Hotel rooms were just remodel with new bathrooms tiles, sink and paint. Beds were comfortable. Hotel not recommended for family vacation per the área. Hotel came with gate parking only booked it to pick up family early morning at the airport. Hotel not bad for the price I paid give it 7/10.

It’s definitely a steal for the price. Felt safe the entire time & loved that it had parking with a closed gate. Has great amenities & the pool was amazing and refreshing. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Very close to plazas and transportation.

We had no lights and water for almost 2 days!. i took a video. We had to shower with a bucket. the staff is really nice dont get me wrong!. but it was a real problem.

Nunca había agua caliente el cable no servía el internet tampoco la alberca siempre estuvo cerrada el cuarto nomás estuvo completamente limpio cuando llegamos después de eso nunca pusieron ni jabón ni shampoo lo único bueno el restaurante y las personas de la recepción pues si es buena la atención allí aunque claro ellos no pueden arreglar nada

El hospedaje aquí va muy acorde con el precio, por lo que no debes tener altas expectativas. En general el personal atiende bastante bien y con amabilidad, pero las condiciones del hotel dejan mucho qué desear. La habitación tenía muchas manchas de humedad en las paredes, las cortinas estaban muy sucias, el aire acondicionado con trabajos si sacaba aire frío y hasta el banco del tocador estaba sucio. La primera noche el control de la TV no servía, no había ningún contacto cerca de la cama y para cargar el teléfono había que dejarlo del otro extremo de la habitación. Entre lo bueno de la propiedad está que tiene alberca y estacionamiento, pero nada más.

Didn't have a single issue at this place. I don't know why it is rated so low; maybe it's how the surrounding neighborhood looks. I never felt out of place or fearful in any way. The housekeeping did a great job keeping things clean and giving us new towels. The front desk helped me with an order from DiDi's (kind of like ubereats or doordash). I'd totally stay here again!

À notre arrivée, c’était près de 600 pesos de plus, j’avais réservé plusieurs semaines à l’avance et j’ai dû insister pour que le montant initial soit respecté. Nous sommes arrivés tard en soirée et le propriétaire ou directeur n’a pas été très accueillant ni compréhensif, j’étais avec mes deux enfants et ma mère. Nous avions que 2 serviettes pour la douche (froide) quand j’ai réserver pour 4 personnes. Les lits et oreillers n’étaient pas au top. Cependant beaucoup de rangement pratique en famille. Plein soleil sur la chambre. A/c pas fameux. L’avantage est la proximité pour le ferry vers Isla Mujeres, le tarif des taxis moins cher car hors du centre ville de Cancun.

The place was clean and everyone was so friendly. Front desk guy helped with all questions and suggested places to visit. The restaurant waitress was so sweet and friendly. Only at nighttime is loud and you can hear literally everything around. Overall, it was a great place for the price especially with friendly people working there. Will return hopefully in the near future.

Clean, safe and great staff. Diego in restaurant was the best! Food was well prepared and presentation was very nice. Walking distance to shopping boulevard,shops, ATM,plaza,etc. Used Uber to get around which was easy and affordable. Would recommend for short stays. Toiletries were a nice touch.

Love the toiletries in room, included toothbrush, lotion, tissue pack and shampoo. Area is rural but Ubers are easy and affordable. Took one to nearby Playa del Niño. The front desk sells refreshments and water. Note: not at all close to the Cancun hotel zone

It’s definitely a steal for the price. Felt safe the entire time & loved that it had parking with a closed gate. Has great amenities & the pool was amazing and refreshing. Staff was very polite and helpful. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Very close to plazas and transportation.

Clean, safe and great staff. Diego in restaurant was the best! Food was well prepared and presentation was very nice. Walking distance to shopping boulevard,shops, ATM,plaza,etc. Used Uber to get around which was easy and affordable. Would recommend for short stays. Toiletries were a nice touch.

Love the toiletries in room, included toothbrush, lotion, tissue pack and shampoo. Area is rural but Ubers are easy and affordable. Took one to nearby Playa del Niño. The front desk sells refreshments and water. Note: not at all close to the Cancun hotel zone

Nunca había agua caliente el cable no servía el internet tampoco la alberca siempre estuvo cerrada el cuarto nomás estuvo completamente limpio cuando llegamos después de eso nunca pusieron ni jabón ni shampoo lo único bueno el restaurante y las personas de la recepción pues si es buena la atención allí aunque claro ellos no pueden arreglar nada

Great hotel. Newly funished, clean, comfortable beds, air conditioners that work well, nice pool onsite, restaurant onsite that is affordable with room service options.
