Pictures of this hotel are inaccurate. Shows that they have a hot tub but that appears to be filled in and no longer there. Also the pool and hotel are undergoing renovations which is great but that would be nice to know prior to booking. Front desk staff were very friendly. Room and hotel had a musty smell.

Not enough parking spaces, especially it is combined with the adjacent hotel. Too many compact parking spots and our SUV barely fit in the one remaining parking space. Both hotels were full to capacity.

Overall, a good hotel, located near the beach. But, the hotel pool is much colder than other pools we have lapped over the years. Most pools keep the water temp around 85F; this one is around 80F or lower.

Walked in the room first day full of crumbs/sand/dirt. It had not been vacuumed. The shower knob fell off the wall. Water splashing everywhere flooding the bathroom. Talked to the front desk at 9:00 am and instead of taking care of the issues right away they sent someone at 4:00 pm to vacuum after telling them again, right when we had returned to the room and wanted to relax. Only positive is that there is good space in the room but overall very expensive for the conditions it was in. Very disappointed in the stay for what we paid.

We like Hampton Inns for their nice breakfast bars and classy lobby eating areas. This one was no different - very nice. Indoor pool was great in December. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the huge TV, but wished the room had somewhere to sit besides the bed.

Room was close to the elevator. Listened to the beeps. Nice lady at front desk switched us to a quiet room. She had to program the keys 4 times to get them to work in the door. Phone didn't work at all. I fixed it. Property is clean inside and out. A little dated. Breakfast and breakfast staff were both good.

We were invited to use the digital key, as we were arriving very late. While the D key allowed access inside the lobby, it did not work at the room door. There was no one staffing the front desk, requiring a search of the office area to locate someone who could make a pair of key cards to grant access into the room. The room itself was only average and the next morning's breakfast tasted old, even at 7:00 am.

Just had another excellent stay at this Hampton Inn. This was my fifth stay for appointments at Mayo Clinic. Jacksonville. The hotel Manager Tammy has also been very welcoming and helpful with questions I had about the area. The hotel is kept clean which I and others staying there appreciate.

Decent place to stay close to Mayo Clinic for the wife’s surgery. Ac worked great. Bed was worked and needs replacing. Quiet. Close to where the hospital is. There are several food options nearby. Breakfast is good the first morning but there must of been a kids soccer tournament over the weekend. There were many young children running around the breakfast area with little Supervision. Needed my daily dose of Caffeine coffee and the kids were in the way

It was decent but not what I expected from Hampton. They only had Impossible Sausage available at breakfast, no real meat products, the egg white frittatas were bland and tasteless, other than that it was pretty terrible for breakfast.
