L’hôtel se situe juste en face d’une station service, sur un boulevard très fréquenté, donc du bruit de circulation. Première nuit bruyante avec des personnes en face de l’hôtel avec musiques, chants… Hôtel mal insonorisé. On entend le réveil des chambres voisines et toutes les chambres donnent sur la rue. Pas de restaurant dans l’hôtel et beaucoup de surgelés proposés en en cas ou room service. Heureusement dans le quartier il y a quelques belles adresses. Personnel qui ne prête pas vraiment attention à vous, à peine un au revoir en partant. C’est un hôtel de passage rien de plus.

Fint hotell med stort rom. Egen parkering i kjelleren på hotellet til en overkommelig pris. Det tok ca 25 minutter med buss inn til selve sentrum, og bussen går minst 4 ganger i timen. Tok kun 35 minutter å kjøre til Malpensa flyplass, så om du kjører bil og skal til/fra denne flyplassen så er dette et godt valg!

Det är väldigt hårda sängar på rummet och värmen fungerar inte så bra, hade därför varit skönt med ett ordentligt täckte. Badrumsartiklarna var verkligen inte bra, det känns billigt och även om jag använde en halv tub med balsam så var håret strävt när det hade torkat. Tips: ta med eget schampo och balsam! De skulle behöva göra en storstädning i hela rummet för det var dammigt på de flesta ställena, kalk på båda duschmunstyckena och kanterna/fogarna i badrummet var gula och bruna. Det tar ca 30 min in till centrum, går en buss utanför hotellet som tar dig ganska långt.

Tolles modernes Hotel. Gut erreichbar- Bus hält direkt am Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal Unschön war der unangenehme Geruch im Zimmer, die nächtlich piepende und nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage. Darüber hinaus tat das Personal sich schwer uns eine zweite bezogene Bettdecke zur Verfügung zu stellen.

The staff are multi-lingual and multi-tasking. That means that the same person who cooks your eggs, pours your coffee and arranges the pastry also calculates your bill, calls a cab and shows you compassion when you get ill-in my case bringing me therapeutic lasagna! Thanks guys!!

I booked Milan Suite Hôtel because the listing made it seem like the main attractions; the Duomo, Cathedral, and San Siro Stadium, were just 10 minutes away. That’s absolutely misleading. In reality, these places are at least a 40-minute drive, and getting around by Uber will cost you €60+ each way. The same goes for the airport: they claim it’s 30 minutes away, but it’s closer to 50 minutes, costing about €100. This was a huge disappointment, because location and accessibility were the main reasons we booked. On top of that, the service was very nonchalant and far from welcoming. The only positives are that the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are spacious. But honestly, what’s the point of a nice room if the location and service completely ruin the experience?

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make our stay a great experience. The room was spacious and very clean and extremely comfortable. We bought the breakfast each morning and it was more than worth the money. The restaurants that they recommended and the extra little perks, such as wine glasses and a cork screw for the patio, umbrellas to use, and the easy in and out service in the garage made this a place that I will come back to on my next trip to Italy.

Hôtel idéalement situé, juste en dehors de la zone C, ce qui est parfait pour se garer facilement sans contraintes. Toute la ville est accessible en quelques minutes grâce aux transports en commun situés au pied de l’établissement. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et confortables. Poor breakfast Buffett, both days the counters were mostly empty when I asked if more food was coming they said it was still being made. They didn’t honour the room upgrade even though they were showing availability. The kettle wasn’t working in the room, no hair dryer and when I told them they would take over an hour to resolve. Very disappointed as I booked this because it was VIP so very misleading.

First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that doesn’t provide water to guests in room free of charge. Also breakfast selection is extremely limited & charges extra for something like omelette… so even if you pay for breakfast you’ll be charged extra to eat what you actually want.
