In the range of hotels A-F, this would be a C. No luxuries to boast about nor anything excessively bad unless you count the pool not being ready in late April.

It's an older building and it shows the wear but was a clean and very quiet stay. Cost definitely helped us in our time of need. We actually had a free room at Extended Stay around the corner, through the American Cancer society but those rooms were so dirty. Not some place for a healthy person to stay, much less a cancer patient like my wife. so we needed to find something cheap but clean. We were able to get a first floor room also which helped a lot. Staffs were very helpful and understanding.
