I liked the luxurious room and bathroom and the comfortable beds. The hotel is in an excellent location near the Duomo. The breakfast was very good, especially the made to order coffees. The sausages could've been better at breakfast and the prices in the bar were very expensive - $20 for two beers.

This is an old run down place. Do not believe the pictures on the website. Dirty, torn and beat up furniture. Dirty carpets throughout. Peeling paint in the corridors and in the room. Sink takes forever to drain and so is the shower. Very mediocre breakfast.one positive is the location. Can not get any closer to the Duomo. If you have a car, be ready to pay 65 Euros per night for hotel parking. Much better choices are available within a few blocks away. Do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Outstanding location right by the Duomo, all modern amenities, received premium service that came with the apartment (including club access with free beverages/drinks and snacks). Only stayed one night but could easily spending a Milan trip time in this hotel. A special thank you to Fabio, the concierge master, who seems to be able to solve all your problems, and got us a car when no one else could :)

The best part was the location just a 2-minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral. However, the room itself was old, dirty, and outdated. You could smell the old carpet and notice unpleasant odors in both the room and the hallway. On the positive side, the room service was excellent, and they provided plenty of amenities.

We stayed at the deluxe apartment and it is beautiful, new and spacious. Service staff is all great. When we were checking in, the room was not ready. We were offered to wait at their bar for drinks on the house. Daily breakfast and afternoon canapés were all really tasty 😋 The only comment I have is, the hotel is really pricey 😅

Perfect location and room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was confusing and delayed. Hotel staff are aloof and pretentious at times instead of welcoming and helpful. At the price point for this hotel that is really unacceptable. However, given the perfect location, the staff behavior is not bad enough to say "don't stay there" it just detracts from the stay.

You cannot beat the location of this well-appointed property if you are planning a visit to Milan. With the Duomo literally on your doorstep it was the perfect base for our trip. The staff and service were also at a very high level. Highly recommend!

The check in time was at 2pm, however at 2:40pm our rooms didn’t prepare yet. Reception staff said just wait for cleaning. At 3pm I asked them again however still doing cleaning and needed to wait . At 3:15 we could go inside in the one room then finally the other room finished to clean at 3:40pm. The reception staff (one lady and one guy) was not friendly and kind. We paid 2,300 Euros for 2 nights. It was not worth to stay due to reception staff’s attitude.

Great staff and great location. We had a problem with our initial room (2 adjoining rooms) and as soon as we brought the issue to the reception, we were upgraded to a wonderful super luxurious suite. The staff aim to please and they were very professional. Very good breakfast buffet. The new upgraded suite comes with its separate lounge. Fabio at the concierge desk is great. Just a very positive experience.

The hotel and staff were beyond my expectations; fabulous! So friendly with surprises for us like a room upgrade, a chilled bottle of champagne, a 1/2 bottle of red wine, our large room with a beautiful bathroom, living room with seating, wonderful bed, great restaurant called Sfizio with delicious food and a lovely manager! The front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Walking distance to the major sights including the Duomo, Opera, Galleria Vittorio Emanuel’s II, etc. Fantastic!

Location is perfect! Within walking distance of the duomo and the galleria and many restaurants. The hotel itself is nice and clean with attentive staff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the room was relatively small and the breakfast was so so.

Localizado ao lado do Duomo, muita opção de alimentação e compras próximas. Funcionários atenciosos, quartos de bom tamanho, garrafas de água de cortesia todos os dias. O café da manhã tinha muita opção mas deixou a desejar no quesito qualidade. A comida realmente não estava legal. Serviço de táxi na porta do hotel. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The hotel was so clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. The breakfast is worth the $ if it isn’t included in your room rate - huge selection of eggs, bacon, toast, freshly baked pastries, yogurt bar, made to order coffee, fresh juices, champagne, etc. The location is unbearable!! Cannot wait to come back for another stay!
