Would I stay here again? Maybe. It depends on the price and availability of the hotels in the area. Good: Room was clean, staff was friendly, parking was easy, overall decent stay. Bad: The "gym" was really small and one of the two treadmills was out of service while the one and only elliptical machine made a scratching sound when used. Also, the breakfast was slightly above average for the area (and had almond milk!) but it didn't have regular oatmeal (my favorite) only the heavily sugar varieties. Missing the only must have breakfast item for me sort of sucked. Overall a decent stay, but I wouldn't make this my go to unless there really wasn't anything else in the area.

Right off the freeway. However it isn't near any other amenities. You will need to stop earlier for food or drive back toward Redding. Nice small pool and spa.

Friendly staff! However, the elevator was broken, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. Normally, this isn't a problem, but when you have lower back issues, it's not ideal. Rooms are small. but clean. No coffee maker, but they have 24 hr coffee and tea in the lobby. Nice to have a microwave and a small fridge in the room. The bathroom is a good size and the A/C works :)

Excellent stay at Fairfield by Marriot. The room was so clean and quiet. The pool was clean. The breakfast was full of choices, was fresh and tasted very good.

Everything was clean and well taken care of. Bed was nice and firm Pool was great Breakfast was all you could want. Tucked away from the busy parts of town, although right by the freeway, it felt safe and close enough to drive for food or shopping.

This was a great stopover spot for us, and the room we had was massive for a family of four, with a small lounge area too. Great little pool and the breakfast was excellent in the morning. There wasn't much around but it was a perfect stop over hotel on along journey.

Fantastic location for a stop over. The staff Andrew was over the top friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was a notch above the regular breakfasts included places. They greet you with a cookie and they also had free beers and appies between 6pm and 7:30pm! Wow! Truly amazing!

I was worried at first as we were across from the ice machine and Windows faced I5 but it was quiet in the room. Breakfast was decent... scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, oatmeal, juice. Premade breakfast sandwiches, toast with different breads. We traveled with a 75 lb lab and it had a relieving area and some grass. Staff was friendly and nice.

The hotel is not located in the center of city. Redding is a small town and it’s easy to get around but I wish the hotel was located in a more desirable neighborhood. Breakfast should definitely get improved. The eggs were made of the powdered prepackaged stuff that tasted horrible. They ran out of chocolate milk and their gluten free bread was super stale. One day then cleaned our bathroom and provided fresh towels but the rest of the room was left untouched. Overall, not a good stay.

The hotel and our room was clean. Staff were nice-friendly and attentive. The noise from adjacent rooms came through clearly. I could hear the person talking on the phone, and room above us we could hear them walking around. Shower was very powerful with no adjustment.

Very thin walls. I would only stay if i was on the third floor. You hear every step and door slams. Not very well designed for sound. Super noisy if there is a floor above you.

I don’t know where the people stayed that gave this place an excellent review. Because I sure didn’t get to. The rooms are so tiny and the walls are paper thin. Could hear the guy next to us talking/yelling all night long. We could hear the words not just the noise. Got a little scared for our safety at one point. Room was so-so clean and dated. Way too much money for the condition of the room. Staff was Great. Lobby very nice and clean. Should have stayed at one of the other hotels close by. Stay someplace else.

The bathroom tub had a strange huge red mass of something on the bottom of it and when we told the front desk about it it took them over 20 minutes to put us in a different room. Once in the room and taking a shower Midway through the shower the water turns off. Again the front desk was very nonchalant about this. I did explain to the front desk that I had just drove 15 hours with a 1-year-old and this was beyond inconvenient.

Great experience. The front desk staff (Andrew (I think!) and a blonde lady (can’t rem her name) were so helpful and polite. Truly appreciated the wonderful customer service! Great area for breakfast and bringing food in for dinner. Happily would stay there again!

Some of the things in room were not functioning and property doesnt have a technician/engineer for evenings. Unfortunately the broken things couldnt be fixed completely and were still broken as we checked out. Breakfast options are limited.

Clean room, friendly staff, one staff member even saw me trying to carry too many things to my room and offered to come help me. I am sure she was busy but she still came to help me carry items to the third floor. Very good stay, I will be back.

The hotel was great, quiet and very accessible location. When we arrived we had 2 toddlers and lots of luggage, and at check in the manager, Brett, offered to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room. It was so thoughtful and really helped us get settled. We would happily stay again!

The property was 2 Star max. Inexpensive looking rooms and amenities. Lots of kids running up and down the halls at night. Breakfast not that appealing. The staff however really came thru for us. My wife left her IPAD in the room. When I called about it they had found it and expeditiously arranged to ship it to us. It arrived 3 days later. That was awesome!

Very well managed and friendly and helpful staff. While the free breakfast was good, the food and drinks available for sale at the hotel were minimal. (No wine for sale). There are no nearby dining options.
