Great place to stay. Room (2bed/2bath) was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed and bedding was comfortable and nice, the kitchen was great and well stocked and free breakfast was a plus! Plenty of free parking and internet worked well. Dog friendly too. Would stay again and recommend.

We had to park around the back of the building and walk around the building to check in. The back door has indoors stairs. We couldn't bring in our suitcases etc that way. We had a king size bed with little pillows. Barely big enough for an adult head. Certainly king size pillows would be more appropriate.

Friendliest staff of any hotel I ever stayed in. Very helpful, respectful and accommodating. Enjoyed the 3 nights of Happy Hour with nice wine and snacks. Hotel is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Lots of families stayed there because of indoor pool and free breakfasts. Full kitchen in the suites. Enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Check in was easy and friendly. The staff was very nice. The free breakfast was horrible. The room smelled so bad we had to ask for an air freshener. The laundry room smelled of mold and mildew and the machines were filthy. We ended up taking the clothes we washed there to a laundry mat to dry them because the dryer there wasn’t drying the clothes. During the day while housekeeping was cleaning the rooms the hallways always smelled of cigarette smoke. We booked the room for 6 people but there was only enough towels and supplies for 2 people. I never ever leave reviews but I felt I had to this time. I paid lot of money for the room and was just very disappointed. Like I said, the staff was great, very nice and friendly.

My room had fleas! The front desk workers did not seem too concerned but I was at least able to move to a different room. The second room was next door to a barking dog that barked until 1:30am, and people were slamming their doors in the hallway at 4am. Do not recommend!!

Room was infested with roaches, dishwasher had dishes left in it and they were uncleaned. Found small baby roaches in the dishwasher and we had two pets and was charged 50$ twice for them and additional 34$ that was unexplained. Room was changed after an overnight stay in the roach infested room because there were no other ones available .

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a pet friendly hotel and it's super clean. Other than seeing all the dogs you'd never know. And we NEVER leave our pup behind!! All the staff we encountered were super nice and friendly, from the front desk to the cleaning service to the breakfast staff. We needed a short weekend get away and we were pleased with our choice of stay! Now the only con; No vent in the bathrooms!! Sometimes that is necessary!!!!😝

The internet was out for over 12 hours. Even though we requested “light housekeeping” it was never done. We had to go get our own towels at the front desk and the garbage cans were to the top by the second day.

Overall, this a great hotel. The large refrigerator and nice sized microwave were great to have in this small kitchenette area. The room was clean and fresh looking. We enjoyed the breakfast and the social hour from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm was also very nice. This is definitely a hotel that I will consider coming back to in the future.

The floor throughout were not clean. Only one elevator was in service. That one was not working all the time. Stairs have not seen a broom or vacuum cleaner in moths or longer. Why did I have to pay for parking? Bathroom floors not clean. Mold/mildew in the shower. Shower leaked water onto bath floor. I thought this was an upgrade for IAG, but it was not.

The room was clean and spacious. It did have a slightly weird smell though. The location was perfect for our needs. We only stayed 1 night. The staff could have been friendlier and more helpful - it seemed like maybe they were overwhelmed and we had to ask more than once for the same things. The reservation was for 4 people and there were 2 towels in the room. We requested extra towels 3 times before we actually got them. We also needed an extra pillow and that took a while to get also. Overall our stay was good though and I would return.
