Great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful across every shift—from check-in to the morning and breakfast team. Nora and Deborah stood out in particular—both were attentive, communicative, and handled a busy environment with ease while still making sure every guest felt taken care of. Everything ran smoothly, the service was top-tier, and it made the stay that much better. Highly recommend

We stayed one night with three cats. We had a room with a king-size bed and a den with couch and a desk. There is plenty of room to let cats spread around. The continental breakfast has fresh fruits besides banana. The front desk had fresh cookie in the evening.

The stay was good. My check-in rep was very nice…however, nothing the staff can do about it but was disappointed when I was made aware that I wouldn’t receive point credit for my stay because I booked through Orbitz.
