Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests.

This is a reasonably priced hotel with decent rooms. The pillows are the worst I’ve ever seen and it’s in a bit of a sketchy area weird to access the parking lot. There is construction going on all around so there’s A LOT of noise at unreasonable times. However, staff are friendly and it was clean and walking distance away from a nice beach. Its good for a cheap option!

Me gustó porque se encuentra cerca de Puerto Juárez y es muy práctico para poder ir a Isla Mujeres. Lo que no me gustó fue que hubo poca claridad en el tema del servicio de limpieza, teníamos que dejar un letrero fuera y cuando lo hicimos no fueron a hacer este servicio hasta que les comentamos ya que no dejamos la llave. Debería de haber una llave maestra o duplicado para que pasen a realizar este servicio.

We missed the last ferry back to Isla and desperately needed a place to stay. Toilet was a little weak shower door didn't close a little musty smell the springs in the bed hurt a bit ....but it was fairly clean and safe and got us out of a late night jam
