Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond/Glenside

Everything was great, especially the cleanliness.

IT glitch meant delays in checking in and obtaining room keys. Other than that, a good stay.

Clean rooms, but poor water flow in the shower and very loud hallways. The doors are heavy and make a great deal of noise when closed. I could also hear the elevator ringing constantly when called to our level.

The staff was very friendly and offered to help without us having to ask, seems small, but that’s becoming more and more rare the days. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the food service area kept very clean! I would recommend and stay here again.

I stayed on the first floor, I could smell the breakfast traveling through the walls. Breakfast was lovely.
