I like everything the hotel had to offer. 24 hour gym, pool, laundry area and helpful staff. Two things l didn't like was tye room had only one nightstand. In the age of smart phones, a buggt stand is needed for both occupants. Second was the person who was above us had heavy feet, and walked back and forth most of the first night, not much rest, and it was very frustrating...

The hotel needs a substantial makeover and update. More importantly, I could not close the curtains in my room. Because my room overlooked a lighted parking lot, I could not prevent the outside light from entering, thereby adversely affecting my sleep. Finally, the hotel did not offer a breakfast. Overall, the hotel was disappointing.

Very Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Excellent gym. Lobby needs makeover as it has a worn out look. A bit pricey considering the condition and no included hot breakfast.

Very clean room and the property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Small but very relaxing pool. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to all future guests!

Great stay and nice room as always when I come to Florida for construction project management. Close to the Base and easy in and out parking and great staff who take care of whatever I need. Many thanks as always.

Studio room would definitely have been a perk if we were staying longer than a day! Having a kitchenette in room, awesomely convenient! Overall the room was great, spacious, clean, comfortable. The showerhead was kind of corroded which maybe makes it look a little dinghy at first glance. And the carpet has that feel when carpets get old and over used, where... It just feels a little sticky. Staff was excellent, incredibly friendly service.

Really great stay, everyone working there is so kind! The room was a bit musty smelling, but once I got the air kicking it started to smell better! Really awesome area, convenient and quiet!

The property needs updating. The room was very humid even with the a/c running. The towels, our clothes, the sheets felt damp because of this issue. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but the dampness issue made it hard to sleep since you felt tacky. The kitchen did supply some pots and pans but no plates, bowls or utensils. So if you plan to use the kitchen, plan on disposable I guess unless it was just an issue for our room. The chair in the room really needs to be cleaned because there was a definitely an odor from it that lingered in the air at times; again, could be from how humid it was in the room. The lobby and hallways were fine though. I tried to mention this to the front desk; however, the gentleman seemed to ignore me and the woman who tried to help I don't think understood me completely. I get it's Florida and have had humidity issues before, but this made for an uncomfortable stay.

You can see that this hotel is well maintained by staff. Staff member Elena was so friendly and kind. The rooms were very clean with plenty of space. This would be a great place to stay for an extended time with the full kitchen. Would recommend.

Room was spacious and the bed comfortable and the kitchenette was well equipped. Front desk were courteous and helpful even with the shift change. My only problem was that upon entering there was a stuffy smell in the room which I could not identify and took some time to acclimate. Don’t know if it was from the A/C or just musty environment.

He had roaches in the room

This is the second time I have stayed at this location and it's does not disappoint. The place is comfortable, and clean! Updated, and just all around good quality. Cleanliness is top notch and the staff are very friendly! It's located conveniently also!

Too much noise above & beside us

Roll away bed was terrible.

Check in and check out were very easy. One of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed at. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was well stocked. Quality of the room was great for the price.

Elena made the stay so enjoyable. Julian was very helpful also. Both of them were very friendly.

Julian was very nice when me and my husband arrived, they explained everything to us the do's and the don't, we had to leave a credit card for any incidentals, which we had no problem with. We stayed for four days while visiting for Thanksgiving. Upon leaving we encountered a very angry man in the elevator requesting what room we were in, and we told him, we turned our keys in and required about my 50.00 deposit, and was told it would automatically be refunded to my account. While at golden coral eating breakfast, I checked my account and saw that they have charged my card 250.00, I went back to the hotel and inquired why was they charging this amount, and was told the manager said we smoked in the room, well I immediately ask the clerk to call Julian and she did, I explained to him what was going on and he said they would reverse the charges, my husband had encountered the angry man in the elevator the night before and we find out that he was the manager on site, and he got mad because my husband was still using the luggage cart, my husband was sitting in his car SMOKING, so he decided he would take his anger out on my credit card. Well I called them three times within a two week span trying to see why my money had not been refunded and I was given the run around. I had to go to my bank and request them to investigate the reversal, and thats the only way I was able to get my money back. If this had not happen we would have used them again on our next visit to Jacksonville.

Staff is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! I had a house fire and was there for supposed to be two weeks, the staff was awful we ended up staying only one week and moved hotels. They go in your room unannounced and overall are hard to deal with. Maybe if you are stopping through for a quick overnight stay but for the price and quality of service I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Elaine at the front desk was amazing. She was real helpful and polite. The place is ok but, the staff and service made it top notch.

I will be completely honest! We loved the lady at the front desk, Elena. She is an exemplary employee who made us feel very welcome. She made our stay perfect!

Hotel was quiet, clean and office staff friendly. Julian was very helpful.

When I arrived was greeted with a friendly smile, Elena was very friendly and polite and professional. Made me feel welcome.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Very clean room, bathroom was clean with a nice tub and the location was perfect! Within walking distance to Publix grocery store, gas stations and the highway was two turns away. Very comfortable stay!

There wasn't much around the hotel as it sits back off a main road, but it was quiet and clean. Bed was nice I appreciated the thicker comforter as I'm always cold
