The room was really warm and comfortable. I liked how the suite had a temperature thermostat in each room. The only downer was the pool was cold. Usually all marriot hotels have a warm pool but this pool was cold, other than that everything is fine.

Great breakfast. The two room suite was great. Very new and comfortable. The site has electric card chargers (Tesla) and is well located in Farmington. Nice base of operations. Staff are friendly and happy to meet requests for special items for use in the kitchen. Even a BBQ area. Nice comfortable stay.

Great stay and great service. I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date on the app. I found this problem right before check in at 8pm. The desk staff was amazing and super helpful in fixing the problem. She worked with hotels.com customer service to fix the problem and we were in our room within 20-30 minutes. Pool and hot tub were good. Room was super clean.

Pool and hot tub were closed.. every time I stay in town that was my go too after a hard days work… need to up grade on TV.. other then that… 👍👍 Love that it’s in walking distance to eat and shop . Parking is ok . I’d stayed on the first floor on the south end of the building but had to park on the north side and walk over to the southwest elevator.

Normally I would rate TownePlace as highly favorable, but this stay was less than expected. The room was great and the beds are ok, but the pools area was shut down for our entire stay for maintenance. This was very disappointing to me since a big part of the reason I choose this hotel was for the nice indoor pool area.

Close to main shopping area in Farmington, Room needs updating, very poor condition, walls and uncommon areas were dirty, pool was not ventilated well mold is visible. Will not return unless updated soon, the shower was also in rough condition.

The hotel room was clean. There was old dishes that had broken pieces. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat that was completely not bolted on. Overall the room and service was good, but I didn't appreciate the bathroom issues and the overall quality of the dishes.

We were a little disappointed because we got a suite with multiple rooms specifically so our kids could watch something on their TV while we watched something on ours. Of the 3 TVs in our suite, only 1 worked. When I asked the front desk for help, they suggested unplugging it and plugging it in (which I was unable to do).

While the room was clean it was much smaller than other TownePlace Suites I’ve stayed at. The building has the layout and appearance of an older hotel that TownePlace Suites purchased and converted (unsuccessfully in my opinion). I may be wrong, but that was my impression. The parking near the front entrance is too limited and the spots themselves are quite narrow considering today’s wider vehicles. Internet performance was barely adequate (single digit MB down/up speeds). I’ll end on a couple of positives. The location is very convenient for those wanting restaurants and shopping options nearby. Lastly, the breakfast was good and the attendant friendly.

The property appears to be very new but the bathroom is right out of the 1960s. The high sided tub has a slick surface and is difficult to get in and out of when you shower. The bathroom was the size of a closet. The TV was about 24” diagonal and had a crappy picture. It was nice to have a Tesla charger on the property.

This was a great option for traveling with 5, our only complaint would be the couch bed for our son was so uncomfortable, we ended up making it back into a couch and him jiat sleeping on it as a couch and not a bed .

It's an alright hotel. Everything worked and it was pretty quiet. Lots of parking. The room is really small with a bad layout. The bathroom is also very small. The worst part is the bed. The mattress was really bad and the pillows were even worse. The breakfast was free and the two times we ate, it was very good. They also have coffee ready downstairs very early which is nice. We usually stay at the Fairfield, and we will be going back to staying there again as the rooms are much nicer and we don't need/use the kitchenette.

I thought this was a very nice hotel, modern and with a lot of amenities for a longer stay. The kitchenette was fully stocked and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and the location was in a major commercial area along the main road with a Walmart down the road and an Albertsons a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was good too and the staff very friendly. I read other more negative reviews about this hotel and those negative aspects mentioned were not our experience. Farmington is also a great place to explore the 4 Corners area with most sites within a 2 hour drive or less. Would stay again.

This is our go-to hotel in Farmington. We've stayed there dozens of times. The bed was uncomfortable, with a big depression in the middle of the mattress - like you were going to fall in a hole. Housekeeping did not service our room on the first day. The front desk staff were quick to apologize and bring fresh towels, so not too big of a deal. In all, it was okay, but not as good as we've come to expect.

Manager not so friendly, they had to check im not local, and my girlfriend because we drove 2 different rides to meet there, next day manager comes into my room hours before i checked out, and the room service comes in to. While i was still sleeping. And they wouldnt late me do late check out because i was trying to decide to stay in town for another night. Saying they already have someone book in that room for the night and seem like there was like 4 others staying there the night before and 100s other rooms available. I wont be going back there anytime soon, but rooms were great, other staff were nice. Was told i was goong to get my breakage deposit back when i check out, days later i still havemt got anything back, tried calling motel my its not going through, saying number im calling is not in service. Stupid!

I had to pay $100 when I got there for the incidental which I did not know the lady in the morning that does the morning breakfast was rude to everyone. That was there. I had to call the manager to let her know the room was very clean. I asked for extra towels And I got them. It was a very nice place to stay safer my kids.
