Rooms are very very dated. every other hotel in the area was sold out. This was the last resort. 11pm after 14 hr drive. No lobby, only a window in the vestibule to check in where 10 people ahead of me lined up outside to check in- because the rooms were being cleaned. Over booked rooms, and reservation was no guarantee we got a room. We did get in, slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Use this hotel as a last resort choice. Despite the room condition, and wait to get the room, the staff was friendly and doing the best they could with what they had.

Place was horrible. Very dirty, cigarette burns all over the sink and tub. The room smelled like sewage and there was vomit on the curtains. People were also in the stairwell doing drugs. Left and got a refund.

My husband and I were traveling and just needed a place to sleep and return to the highway. We were traveling with our dogs and Econo Lodge was pet friendly. The hotel is at a dead end and very empty. I did not feel safe walking my dogs at night even with all the lights. There were also some very interesting people hanging around.

Old worn but classic motel and everything worked in the room. the front desk night attendant quickly got me the fresh missing bath towels as soon as I asked. Plenty of ice in the machine to get me off on my way early next morning. This motel has all I needed for an overnight stop.

Where can I add photos? The most disgusting place ever. Video of roaches scattering in the bathroom, sink not even attached to the counter, smoke detector on the TV stand, coffee still in the pot, don't know the last time they vacuumed, stains dripping down the walls and doors. I left and slept in my car at a truck stop!

I never thought I would write a 1 star review. But it only takes getting pushed to a certain point for it to happen. This place was so gross. Mold on the sheets, bugs everywhere, hair dryers not working, also they lied about having continental breakfast. That haven't offered that in years according to the staff. Please pay a few dollars more and go some place else, this place will probably get condemned soon anyway...

We entered the room and immediately walked back out to check out. I am saying this as someone who drove 8 hours and just wanted to sleep. This was one of the cheaper hotels... but when I entered the hallway to our room, the carpets were stained and it smelled so bad. When we got into our room, there were more stains on the carpet, the chairs, AND the bed covers. There were cigarettes holes burned into the covers as well. The cabinets were broken and chipped. The bathroom was gross. The shower drain was black and there was a huge brown recluse spider (so we think) in the sink.

Room smelled horrible! Insects all over the floor. Multiple cigarette burns on the bathtub. Floors nasty and dirty. Makeup smeared on the carpet.smoke detector battery hanging out of battery box. Was a very uncomfortable stay. Was not worth the money and by far the worst motel experience ever.

If you have to stay here, sleep with your clothes on. Sketchy people lurking. I was given a room, walked in and there were no sheets and liquor bottles & trash everywhere. Went back and they gave me a new room. Stains on comforter, cigarette burns in sheets, black hair in folded hand towel, I can see a hole to the outside through the AC, card didn’t work on one hallway door, and fridge was missing but clearly was leaking before its removal. Hallway was dirty and a lot of doors were ajar. Somehow, this hotel was fully booked; probably accept homeless vouchers. The boy at the counter however was nice and helpful with getting me a new room (wish he had just refunded though)

I've stayed at this location many times and have been pleased with what I got for the price, but this last time the carpet was dirty, and the tub was awful it was stained and just dirty, the linens seemed clean, and the door locked so for the money I guess it was okay.

The room was heavily infested with roaches. The TV doesn't work. The shower doesn't work and you can't fill the bathtub with water for a bath. The facility has lots of prostitutes and drug dealers. All true. Plus, I reserved a queen room with smoking. When I checked in, they said all that was avsilable was a king with no smoking. Plus it cost about $15 more than what I was supposed to pay. On a scale of 1 to 5 ,the place gets a negative 20.

First off, as soon as you walk into the front desk area you get hit with a very strong smell of Marijuana. Then we walked into our room which was absolutely filthy. Stains everywhere. Paper thin pillows. Air conditioner made a noise all night like someone dropped pennies in the fan blades. Will never stay here again!!!!

Cable sucked, bathroom door was old and flimsy, was suppose to be handicap room and we had to ask for chair, blow dryer was messed up and broken off into the wall! Knocking at 10 asking us to leave when check out was at 11. Card didn’t work everyday, had to go to the office to get reprogrammed

Basically a nice place. Check-in was veryslowbut I arrived during shift change so had to wait. Room was clean but there was some sort of non working fixture in the ceiling that wad taped in with some brown on the ceiling. Room could have used more light.

Stay was ok but the hotel never received my reservation. At least that what they claimed. I contacted Hotels.com on virtual chat and explained the problem and they contacted the hotel by phone. The clerk told me that hotels.com would refund my purchase and I then had to pay out-of-pocket for the room.

I booked a room For my husband and 2 children. It was paid in full but upon arriving to check in we were told that there was not a room available. I was told I’d have a refund in 10 max. This is ridiculous to over book and take someone’s money. Now I’m having to wait to get my money back.

When I first checked in I was sent to a room that was already occupied, man at the front desk was very upset over it cause I was the 3rd or fourth person it had happened to that night due to someone else not doing what they was suppose to. On my second day there I had housekeeping keep knocking on my door after I had already told them they wasn’t needed I finally had to tell him to go away. Room wasn’t clean like it should have been this is the second time I have had issues here.

i always supported small chain businesses but i suggested for future travelers stay away from this one. I traveled with my family, when we arrive late evening from NYC one shirtless guy walking in the lot, then a car pullover with a few guys then they started drinking beers. then started playing loud music until 2am. place is worn down .I'm sorry but never again just booked somewhere else. staff is nice

Do NOT stay here. This was a dangerous situation. Very sketchy characters with their room doors wide open. My room didn’t have electric on the front half. It was really gross inside. I actually felt like I was in danger and if bandit had my dogs with me, would have 100% left and found a suitable room.

Ok... its in a rough part of town. And on the outside. It looks kind of sketchy. Hallways are dirty. Youre gonna think (what the hell?) But once you get to your room. Its clean. And quiet. I personally had no issues. (I stayed there for a week) And if i was going to Florence on a budget. I would recommend. As long as you are able to not judge a book by its cover.

The girl at the desk was very helpful but the TV didn’t work correctly, there was no phone in the room, there was only one towel and the coffee maker was missing parts. The bed was comfortable.

We had to buy pillows. There were burn marks along the tub. One light couldn't be plugged in because plug didn't reach outlet.The fridge was so small and no freezer. The microwave was very old. We kept getting locked out of our room and the lock was supposed to be fixed. No breakfast but advertised online and in lobby. Definitely not up to Choice hotel standards.
