needs cosmetic lift and furniture and bedding upgrades. Elevator not operable. Late night arrival-sprayed lemon mist for room odor. Paid $136 through Expedia. Won’t buy insurance again as recommended for facility not meeting as advertised.

Elevator was not working, and the place had an odor to it tobacco

Room not clean. Hallways worn and smelled of marijuana. People smoking pot in hallway. Back door constantly kept ajar and unlocked. Elevator out of order. Overall felt so unsafe and in dis-repair that I left without checking in. Manager would not issue refund.

This place is awful. Reeks of marijuana. There is no pool as advertised, there was no breakfast as advertised. Trash bags in the hallway and just a dump with desk workers that had NO personality.

This Hotel is the worst that I've stayed in my life. Fist of all at the Lobby the rug is dirty and can some dark spots but when you walk thru the hallway it's even worse because he has a horrible smell, rugs are disgusting, lots of noise and it's smells like Pee. Also the elevator was broken and when walking into my room, I noticed the Door leverage to lock the door was Brocken. Some of the lamps had no bulbs, the rug Dirty, filthy, bad smell, bathroom had a noise when turning the fan on. The shower head had very little water flowing. The table buy the couch was broken in the sides. Anyway I tried to check out but I did not get the extra protection on the room which I regretted because I thought this hotel was a great hotel because I’ve stayed in other hotels in other states I tried getting my money back and a refund from Hotels.com but was not successful unfortunately. Anyway I highly would not recommend this piece of garbage hotel to anyone. Please stay away from this horrible hotel.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!! as we walked in, you could smell mildew based on the condition of the carpet, the man checking us in, was trying to check us in and watch videos on his phone at the same time. Walking through the hallway to get to our room, mind you the elevator was broken, so we had to take the stairs, the carpet was still dirty, and you could tell that the hotel was more than a hotel . It was almost like a housing complex because we saw people moving in bags getting groceries and children running around the hallways. as we finally got to our room, we entered, and instantly saw the most nastiest room. I have ever seen while traveling!!!! we checked the bathroom and it was P still in the toilet along with mold in the shower and old toothpaste spit particles on the mirror. They have a desk with a chair close to the kitchen and chair had old stains on it, and there was dry blood on the sockets in the kitchen. The bed also has stains on it as well. After seeing this, and taking pictures, we went downstairs to complain about the nastiness of our room, and the man at the desk was saying due to them being shortstaffed no one was cleaning the rooms, so we had to deal with it hearing that we got our stuff and left with the quickness. Not to mention while we were trying to check out the man at the desk was constantly outside in his car on the phone and we had to wait 20 minutes for him to get back to the desk. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never stay here EVERRRRRRRR!

This place is utterly filthy. The lobby, the hallways, the stairs, the rooms, and the grounds are all in need of a cleaning. In my room the kitchen was filthy, the carpet was stained and sticky and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The halls and my room smelled like cigarette smoke. The sheets and towels did appear to be clean. There are sketchy looking people hanging out in the parking lot all the time and I was a little bit worried about leaving valuables in my room or anything in my car. The elevator was still broken during my stay. The clerk was competent. The photos are wildly misleading. This property hasn’t looked that good in years. There is also no longer a pool. It’s been filled with concrete. There are many other hotels at this price in the area, choose another one. They all looked better.

This place has been run down and they are too cheap to even put a coffee maker in the room although I did ask for one and they provided but no other amenities in the room. No utensils, no dishes, no coffee, no paper towels nothing at all in the kitchen. There was an odor everywhere and the elevator is out of service.

The elevator was broken and we were on the second floor and my girlfriend is disabled. The shower curtain was moldy. The bathroom sink was broken.

Very disgusting place smell bad

This place was dirty and stunk like urine. Lamp shade missing, hole in ceiling with a wash rag stuffed in it. I bugs under the sink.

The pictures for this place is extremely misleading. We turned right around and checked out. The only good thing about this place is that they refunded our money for the night. I was ready to leave it. The place was in disrepair and very nasty. Would not recommend to anyone.

The floors were sticky and not particularly clean, the bath tub stopper didn't work, the complimentary breakfast offering was oatmeal (that's all, oatmeal). Would not stay again.

