My flight arrived close to midnight, so I especially appreciated the 24-hour airport shuttle, even though it appears to be a private vehicle & driver contracted by the hotel. It was a small sedan, so families and larger groups need to ask if that’s the only vehicle available for shuttle. This hotel is older, but I found the bed to be comfortable and the breakfast to be adequate with a few hot items.

This was a stay for my birthday. We specifically booked this for the pool. However, the pool was very cloudy and not clean- with bugs and hair floating around, dirty bandaids etc. There were dead bugs by the drain in the pool area. Overall just looked like the place wasn’t maintained. It seemed to be under construction when we went. The room was okay- not super clean but not horrible- no bugs or anything. Mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The hotel breakfast was good. Lots of options available. At one point we went to get in our car and one of the workers was touching it? Overall not great. I would find somewhere else to stay next time.

Did not like that the elevator was not working and there was nothing available on first floor. I am handicapped and had to lug my large suitcase up the stairs. Also, requested a wake up call and did not receive it.

The elevator was out. 3rd floor room. When I asked what would happen if that didn’t work for us i was told the reservation would be cancelled and we could find someplace else at 10:30 pm. The room was ok, but the toilet ran.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The only bad thing was that the pool was closed. We booked this property thinking we could relax in the pool after long days of walking. The hotel itself was decent though.

They advertised an Airport shuttle service, but the only shuttle was a someones personal car. We had to squeeze 5 people into 4 seats and the new we were a family of 5. After waiting a hour at the airport for their "Shuttle" to come and get us.

I arrived very late (cancelled flight). Shuttle driver and front desk were warm and understanding at such a late hour. Efficient check in so I could get to bed. Good hot breakfast with a rotating menu. The shuttle really made it a convenient place to stay.

Rooms were spacious. Shower was narrow. Beds were comfortable. The pool was gross. It was super cloudy with some chunks of something floating on the top. The pool room smelled musty like the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No one was swimming due to the condition of the water. The breakfast was pretty good.

We were not impressed at all. There were no paper towels or soap for the kitchenette sink and only one tiny bar of soap for the bathroom sink for 5 of us. The sheets were old & dirty and had red marks on them. The floors had cracks in them. There was no shelf in the shower to put anything and there was mold on the bottom, and no hook behind the door to hang towels. The mattress for the sofa bed was absolutely disgusting with crumbs and stains all over it. The fridge was dirty and the doors opened the wrong way. And one of the two big windows in the room had frosted glass and you couldn't even see out. The staff was not particularly friendly at all and it was a chore every day just to get new towels for the 5 of us. Most of the time, no one was at the front desk to help anyway. The breakfast attendant was wonderful and friendly even though the food options left a lot to be desired. The pool was fine and a good size and the room was a very good size. We won't be coming back or recommending it.

Cleanness was questionable. My room reeked of cigarette smoke (non-smoking room) and air conditioner seemed to be blowing stale air and mold around. The hallways in the hotel looked as if they had not been cleaned nor vacuumed in 10 yrs.

The walk from the parking lot was long, the pool had so much chlorine you couldn't see the bottom. It's next to the highway and you could hear planes. My blanket had a hole, the lamp was falling apart, my sheet had a stain. There was hair in the floor in the bathroom. The front desk staff were really nice and accommodating. We left early and I should have asked for my money back.

Place was not very clean. There were dirt specs on the one comforter and literally a big blood stain on the other. They made us walk down the bloody comforter to the lobby and obtain a new one. There was also a cockroach in the lobby.

We stayed here for one night as a family of four. The room was newly decorated and clean. It was clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent. They had something for everyone: fresh juice, regular and decaf coffee, bagels, muffins, toast, machine-made pancakes, boiled eggs, hot biscuits, sausages, fried eggs, cereal, yogurt, and more. It gave me a boost of energy from the morning, and I felt energized throughout the day. For the price and quality, there was no reason to lower my rating. We had planned to stay here on the first day of our trip to Cleveland, but our flight canceled. Instead, we rebooked and stayed on the last day of our trip. With a hotel of this quality, we would have liked to stay on the first day as well.

