Sleep Inn & Suites Abilene Near University

Found a cockroach in our room. The staff was friendly and the room seemed alright, just a few cosmetic issues, but when we woke up in the morning there was a cockroach on the desk in our room. I told the employee while checking out, and she was shocked and apologetic, but when there's one there's usually more.

The bed was so comfortable and great stay for a great price!

Stag was friendly. Overall hotel was pretty run down. Bathtub was GROSS carpet was coming up in the middle of the floor. Hotel seemed pretty empty the entire time we were there (7-8 vehicles in the lot) and they were "too booked" to allow late check out so we couldn't leave our dog kenneled some place comfortable.
