The hotel is terrible. No elevators and the guy is front desk is scary. We scared with our life we couldn’t sleep at all whole night. There is no lock in the room, we put the chair to make sure no body come in the room mid night. When we check in night time around 8.30pm. Any question we asked he yelled at us. And cursed us for no reason. Even morning time when we are going out for breakfast he asked us to give him the room card but we told him that we are going for breakfast he cursed at us. Please do t go to this place even it’s free.

Es gab eine Gemeinschaftstoilette Das Licht im Zimmer fiel ständig aus Es ist in einem schwierigen Viertel gelegen Sehr hellhörig. Laute Nachbarn. Der Preis ist für die Unterkunft viel zu hoch. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat sich Mühe gegeben.

친절하시고 서비스는 너무좋았습니다만 방이 추웠어요. 웃풍이 불고 난로가 문가에있어서 추울수밖에 없는 구조입니다. 서브이불도 주셨지만 너무추워서 내복에 겉옷까지 껴입고잤어요. 바람을 막을 긴 커튼과 침대에 전기장판이 있으면 더 나을것같아요. 엘베없는 계단이지만 짐을 옮겨주셨고 근처 1분거리에 팜마트와 약국, 지하철역이 있어 편리합니다.

The hotel was cheap and functional, but there was no toilet in the room, this was a shared toilet along with corridor. There was a shower in the room which was excellent. It's very close to the train station and a 15 minute walk from the Duomo.

Das Doppelbett war nicht bequem und die Kopfkissen viel zu hart. Aber am meisten hat uns der Zustand der Handtücher erschreckt. Sie waren alt und verschlissen, überall hingen Fransen runter. Für den Preis hätte ich eine bessere Qualität bzw Zustand erwartet. Zu dem war ein schlafen mit offenem Fenster kaum möglich,auch wenn es eine Klimaanlage gibt.

The hotel was clean as was the room. It was located a short walk from Milan Central Station and restaurants were close by. After being dropped off by taxi, the hotel signage was so small I walked around the block looking for the entrance using Google maps! So not so obvious signage. The other small point was a loose sink tap fitting. Otherwise a very comfortable nights stay. No breakfast provided but not an issue.

Staff were friendly enough to us. It was fine for a one night stay. However there were ants and a family said to us they had a bad experience as they were shouted at and had to leave at 11:30pm at night with a baby.

This hotel was one of my favorite that I stayed at during my Europe trip. It was super clean and modern. Absolutely loved staying here, it was a close walk to everything. The room was gorgeous, spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Wish I would of stayed here longer. Staff here are super nice, will come back!

Dirty linen, sink leaking badly, cold rooms. No heating at all. On top of that, my child was charged city tax as a 17 year old who should be exempt till 18yrs of age. No receipt given and very unprofessional. Stay away

Het hotel is oud, maar wel schoon. De sleutel van onze kamer paste zeer slecht op het slot. Het lukte ons niet de deur op slot te krijgen. Een vrouw die waarschijnlijk bij het hotel hoorde hielp ons de deur op slot te draaien en weer te openen. De omgeving voelt niet zo veilig. Om de hoek van het hotel ligt een prima restaurant, we hebben daar buiten heerlijk gegeten, maar de eigenaar adviseerde ons onze rugtassen te plaatsen tussen tafel en muur en niet aan de open zijkant. Er is tot laat in de avond/nacht veel straatlawaai. Het hotel ligt vlak bij het station, in 5 minuten konden we daarheen lopen.

The hotel is cheap and cheerful. We stayed for 4 nights. It’s a 5 minute walk from the central station and about a 40 minute walk in to the centre of Milan. The area is a little noisy at night time but to be expected in a city centre. The room was comfortable and served a purpose for not being in there too often. An older woman and gentleman appeared to have a room at the end of the corridor which they appeared to live in- most likely the hotel owners. They were ever present and friendly enough, albeit a little noisy during the evenings. Some maintenance work required in the room- wobbly taps etc but nothing you couldn’t cope with. Overall, it serve a purpose and is a great location if you are looking to get on the train and site see around northern Italy.

The person who checked me in was gracious, helpful, welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the windows are big and they opened/closed easily.

I don’t usually leave reviews but be warned if you are checking in after 10.30p. At first and on the day of, the hotel was very communicative about the process and extra cost at that time. On arrival, I was greeted likely by the owner who was very rude and grumpy. I speak Italian but had a couple of simple questions and he absolutely lost it. He walked away and was talking to himself about my questions. He didn’t know I understood everything he said, but I wasn’t willing to fight it because it was late and I needed to get my son to bed. In the morning, I was greeted by likely his mother, who was very patient, calm, helpful and understanding. I hate to leave a negative review for a family run operation, because there are family photos in the hall, but he left me sour. Otherwise, the location was perfect, the room was clean and was exactly what I needed

The staff was incredibly helpful. They took the time to give us a map of Milan and show us the places that are worth visiting. They also recommended authentic local restaurants that were amazing. Could not have asked for a more personable experience.

An older woman and gentleman appeared to have a room at the end of the corridor which they appeared to live in- most likely the hotel owners. They were ever present and friendly enough, albeit a little noisy during the evenings. Some maintenance work required in the room- wobbly taps etc but nothing you couldn’t cope with. Overall, it serve a purpose and is a great location if you are looking to get on the train and site see around northern Italy.

The hotel was clean as was the room. It was located a short walk from Milan Central Station and restaurants were close by. After being dropped off by taxi, the hotel signage was so small I walked around the block looking for the entrance using Google maps! So not so obvious signage. The other small point was a loose sink tap fitting. Otherwise a very comfortable nights stay. No breakfast provided but not an issue.

todo bien, hotel con habitaciones modernas y buena atención. lo único malo es que la calle es bastante ruidosa ya que pasa el tranvía y de madrugada también oímos algunos gritos aunque en general la calle parecía tranquila y sin peligro

We had a lovely brief stay at Calypso. Staff is exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean with self-controlled aircondition and no noise from the street. Close to the central station and the M1. Very good value for money.

It was ok-ish. But you have to take the price into account. It's a half decent place to stay. Walls fraying, but tidy, shower works (trust me not always the case, had no hot water in other place in Milan). Good location though. You can in theory get some water or drinks, but don't ask, you'll get a fairly rude 'we only have still water' back. So why list 10 different options? Either way, did a job, had a bed to sleep on and a roof over my head. If that's all you need, go for it. Otherwise find something better