I think there is some renovation going on at this property, which will bring it up to a better standard. There was an unusual smell in the whole place that I think might’ve been the result of trying to mask painting. There’s no Wi-Fi that we were made aware of. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s very economical. Lighting in the room is very minimal. We had a room with two queen beds and all the bedding appeared to be clean. The pillowcases looked like they had just been taken out of the dryer and put on the pillow pillows never having seen an iron. I would consider staying here again, but with reservations of Some improvements need to be made. The only option for dinner was Bob Evans across the street if you did not have a car. sadly, that restaurant did not appear to be up to high standards either. For example, we were seated in a booth and the seat of the booth. My husband was offered, had a big split of the Leather in it showing the stuffing. I think this might have been a good area once upon a time, but is a bit rundown at the present time

The daily breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable and the internet was adequate. The property has been updated but the windows were frosted and you couldn't see out. Kind of weird to us. It was very convenient to the airport and for all of our day trips we did.

great staff! Every interaction was friendly and welcoming room 221 should not exist. there is a bright light in the window 24/7 (my guess is the light up sign on the building is directly over the window, you can't tell as the window is filthy from the outside). the tiny little blinds dont cover most of the window so it looks like a sunny afternoon in this room at all times. It is absolutely ridiculous that you would rent this room out to anyone.

Okay for one night. Couldn’t see out our window it was so dirty/humid between the glass. Could hear other guest’s doors slamming closed very easily. AC unit was also noisy. Bed was too soft for our taste. But the Airport shuttle service was great!

We've stayed here before because it is close to family in the area. Pleasantly surprised that is being renovated. Love the improvements, especially the walk-in shower and removal of carpeting. Plenty of options at the breakfast buffet.

This hotel is a very good value. Lobby and public areas, hallways are clean enough, though could use more attention. Room is quiet, spacious, with newer laminate floors and updated bathroom. Good water pressure. 2 queen mattresses are older spring-coil, and could benefit from replacement. Climate control was excellent. Breakfast had very good balanced choices and variety with attentive staff. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking. Recommend at this price point.

Ashley was very helpful with getting from the airport to the hotel, and with all things check-in. The shuttle driver was very sweet and prompt. The gentleman at the desk in the wee hours of the night was very kind and pleasant, willing to help in any way.

The general manager Angelina and front desk staff went above and beyond for us and made a tough situation (car breaking down while on vacation) not as stressful!! They were kind, accommodating, and gave us options!! The woman who was in the breakfast room was also very friendly and made us feel welcomed!! The property and rooms were nice and clean!! If we ever venture back to this area we would definitely stay again!!

The gentleman who checked me in at 12:15am or so was a true professional. He provided outstanding service and he deserves to be recognized for such excellent customer service. This is rare these days. Please ensure that your hotel takes steps to recognize this outstanding employee! He also just seemed like a really good person overall. A big thank you to him!

The staff at the front was very friendly upon arrival and very helpful with transportation from the airport. The room did have a strange smell when we first entered. The area isn’t the best but we weren’t planning on exploring anyways. It’s comfortable enough for us to rest for a day, after a long flight we were grateful to have a place to sleep in between flights.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy. I didn’t feel totally safe there. The hotel itself was fine, but the keys would not unlock the side door so we kept having to walk around to the front entrance. Our keys kept deactivating on their own and we kept having to go to the front desk to reset the keys so we could get back into our room. The room had a weird smell. There was some water damage on the ceiling. The shower was gross, lots of build up on the walls and floors. The shower floor was flat with the bathroom floor, so the water would just spray the whole floor even with the curtain closed. The mattress was very firm with flat pillows. Overall, it was fine, just things that happen I guess.

Very close to airport but bumpy roads, industrial area, kind of feels like a space you shouldn’t be in. Furnishings felt outdated, like mattresses were old? That said I slept well and the front desk staff were very welcoming even though my flight delay led to me checking in at 2 am.

Yes the room was clean, staff was courteous and we really enjoyed the wonderful array of hot and cold breakfast foods. For our Saturday evening meal it was very convenient to go across the street to Bob Evans.

Stayed for 1 night. The room looked like it was recently remodeled. It was clean and nice. Location is near the airport. Decent hot breakfast. 2 things were missing but I won't deduct a star for it were: bathroom had no shampoo and the room had no safe. Overall I would stay again. The price was very competitive for the area.

Sink was backed up, not draining properly. No place to place soap in the shower, no shelving, no nothing, just a shower, shower head, and the pump shower gel they provide. One roll of toilet paper, just a low budget Best Western. Won't stay here next time. Breakfast was trash too!
