Great hotel, very clean and located close to restaurants and shopping. The only drawback was the parking. Small lot for the hotel and we were charged a parking fee without the guarantee of getting a spot.

The indoor pool had worms in it and wasnt clean. The rooms had an odor to them. The first smelled like cleaning solution and the second like wet dog. We made the best of it but would not go back. Management needs to invest in sanitation and cleanliness.

Not impressed. Front desk was very rude except for 1 guy. It was pretty clean but floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in years. Kids were excited to go in the pool but it was closed. Only good thing is it’s right next to the stadium. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Location is perfect if attending events in the area and we loved the close proximity to the trail. Pool was closed the first day due to maintenance issues…this was a feature we were looking for when selecting a place to book.

Pool is closed half the time i have stayed at this property! Pool had earthworms! Manager Mike said they are harmless and they go to the bottom! That tells me the filter is full of them! Many children in pool and felt a health hazard! What if worms got in nose or mouth or body cavity of child! I was not happy

The hotel in itself was nice overall but it had 3 elevators but only one worked. The breakfast was really good but the reason that I gave it a lot rating is bc no where online did I see where I had to pay 26.00 to overnight park at the hotel. After paying over 200.00 for one night my bill ended up being close to 270.00 for one night. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I had to pay to park at a hotel I obviously had to leave my car overnight.

The hotel is perfectly located between PNC park and a strip of restaurants, breweries and bars. Super easy walk to both. The hotel staff was pleasant and the grounds outside were well manicured. The lobby area was nice. Beds and pillows were super comfortable, but the rest of the room was not clean. It was as if they only changed the bed sheets prior to our arrival. The bathroom mirrors were filthy, mildew on caulking, hair in drawers and large wet spot on carpet in front of the couch. We kept our shoes on, cleaned a spot on mirror to be able to see our reflection and avoided using the drawers. As for breakfast, it was just “ok”, but included in cost so that was a bonus! Overall, stay here for the convenience of accessing PNC park.

The hotel was so dirty. The shower had black mold. The pack and play the gave me for my daughter had formula stains in it. There were huge stains on the carpet. I called down to ask for more blankets and pillows and was told I'd need to come downstairs to get them. I ordered them because I felt uncomfortable getting under the comforter due to the condition of the rest of the room. The breakfast area was always dirty and over flowing with trash. When we were leaving there was a grocery bag full of trash on the floor of the elevator. I do not recommend. I received no refund for this stay due to uncleanliness and it was over $650 for 3 nights. Do not stay here.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms and beds, great parking and location. Room was clean in first glance but a closer look showed a lot of hair in the bathroom and shower. The refillable shower body wash was empty.

Location is a 10 for sporting events, but the hotel room was not clean. Rug was kinda gross, and looked like they hadn’t vacuumed in 2 weeks. The shower near the ceiling had black mold growing, and the furniture had stains and marks on them. Even some of the towels were a bit dirty.

During arrival, we had great customer service. Upon entering our room, we were met with a strong smell of mildew and a stagnant smell of chlorine. When we turned on the air conditioning, it seemed to make things worse because the ac machine did not appear clean. Upon closer observation, the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. The towels smelled, and dust and leaves were apparent throughout the room. While the hotel was convenient, we won't be back.

My bathroom floor had hair all around the edges and nothing was filled in the bathtub, ie, shampoo, cond, body wash. My housekeeper tried, but she did not speak english so she couldn't understand what I was asking her to do. There was no sticky mat inside the bathtub. My elderly sister, who was having open heart surgery the next morning, almost fell in the tub as it was slippery. The carpet needed cleaning. Otherwise, the rest was clean and comfortable.

The employees are very friendly and willing to help. The issue is the cleanliness. Bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was decent. The couch, desks, tables and window sills were filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything. So beneath the standards of a Hyatt.

While the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good, the room was not real clean, especially for the price. Common areas in the bedroom and living area were not wiped down well, and there were fingerprints and such on the mirrors. As we were about to leave, my daughter saw a large insect crawl under the couch. May have been a cockroach, but not sure. I told the front desk as we were leaving and they reported it to maintenance right away. The condition of the furniture and such was just okay. Things seemed beat up in the living room and bedroom. Needs a refresh. And again, when one pays almost $200 for a room, one expects it to be very clean and in good shape.

