The image on hotels.com carries bathtub, but it has a shared bathroom for the rooms. ( Seeing that and booking straight, I never suspected anything hidden) On getting there, I was expecting it to be a hotel only to discover it was a shared room house with shared bathroom. The backdoor was also left open and accessible to anyone. Response was not so good also. I had to leave that same night as I could not stay there and they refused to refund even after carrying their contact along that I had left and couldn't stay there. The first impression was deceptive for me and that was what my assumption regarding the room was based on without checking other details afterwards.

I arrived late at night, it was a bit of effort to find the exact place of my Room at the property site as there was no Counter Service late at night. Driveway at the rear of the Property is very rough, definitely can be improved by Owner.

Worst accommodation i've ever stayed in.Building is a prefab structure.Shared bathrooms and shower was out order from arrival until departure 4 days later.Smelled of mould which was masked with pine gel.No window or fan in the room.Walls were dirty.Waist high weeds in the parking area and open area.Right next to train line.

Ok, it is not the Ritz but for the price it actually not that bad. Telephone support number was answered quickly, pleasantly & professionally. Access code was sent very quickly by sms with the bedroom keysafe code. I slept well and there was tea & coffee making facilities in the room and a clean towel as well as a fridge & microwave. Television with remote control and excellent very fast Wi-Fi.All communal lighting was automatic so no need to search for a light switch. Ample off street parking and plenty of hot water in the shower room. It has a shared bathroom but that is reflected in the very reasonable price for Cheltenham with free parking. I will stay here again but as a solo traveller on business I have only myself to please.😁

Excellent self-contained unit 4min walk from Cheltenham Spa Rail Station. Self check-in is easy as Rooms Booked staff will send essential info such as the Entrance door & Unit door codes by 2pm via email or massage to facilitate the check-in process. Room furniture, while considered old, are in functional condition. Shared bathrooms, however, are modern and clean. Glad that there are a few eateries, a Domino Pizza outlet and a Tesco Express supermarket within close proximity to meet our needs. For such affordable price, what more could we ask for?

Unfortunately it was not the best stay due to the experience.Windows could not be opened so quite stuffy.Bathrooms was okay apart from shower not working in one.Rooms was adequate bed clean but uncomfortable.No where to hang clothes or put away.Got locked out when we arrived and was told it would cost £180 for someone to come out with a key which i thought was not fair.We had a nice couple help us collect the key and then again you tried to charge £25 this time.We was given a key which would not work then so a man came out then.So eventually got in thankfully.Paid a late charge check out till 1 but got woken up to cleaners coming in so door banging ect doing there job so ended up leaving early.

Everything shabby. From front of property inside hall and room. It looked like someone had been locked inside the room and dug out of the locked door Pictures given in advert misrepresented the whole place. I left on the first night and went somewhere safer.

Upon arrival to room number 9, the room smelt strongly of urine. The wallpaper was peeling off and plaster was coming away from the window frame. The plastic shower tray appeared to have burn marks on it, I assume from previous guests having smoked in the room. One of the windows was missing any sort of blind or curtains, counter tops were stained, the microwave and cabinets were not clean. I immediatley called and advised the contact number and was offered an alternative room. I declined as the general feel of the place had been significantly impacted by my experience. I feel ive been hoodwinked, in the heart of Cheltenham everything is beautiful, this place was a joke, disgusting, nasty looking, smell of damp, myself and my partner walked in and straight back out. Not at all as advertised in their pictures. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! for an extra £20 we got a travelodge 15mins away. Save your money. Its an outright joke that its non refundable... because they know that every person who pays to come here will instantly regret their decision. They have no right to say non refundable... it should be up until the day before your stay. I am incredibly upset with Hotels.com for allowing this shambles of a place to exist, advertises as a studio in reality it is a single room with a double bed stashed in it, no space to walk around, nowhere to place bags, and then put a makeshift counter with sink and microwave in it and the bathroom is to be shared but all these staying on the premises! Absolute disgust!!!

Clean linen and bathroom; handy cutlery, crockery and cleaning stuff, TV was in Polish but the 24 hr reception talked me through the settings and resolved it in a clear and friendly way. Bed and pillow more comfy than expected.

Room was clean is a start, bed was like sleeping on led, mold coming through, there was no cuttlery despite having tea and coffee in the room, there was no mugs/cups, so pointless even having a kettle in the room, all in all if your just wanting somewhere with a bed thats fine, but for the price, kinda crap, how anyone can list a price like this for something of this calliper is beyond me

The room was generally clean but there were a few bits and bobs on the floor such as stuff from celebrations. Couldn't access any usable WiFi from our room. Would have benefitted from a couple of cereal bowls and maybe a desk or table?Otherwise I was very happy for the price.

Clean linen and bathroom; handy cutlery, crockery and cleaning stuff, TV was in Polish but the 24 hr reception talked me through the settings and resolved it in a clear and friendly way. Bed and pillow more comfy than expected.

I have never stayed anywhere that made it so difficult. On the day of my stay, I was sent a message asking me to phone so that the £100 deposit could be taken from my debit card. As I had already used the card to make the booking this seemed odd in itself, but when I phoned I was told I would have to go to a different property in the town centre to have my card swiped before they would give me the access code for the property I was booked into. They texted me the address, but the text never arrived. Once I had got to the town centre property and had my card swiped the receptionist texted me the access codes for where I was staying - but this text never arrived either. The whole thing added 45 minutes to my journey at the end of a tiring day, and seems completely pointless. Given that it's possible to buy a car online these days there was surely no need for me to turn up in person to supply card details which the hotel already had. I will definitely not stay here again.

Ok, it is not the Ritz but for the price it actually not that bad. Telephone support number was answered quickly, pleasantly & professionally. Access code was sent very quickly by sms with the bedroom keysafe code. I slept well and there was tea & coffee making facilities in the room and a clean towel as well as a fridge & microwave. Television with remote control and excellent very fast Wi-Fi.All communal lighting was automatic so no need to search for a light switch. Ample off street parking and plenty of hot water in the shower room. It has a shared bathroom but that is reflected in the very reasonable price for Cheltenham with free parking. I will stay here again but as a solo traveller on business I have only myself to please.😁

Terrible paid for a night and couldn’t get into the property. I phoned up to be told I needed to pay a £100 deposit. This wasn’t mentioned when I booked. Lost my room money. Phoned Expedia but impossible to talk to anyone all automated

For the price, this was very good value. The kitchen was useful, with an oven and one set of crockery and cutlery (but no corkscrew). The walls were a bit knocked about and shabby, but didn't impact the stay in any way. Very handy for the rail station, and a small parade of shops with takeaways and a Tesco Local for supplies.

Worst accommodation i've ever stayed in.Building is a prefab structure.Shared bathrooms and shower was out order from arrival until departure 4 days later.Smelled of mould which was masked with pine gel.No window or fan in the room.Walls were dirty.Waist high weeds in the parking area and open area.Right next to train line.

I never even got to check in. Wasted over an hour trying to contact them. Complete waste of my time and effort. I will not waste my time booking this hotel again and I would advise others not to waste their time aswell.

Parking was very good. We DID NOT STAY there due to the fact it is a SHARED TOILETS! We booked alternative accommodation at great expense! I REPORTED THIS TO YOU ON SUNDAY 29th March. The room was misold due advertised for holiday use and it's only an over priced Doss house. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

The bed was broken and needs replaced, the bedding was frayed. The hotel loby door is pin controlled, but reality was you don't need the pin as the door just opens, making the whole property insecure