Arrived on the property on Friday afternoon around 4 PM I checked in The elevator was broken. He put me on the second floor. The carpet was dirty throughout the building. I got into my room. The shower curtain had mildew on it. My carpet was dirty needs to be deep cleaned throughout the building have a bad smell. the sink in the bathroom. The hot water knob came off did not let the water run right the bed was OK. It was comfortable, but I did not enjoy the smell of the dirtiness of the property inside. The sink in the kitchenette was dirty. It had wax all in it. The towel rack in the bathroom that holds the towels It just came off the wall and fell. The property needs to be updated really really bad. I will not be staying there. No more filthy nasty. I was there for two days, I would not recommend this property to no one until someone can do some updating to the property

Cleaning staff needs training. And maybe learn a little English too?!? “Hot breakfast “ consisted of ONLY oatmeal packets and hot water plus coffee, tea, SONE hot chocolate (runs out quick). Certainly a major drop in quality from the extended stay in Virginia Beach. Definitely won’t be back.

The sheets were full of someone else’s hair and dirt. Clearly not changing the sheets between guests.

As soon as you walk in the hotel it smelled You had people fighting alright? Alright, smoke smoke and people with dogs even though it said no, I'm smoking. The TV work on and off which it took staff about 4 hours to finally get the T. V. To work here. We pulled out pull out bed and oh, my did not use the pull out bed. Let's just say that the mattress was a Corum saying. The floors were dirty.It needs to be updated a lot and Only one. Outlet work in the floor was nasty. Where the bottom of the socks not being mopped. Or cleaned not unless you have no money. I will not recommend you staying there with your family.

No really...Wifi suggestions were not given. Things were floating in the toilet. No silverware in the rooms. Have been and seen better Extended Stays.

Ceiling in the bathroom caving in from water damage. Shower only had cold water and stopped working halfway through my shower. Toilet didn’t flush. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at extended stays on the west coast. Avoid them at all costs on the east coast. Worst hotel experience of my life. Rooms are nothing like those photos on the Expedia website. Furniture lacking, no bedside lamps, one not two bedside table, no in room coffee facilities. Too tightly run.

First time experience at an Extended Stay with mold on shower curtain, roaches, outdated stove from the 70's, burnt lamp shade, patched walls, no hangers, broken lock as well as door frame and non functional microwave. Best thing was hot water to shower and AC unit worked well. Close location to multitude of stores and eateries.

It was terrible. It's supposed to have kitchen with utensils. None when asked the front desk they said they don't supply them. Stove was rusty and didn't work. Room smelled so bad we had to leave. The carpet looked like they took from the garbage. And had to fight for a refund. The place needs to be condemned.

No elevator working. I was on the top floor. No Kitchen utensils, even tho there is a stove and fridge. Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. Bugs...roaches. Service up front for check in took a half hour, and I was the only customer. Except he kept answering phone calls and talking to them for mins on end. It was awful. Never again.

I was told that I wouldn’t normally be allowed to rent since I live in Charleston, even though most people that stay there lives in Charleston as well. Not clean at all, smells of cigarette smoke all over hotel and in the room. Oh and my security deposit will be refunded if the room is clean and the sheets aren’t soiled. Would not recommend this to anyone

I don't know where to begin other than to simply state DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! I spend a lot of time traveling and this was without a doubt the worst hotel experience of my life. I walked into my room, looked around and walked right back out again. The furniture was broken, the lock on the door was busted off, the bed and the bathroom were filthy. Piles of trash littered the hallway, The stairwell door was propped open and people were coming in and out for what I can only assume was drug dealing. I walked past one room in particular and my eyes instantly teared up from whatever activities were taking place in there. The few people that I saw during the 5 minutes spent in there either looked like zombies or were (sadly and unfortunately) unsupervised children. After walking out I called the hotel because the front desk clerk had disappeared. They refused to refund my stay because I didn't wait around and give them a chance to provide me a different room. Honestly, getting out of there was the best $90+ I could have spent given the circumstances. In closing, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

This site stated that breakfast was included, it was not .. overall quests were loud.. dogs barking.. it’s was ok.. probably could have been better
