Everything was good. My only complaint was the wait on the elevator, because one was out of order. The kitchen staff was excellent!! She went above and beyond for my daughter and I. I’m upset at myself, because I forgot to get her name. I just talked to her as soon as I seen her. She was so nice! June 19-23.

Missed shuttle by couple minutes, told only runs until midnight and take $30 taxi. Suggest website say shuttle until midnight, restarts at 5am. Check in not pleasant. Basic breakfast, no coffee available at 7am.

Would have been nice if the did 24 hour airport shuttle or by appointment. I chose this hotel cause i have an early flight and the shuttle didn’t start till 5am. So i had to spend money on an Uber

I really like suite-style properties like this one. The rooms are spacious and the complimentary breakfast offered good options. I was disappointed that the on-site bar was not staffed, but the market area and restaurant at adjacent sister property met my needs. I also appreciated flexibility when requesting a late checkout. Shuttle drivers were great.

The hotel was great but the shuttle didn’t start early enough in the morning, nor did the breakfast. Our flight was at 5:51 am. The airport was packed so we weren’t the only ones. Had to take an uber and buy Starbucks in the terminal, adding about $60 to our stay.

Very nice staff. Room was clean and spacious however there was a roach when I checked in. It was late and I didn’t want to back downstairs and change rooms so killed it, definitely didn’t want to go barefoot. In the morning there was another. I tried to kill it but it was too fast and went back under the cabinet I spoke to front desk but I was told to just email the assistant managers.

As a Marriott Bonvoys member I was surprised by this hotel in an unimpressed way. The lobby and social areas were clean. The room was not. It had a foul smell, like moldy water/water damage. The bathroom with the toilet was not clean. The area of the hotel is not walkable for guests without cars. Very convenient to the airport. Airport shuttle was quick and efficient. Staff was professional and quick. Not very conversational but not rude.

The proximity to the airport was spot on! The staff was so kind and friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I have to complain about are the beds. The beds were awful! They squeaked with every movement! All night, with any stretch both beds squeaked!

Used shuttle from airport and waited quite awhile for it. Checkin and out was easy. Breakfast was ok. They do have a few options. The rooms have sliding barn-like doors. No locks on the doors which was weird. Rooms echo noise into the hallway. You could hear full conversations while walking through the hallway. There was a baby in another room crying at night which we heard clearly. So not the best if you need or want a quiet place to sleep. Overall our stay was short so it was fine for the price.

I REQUEST FOR MAINTANCE TO FIX THE SHOWER ON SATURDAY NO ONE SHOWED UP, I HAD TO TAKE A SHOWER IN SON'S ROOM, THE MATTRESS ON THE BED WAS BROKEN SPRINGS, HOUSEKEEPING DIDN'T LEAVE CLEAN TOWELS NOR DID THEY KNOCK TO SEE IF WE NEEDED ANY SERVICE THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN THE ENTIRE TIME MY SPOUSE IS DISABLE IF A FIRE WOULD HAVE BROKEN OUT HE WOULD NOT HAVE SURIVE. REQUEST TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER BEFORE CHECK OUT TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS. I AM REQUESTING FOR CREDIT SINCE THE ISSUES WAS NOT RESOLVE. I HAVE STAYED AT MARRIOTT HOTELS BUET NOTHING LIKE THIS ONE.

Staff was veru courteous and friendly in assiting us with our reservation to get checked in on the current date that we arrived and had to transfer our reservation for us to reflect when we aarrived. Sedgerick was so awesome! he helped us get a room and helped us confirm that we did have a reservation but it was booked for the next day according to the person i spoke with who told me to book for the folllowing the day when it should have been for the 23rd when we arrived. All was good when he got us to our room.

Very convenient hotel with friendly staff. Only 4 minutes away from car rental 6 minutes away from the IAH George Bush intercontinental airport. Lots of gasoline station nearby, make it very convenient to fuel up before returning to the car rental. Complimentary breakfast selections was good enough, very satisfy.

The hotel was nice, but no dining at this big hotel, and the only food nearby, was at the sizable Marriot (partner hotel) next door. All they had was what they called a "bistro" that served a few drinks and a few food items and took your money. We ordered a cobb salad and a burger. The guy put gloves on, picked up a little set of tongs, turned around and made the tiniest salad, plucking items from bins there at the bar. Then hearing someone at the cash register next to us, turned around, took the customer\'s money and served us the "child sized" bowl. Our burger was small and a bit rubber-like. The fries were really great, but the whole experience was akin to a school cafeteria except small. It was baffling that between these 2 very large airport hotels, this is all they could offer other than a morning breakfast bar. There was nothing else within a decent walking distance.

When booking, and checking in, the indication was there was free breakfast from 6am-10am. We had an early flight, so that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Morning of flight, was told Saturday and Sunday breakfast was at 7am. So we had to purchase a very expensive breakfast at the airport. Very disappointed in the mid-information

We arrived at IAH airport and used the hotel's shuttle service, which worked very well - a large van came to collect us, we also used this service to return to the airport. This property is well located several fast food restaurants are located with in about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was very quiet and dark for a good sleep. The only negative thing I will say about the hotel is that breakfast starts at 07:00 in the weekends meaning if you have an earlyish flight you won't be able to have breakfast prior to leaving the hotel (nor is there an option to take something from the buffet with you to snack on later. The hotels good sized outdoor pool gave us a brief respite from the Houston heat.
