Waiting for the pool to open!!!we all NEED THAT POOL due to the 90 degree weather here.

Roaches.. no hot water.. and the pool was dirty and clised

I stayed there for quite some time the staff is very easy to work with pleasant and had no issues in the time I was there rooms are done tastefully clean they have security on the parking lot in the evenings there is shopping very close good places to eat and for the price probably the best choice in the area

All the rooms smell of cigarette smoke. On my first night, 4 police cars came onsite. There were prostitutes both walking around the facility and working out of one room. Drugs were being distributed out of another room with guards posted by the door. Several junkies and sketchy individuals were hanging around the facility. Every evening, when I returned to the hotel, I had to reset my key card—no floor mat in the bathroom. The water in the pool was green, and it seemed that it had not been cleared in months. No complimentary toiletries other than a small bar of soap.

There were no elevators and I had a ton of stuff to bring up to my room. Whenever I arrived at my room it was hot and the AC was not working because all of the buttons were damaged and I had to get a different room. Whenever I moved over to the other room one of the beds was super wonky, the other one was thankfully okay and comfortable. And you could not use the sink at all without getting water everywhere because there was no filter to even out the water pressure. I will say that the staff tried to accommodate in every way they could given what they had to work with.

This motel HAS the BEST STAFF! The GM is thoughtful & kind and MOST IMPORTANTLY ON TOP OF HER GAME! Sgmhe handles her business. And Alley in Housekeeping IS WONDERFUL!!! She TOTALLY LOOKS OUT FOR YOUR AND NEVER FORGETS ANYTHING!!! She IS ONE of HARDEST WORKING women I've ever seen. They are getting the pool to open which I can't wait since its starting to get HOT!

I have a Frenchie that goes everywhere with me so I stay here when I am in Jacksonville westside. For their pet policy and friendly staff. Property is constantly being improved. New air conditioners. Pool is being ready for summer. Monisha and lanisha always have a great attitude and make checking in a breeze.

The placement of the property was convenient however it was filthy. There were cockroaches in the room, they have you bring your towels to be rewashed and they don’t provide replacements until your same towels are cleaned. It took three days for us to get our clean towels back after continuously checking on them. There was one nice employee and she was there only one of the days. The card reader in the door did not work properly and we had to keep getting cards rematched to the door. The pool was in working order but filthy to the point where we used it once.

Place was disgusted, dirty, unsafe, roach is everywhere in the room, bedsheets are not clean, shower are not working. Don’t go don’t go. I was resting peacefully and someone came out of nowhere and try to open my door.room smells like smoke.

This was probably one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed at and i've stayed in some bad ones. First off the room was dirty and I mean really, really dirty. I spilled a small amount of water on the floor and went to wipe it up with the towel and it was literally covered in dirt. On top of that, the sheets were also dirty when I got to the room, they had stains all over them. On top of that, there were no lamp shades in the room. They didn't give out blankets. All you got was 2 sheets, 2 pillows. There are no phones in the rooms. My toilet was leaking and they had just thrown towels on the floor to soak it up next to the toilet when I got To the room. All in all, this definitely was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I would not suggest it to anyone unless you absolutely have to. And there's no reason you have to. There's like 6 other hotels around there. If I hadn't already paid for my room in advance, I wouldn't have stayed.

First room had not been prepared with no sheets on bed. 2nd room had floor tiles popping up from water damage

During our 3 night stay we counted no less than 10 roaches. The room including the bathroom was in complete disrepair. Did not change our sheets for the whole stay. We never seen housekeeping during our stay. Very noisy even after midnight, people partying in the passage ways outside our door. On our return from cruise, we paid about $40 more per night and had all the services and a clean room with no bugs. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't do it.

The staff refused to give towels i had to wait until the following day until 11am before i could receive towels and the place does not clean unless you report them and the bathroom is horrible and shower had not been cleaned in a long time i had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean up the room.

The person who checked me in was nice. The hotel is in a good location with restaurants and stores in walking distance. The property is run down. The room was in bad shape but that was almost expected. The pungent cigarette smell and the bugs were unexpected. I had to plug in the mini refrigerator and roaches scattered when I moved the refrigerator to plug it in.

Basically everything ... The so called Front desk area is a disaster .I went up to my assigned room and i checked the bathroom , the was no bathroom tissue ( imagine an emergency) you know what I mean ... I went down to the front desk and told the person in charge ,then she handed roll to me and said " I am sorry for the inconvenient situation " ... That is unacceptable .The window curtain hanging on one side , people outside could see inside. There was no hot water for the sink , .They say it was no smoking ,oh boy ! the room smells like a designated smoking area . i will NEVER recommend that place anyone .

There was trash in the parking lot. The first room I went into the door, didn’t even shut correctly and it was supposed to have a microwave refrigerator. There was a dope microwave. The refrigerator was wobbly. It smelled the second room they put me in had roaches. It smelled like cigarettes and was dirty.

I booked the delux double bed room. There was no microwave and the fridge didnt work. There was black mold in the room it looked as if they started remodeling it there was a patch that wasnt painted over and the sheetrock was covered in black mold . The tv was about the size of my phone and the room was about the size of a shoebox. Ive stayed in motel 6s from Washington state to fl and everwhere in-between. And this was by far the worst on ever especially for the area it was in. Sad to say i wont be booking with motel 6 again.