It was a decent place to stay. Relatively clean, breakfast was good, front desk staff was very nice. The only major complaint is the outside noise. The hotel is located right next to the highway and you can hear traffic all night long.

Our room was right near the freeway so it was noisy throughout the night when large trucks were present. It definitely overcharged because of its proximity to the baseball park. Stay in town and walk over the bridge. More things to do

The worst road noise I ever dealt with.. guess that what happens when you build in the middle of freeways circling the hotel.. didn’t fall asleep until after 2 bc of it.. racing engines and reving motorcycles made me feel I was sleeping on the shoulder of the highway.. Then I requested a late check out bc I was so tired. And was told unless I signed up for the hotel’s membership program I couldn’t have a late checkout.. which was only a extra hour.. so apparently $500 a night doesn’t warrant a extra hour!! They want more blood!! And then when I checked in .. I was told my card would only be charged $100 for incidentalls bc I wanted to change my payment card.. so I said that’s fine then. I could change the payment card and checkout… when I realized the first night. My first card was charged the full amount and gone form my available spending amount from my card.. I called the front desk to inquire about this .. told my story and was basically called a liar!! The girl on the phone told me” I doubt anyone told you that your card would only be charged a $100” are you F…ing kidding me!! Never again will I stay at this place again!! Ohh and $500 a night!! And there is not even a microwave in the room to heat my leftovers in!! lol icing on the cake for this overpriced place!!

It was very close to Stage AE, but our room had a moldy stench, the iron and ironing board were broken, and they put us on the end next to the highway and you can hear every single car that goes by. Lastly, we had so loud guests next to us that decided to have a party out in the hall and smoked. The breakfast was decent, they could use an actual coffee shop and food options.

Great location in the North Shore, restaurants/bars next to the hotel. At check in they told us that they could not find our reservation. They said that Hotels.com made a mistake and booked it for July rather than June. My reservation in my phone show the correct days in June. After waiting for awhile they gave me room. Their behavior was very suspicios like they were trying to cancel my reservation.

The check in process was horrible. Im from out of town and wasnt greeted properly, nor explained how parking worked at the lot or that they actually took it out of the deposit. Any services, perks or breakfast wasnt discussed at the time of check in. I get it, we can have bad days but keep your personal life seperated from your work life. I traveled from out od town and chose to stay at the Hyatt due to the location not knowing a whole lot about it. When i walked in to check in it just wasnt a friendly welcome and the lady seemed like she had an attitude and wanted to take it out on me. Not a good first impression.

Great location for watching baseball. Front desk were helpful and very friendly. Had some issues with getting room cleaned. Had to ask a Couple times to have a cleaning and then they only brought a couple towels and remade sheets with first blankets. Garbages never emptied and Dirty cups on cupboard for entire stay.

I enjoyed Brandi the night clerk. She was really accommodating and assisted us with getting a clean room. When we checked in she was working alone because her co-worker was 30 minutes late, and she tried her best to make sure our stay was comfortable.

The hotel is nice and in a very convenient location to walk to several places. I had a 4:00 check in but was told to come back in an hour. It happens, but no apology and I had to ask for a parking pass. Then, our keys didn’t work…went back downstairs to be told we were given the wrong room number. Again, it happens, but giggles instead of “sorry for the inconvenience of lugging your stuff to the wrong floor.” Nothing that would keep me from staying again, but staff needs some customer service training.

Great place to stay in Pittsburgh. Right next door to the ball park, 5 minute walk to football stadium, and 30 minute walk to ppg arena. Lots of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Very safe and friendly area to explore.

Location is great, as downtown can be reached within 15 Min walk. Around the hotel are a lot of restaurants & bars. Only thing we didn't like was breakfast. For a hotel in such a price range, paper plates simply do not fit. Range of food also was not too big and quality was not the best. Everything else was fine, especially friendly staff at reception.

The room and staff were good, but not outstanding, there was nothing wrong with them, but nothing stood out as being great. The breakfast was not good. I have come to expect better from lesser hotels. The coffee was bad, if there is anyway they could ditch the Seattle's Best and get something that isn't low-shelf grocery store quality, and not water it down, it would improve the average rating by a star.

Overall wonderful, will definitely come back, but was a bit disappointed with the breakfast; the eggs and potatoes sat out a bit long and got rubbery and the fruit was clearly frozen and then thawed as it had an odd sour taste and mushy texture. Other than that though, no complaints!