Bed was broke no hot water

Room was okay. Upstairs occupants were loud, . Heard every noise outside the door/window. Bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke, shower leaked on the floor . One roach in the barhroom outlet. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but was horrible either.

The faucet sprayed all over me when I turned it on. Smh, no comforter on beds.

The places smelled bad. Probably have bed bugs now minimal pillowcase and the bed was broken . A single "crack head'" knocking on my door and being locked due tenants error from canceling "crack head key card that was given for my room. As an error by the desk clerk. My error..

Room was too small for 2 beds. One of the bed is placed against the AC/Heat unit, it's a safety hazard, and no one would be comfortable sleeping on a bed with your back against the AC/Heat unit. The fire/smoke alarm was missing with exposing wirings. No CO alarm or any safety alarm. While we understand the 3pm check-in rule, but there was a line of 5 people waiting since 2pm, it would be wise to "break" the rule a bit especially when there were available rooms.

Staff was friendly and I had no issues with check in.My tv however, wasnt working.

Service was poor. No maid service. It took 3 requests to replace broken microwave. Had keycard rekeyed multiple times, and it still took multiple insertions before it would unlock. TV was heavily pixelated and unwatchable.

When we arrived at 10pm after making a reservation 20 minutes earlier, we were met with a sign that said, "Sold out. Contact whom you book with for refund if you have reservation. No staff appeared to be at the property. The night bell had no effect. We had to find another place to stay.

My fiance & I have stayed over here several nights/days in recent weeks. Each lady that works the Front Desk has been so nice and helpful. They've been kind & understanding with us. They honor requests for not only the room type needed, but also a particular room weve requested. They've understood the importance & necessity to us of being able to clearly see and easily access our vehicle. Also they've been kind in extending our check out times & then allowing us the time we need to pack our vehicle, never rushing us out of the parking lot.

Staff was excellent and very helpful, no shortage of restaurants and stores all within walking distance

Couldnt contact staff, no phone cord in room, no smoke detector, no garbage can, and i still haven’t gotten my room deposit back yet. Horrible experience, never again.

When we first got there, the staff was doing a shift change at 3:00 pm which is inconveniently the same time everyone is checking in. After 45 mins of waiting in line I was told the only room they had was a smoking room, but surprisingly it doesn’t smell. After checking the room myself, it was horrible. The room smelled awful. I returned to the front desk to be met with another long line. Informed the front desk we could not stay and requested a cancellation of our reservation. When I tried to rebook another room at another hotel, I was made aware that I would have to contact the hotels customer service department in order to be refunded. I put in a complaint and was told they would issue a refund. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. I also had just stayed at another motel 6 days before in Chattanooga TN. This one was very clean and pleasant. It’s not the hotel chain, it’s the staff that run the hotel.

There wasnt anything to like staff was horrible, they take your money and kick you out without refund. Trust passers allowed to come and harrass guess random knocking on doors in the middle of the night by junkies. Security guard harrass tenants for standoutside their doors during holiday ex: 4th of july to see fire work. Over all I wouldnt recoomend anyone to stay at this motel the service and people that work there are very unprofessional and the environment and people they allow on property all day and night isn't safe especially if you have kids.There are alot of junkies and addicts roaming around the parking lot day and night its just a very unsafe and unkept environment. Do not rent here if you care about the safety of yourself and definitely your children.

The staff is amazing and courteous. Anthony, Ali and Jeremy are great at what they do. They bring life and excitement with them to work anytime I stay at the hotel.

The office stafg was very polite and friendly. Victor the property maintenance man. Was very quick to respond to my one problem I had with the door. The? Room was Barry ce. And the bad was extremely comfortable. I recommend this motel. I rr

I like it because was quiet, nice area, variety of restaurants, clothing stores..

Management is very friendly and was very welcoming. A lot of great restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Felt dangerous. Didnt feel safe here. Neither safety for my car in the parking lot nor my self in the room. Horrible. I left immediately and took the loss because it was unacceptible.

It was very memorable and honestly I wouldn’t have had it any other way. My ratings are honest but do not reflect my personal enjoyment of my stay. The constant smell of marijuana, the unsafe feeling my girlfriend got from some of the other guests, the personal fear that wearing my Jordan’s might get me robbed, the cops being called to the property or nearby properties… it all made a really unique experience, and one I will cherish, truly. This place made my spring break memorable and fantastic. The staff was pretty good too! I would not recommend this location to a single, female traveler, or maybe even a small group of females. I also would not reccomend this location for a small, single male traveler (especially if they’re not strapped). But if you’re a broke group of college students on spring break… enjoy it!

How close to a Shopping Center with a Publix, Dollar Tree 🌳, TJ Maxx, etc. That's so convenient and easy 😀. The Management and staff here ARE WONDERFUL!!! Always a pleasure..

My stay at motel 6 was great and Excellent clean Room amazing staff Position energy and some great Coffee 😀😀 Thank you will be back
